I ordered all Maytag brand range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator in December 2020. With COVID all appliances are in short supply. Everything but refrigerator arrived February 1, 2021. Delivery was on time according to my schedule. Installing the microwave was a breeze. They slide the range in and unpacked the dishwasher for me to install. They removed the old appliances carefully. They were very respectful of the property and protected the flooring. They arrived with face masks and practiced social distancing. I know when the refrigerator arrives, they will deliver it with the same quality and customer care service.

If you are looking to buy a Maytag appliance especially from Home Depot....RUN!! This is the first negative review I have ever written for any business and it takes a lot to make me upset. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a Maytag appliance from Home Depot and have had trouble getting it delivered an installed for 3 months now. When you call Home Depot it is never their fault and there is nothing they can do so they direct you to Maytag. Maytag says Thats how things go sometimes when you ask for any help or information from them. Absolutely zero effort to help you in any way. They blame it on manufacturing or shipping or the delivery crews, etc. Absolutely not one effort to help you out in countless phone calls. Please do yourself a favor and buy products from smaller companies that care about the customer.
I have been using the brothers here at mountain Maytag for more than 20 years. I have recommended dozens of people over those years. All of us have left with a smile because these boys really know what theyre doing. If you need anything in the appliance world and you dont come here you have made a mistake. Top notch service unbelievable knowledge and all around great place to do business with.

I never give reviews but when the bake element went out in my oven they went completely out of their way to get the part for me right away. When they did not have the part they called around and had one of their drivers drop it off. This all happened during Covid, we are feeding a family of 6 including 2 year old triplets so you can imagine how important out oven is to us. They made us a priority and we are very grateful!!Thank you Mountain Maytag!!

I assumed I needed a fuse for my Whirlpool dryer. I did not have a fuse tester. I called and Tony said come on down and he would test it for me. When I got to the store, he tested the fuse and it was blown. He then sold me the fuse I needed. Quick and Easy. Nice Store. Clean and organized.Thanks Tony for helping me out!! Today, I needed to fix my Maytag dryer and needed help troubleshooting my issue. Tony offered to test my heating element if I brought it down. When I came down, we verified it was working and he gave me 3 recommendations to to troubleshoot. We found a faulty thermostat to be my No heat issue and he had the part in stock for a very reasonable price. If I need any appliance repair, I will recommend your business! Thank you!
These guys are great. Tony, Scott, & Ken have helped me out with a few DIY appliance projects and hooked me up with a reasonably priced used dryer thats far better than the one we replaced, probably as good as or better than the old one when it was new. They know their stuff and they spent plenty of time explaining things to me, even when it wasnt going to be a sale. If you need help with an appliance, Mountain Maytag is the place to start and finish. They will take excellent care of you!
I called them and asked if they had an Atlantis dryer. They said they did and it was in the bisque color. Told me the price and etc. I went out to pay for it and it was not an Atlantis. It was a Neptune. He said Atlantis made Neptune and it was the same thing. It is not. I have the Atlantis washer and dryer and wanted to match my washer. Did they appologize? No! No apologizy. Wasted trip
We bought our Kitchen Aid dishwasher from this store and had a very positive experience. Besides from being the best dishwasher we’ve owned, this store had better than competitive prices, friendly staff, and delivered our dishwasher in the time window they promised. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

As I sat down to write this review I had to think back to when we first used Mountain Maytag as it seems that they have always been with us. We were taught that Maytag was the best investment and called on them 25 years ago. Since then we have purchased only Maytags and their price, value delivered and service commitment has been perfect all those years. Our Children are all grown and they use Mountain Maytag for their needs and we appreciate that our children get the same great service we have received all these years. We refuse to shop in the Big Box stores because they simply just dont care. We have done something with Mountain Maytag that we have only done with 2 other companies. We have asked them to feel free to give out our name and contact information to any customer/prospect that wants to talk with us first hand.In a world where mediocre service really stands out, this family owned and operated business is a leader in good ole fashion customer service and product knowledgeable people. I will not use them again. When I called and left a message the first time, nobody called me back., so I called them back. Very little personality. I should have taken that as a hint then. The guy shows up and says I need a new ice-maker and it will be $275 - I did not approve it. Really? $275?He charged me $59 for the call which was never mentioned when I scheduled. Enough for me.
Had the parts I needed to fix the dryer, little high priced and could have saved about $50.00 had I ordered from the internet.But it was up and running that night so the extra $50.00 I just considered a convenience fee. Store is a little hard to find as the internet still shows their closed 2nd store on the other side if town.

My Maytag Neptune washing machine broke last year. I called these guys and I was so desperate I actually paid over $300 to fix the machine. Yes, I know, that was stupid. The thing is after they repaired it, I was having a new problem where the cold loads were washing on hot. I called them back and they said they would need to charge me to check it out and repair it even though they had just serviced it. At any rate, after months of dealing with this, I found out the serviceman had changed my hot and cold faucets. I dont just mean he switched the hoses so they were going to the wrong spigots. He actually removed and then switched the red and blue handles on the spigots so that I thought they were connected correctly for a long time. Like I said, I know I was an idiot for having them repair it for $300, but to see that they thought they could bleed me for more money, thats just dishonest! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

This guy was awsome. They sold me a $10 part in order to fix my washing machine and make no effort to upsell me. They do have a great selection of Parts, new appliances, and some Slightly Used Appliances. The guy who ran the place was really polite and friendly.
Quick Update!Seeing as it’s been a month and I still don’t have my replacement part I thought I’d share some more information. I’ve found that Mountain Maytag charges about 300% more for their items than you can find online. If you use the model number listed on the inside of the door for your washer or dryer and search it online with the replacement piece, it’s a cheaper more effective way to get what you need than dealing with this store.This is the worst store with terrible customer service. They are never open and fail to tell customers when they are. I’ve made the trip out to the store 5 times and still haven’t gotten the product I need because either they ordered the wrong product or the store is closed and the only way to know is a paper sign on the door. Don’t trust their Google hours of operations.
I came to this place expecting to pay an arm and a leg for my repair. The place I bought my washer from wanted to charge me $150.00 for the repair. I pulled the assembly from my washer, brought it to Mountain Maytag. They showed me what was broke and how to pull it apart and fix it. In the end they charged me $22 for the part and an hour later I had the washer back up and running. These fellas where more concerned with fixing my washer than making a pretty penny off of me. I will be doing business with them from this day forward.
I didnt buy anything today im still shopping around. But the gentleman was so nice and helpful. We went through all the trouble shooting that Ive done on my dryer, and didnt mansplain anything to me. He suggested since im pretty handy and know how to fix mechanical issues (I stay away from electrical issues) that I buy a used one. He also told me that used appliances come with a 1 year warranty from them for no additional charge.

Dryer had been making a squeaking sound for a minute. After researching the cause, I contacted the store to purchase a rear bearing replacement kit. The one they had was opened and missing parts. Sales rep stated that he could order a new one from the warehouse and have it in the store by Monday.Monday comes. No kit. Tuesday. No kit. Wednesday I walked into the store and asked the rep if the kit would be in. He stated yes and that they had accidentally sent the kit down to Colorado Springs. (Yeah, THAT Colorado Springs.) He stated that is would be in by this evening. I got the call from them around 5:00 pm. that the part had arrived. I went to the store within the hour only to find that they had re taped the old, picked over kit and tried to pawn it off as new. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING! DO YOUR RESEARCH! SHOP FOR PARTS ELSEWHERE!
Hubby was happy to find what we needed to fix our washer with and he even helped us get it into a truck for us. Thank you.
Today is July 3rd. I was told on June 14th that my brand new dryer would be here today. But let me go back and say that I actually purchased the dryer on May 29th. I was told then that I would be eligible for $50 rebate and that the dryer, which had to come from the factory, would be here June 14th. On June 14th, I had to call Mountain Maytag and they put me on hold while they called the factory and then told me the dryer wasnt coming until July 3rd. I also found out on my own that the dryer is not one that is eligible for the rebate. So at 6:45 pm, when I havent heard from them all day, I called them, supposed to be open until 7:00 according to the website. The guy answers, I tell him who I am an hour that I am checking to see if my dryer is in, he puts me on hold and then comes back on the line and says he cant help me because the shop is closed. And they are closed tomorrow too because its the holiday. Someone will have to get back to me on Wednesday. I guess I will find out then if the dryer I have already paid for over a month ago is here yet. I am not a happy customer. They are not going to hear the end of this, very poor customer service, not a word from them this entire time.

I wish there were options for a big fat ZERO...Called these guys to come out and fix a leak in my washing machine. They charge me a $95 service charge to tighten a bolt that supposedly got loose. It was temporary, a day later it started leaking again. Call to reschedule an appointment I couldnt be home from 12 to 4 so they agreed to come from 5 to 7 I wait at home 5 to 7 no one showed up. I called to complain and told them I wanted my money back they agreed to that. I wait a week and a half no funds returned to my account. I call speak with someone they say to come in and theyll refund my money I get here and they State they can only give me $40 cuz theyre charging me a service charge for the repair man who never showed up to show up because he quote on quote said he showed up and hes going with the employees word. Meanwhile I had already called another company to come out and fix it had to pay that service charge of $60. HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE
