Ron was so friendly. Our refrigerator wasnt cooling and unfortunately, we werent able to have it fixed. Ron was honest and didnt try to upsale or pressure us in to buying parts we didnt need. Ron is an honest and professional business man and I will use him again as well as recommend him and his business to anyone in need of an appliance repair.

Ron was so great. My rental unit had the fridge go out and he was able to get me an appointment the day after I called. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He repaired my fridge on site and had all needed parts ready to go. I wish I had known about him when my washer went out and I just paid to replace it. I will definitely be using him in the future!

Ron came in to look at my dryer since it had been making a loud squeaking noise. He listened to it and was able to diagnose the problem. He said it needed some parts replaced. So I asked him how long would it take to get the parts in and to my surprise he had the parts handy. He said its common problem with the brand I have and he makes sure to have the parts on hand. My refrigerator was staying cool. Called South East Appliance Service at about 8:30. He had an opening at 11:30. His earlier appointment didnt take as long as expected, so he called and asked to come early. He figured out my problem immediately, had the necessary parts, and fixed my refrigerator. I am very pleased with the service.

We have relied on Ron for about 15 years now and have always been pleased with the results. His prices have always been fair. He has worked on our washer, dryer, gas stove, and our refrigerator. He has a knack for diagnosis and he has such a wide variety of knowledge! He is picky which we really like as he wont leave a job until it is completed to his high standards. And, he is punctual. I trust him and that says a lot as there are so many repair people out there that I definitely do not trust.

We had them come out and look at a leaky dishwasher. They told us the water valve needed replacing and that it would be $250.00 to fix. I told them no thanks, found the part online for $39.99 and fixed it myself in a matter of minutes. It really bothers me when people try to rip you off, I know they need to make money but $250 vs $40 is ridiculous.
