Ive been doing business in the area for about 2 years now. I stopped going to this store at all costs because the staff is unhelpful and acts like you are bothering them to do their job.I literally had one of them tell me they werent going to help me find a specific part, all because it would have taken some effort on their behalf, meanwhile there was no one else in the store besides me. On another occasion, that same person told me they dont carry limited slip additive and didnt bother to look it up. A customer behind me in line overheard and looked it up on his phone at the advanced website and found it with zero effort and showed it to the employee. Isnt that what he gets paid to do?Ive been told on the phone that I dont know what Im talking about and that is not a part number even though I am a shop OWNER.I avoid this place at all costs, and even yesterday when no one else had a part I needed, I opted to just order online and wait Vs. Calling this store.The area manager called me and said he would take care of it. I hope they can turn this store around, because its a really really bad situation.

Advance Auto is definitely one of my favorite auto parts stores. They generally carry parts and supplies that are of better quality unless I go to the Ford dealer. The staff here was pretty helpful, and happy to help too. Thanks!

Staff is discriminatory towards female customers. call was placed on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for help. While on hold I went inside the store and seen numerous employees doing absolutely nothing so they left me on hold waiting for me to hang up and basically didnt feel like helping me!!!

Had to stop by on my way to work for some coolant (G12 for my VW). Thought to myself “how could they be out of coolant”. It was the most on the way parts store and even though I usually choose a competitor I went with advance. Well, my gut feeling was right and advance let me down. No coolant in stock at this store.

About 4pm Sunday the 13th of June my uncle went into this store. He was looking for a belt for a mower. The lady behind the counter didnt feel like looking it up.The manager was standing right there and he didnt seem to care. He went to AutoZone they called another store and had it for him in 30 minutes. Avoid this place they dont care about you.

They had my turn signal light bulbs in stock.. (when two other stores were completely empty shelves of MY # of bulb my car uses). Plus he walked the aisle and helped me find the right bulb.

A man name. Worst customer service I have ever had. I will never shop here again. I had bought a defective battery. Battery was tested and was only able to get a gift card. Never come here. Walmart can offer the same without any hassles.

Terrible service .. waited in line for 30 minutes cause there was only one person working. Then later another guy came out to help but only to be told they dont have what im looking for ... the guy that helped me didnt even want to search my item up even after I asked em.. he simply told me go to this store if not try that one ... sorry.. store looked in bad shape.. never again am I going to shop here.. ever!

The staff, David & Luis in particular, were absolutely amazing. Both gentlemen went above & beyond assisting me with a tricky broken tail light that Id NEVER have figured out without their help; I likely saved $200 or more by being spared a trip to the dealership for repairs.They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous & just all around nice guys. Im confused as to what the point is of ordering online when you STILL have to wait in the line at the store to get your items. They dont pull your orders because the lady said ppl dont always come and they dont want to waste their time, understandable, however, yall do have ppl like myself that does show up and I use online ordering specifically to not have to wait in the line!!!

Advance Auto staff are almost always knowledgeable and typically have any part or tool I need. Their website usually has a discount code so you can order online, save money, then pickup the item at the store or have it shipped. I prefer them over both AutoZone and OReilly, and have used them exclusively for over a decade.Just this evening I got a socket stuck on a spark plug deep in my engine and was able to swing by and pick up a pair of 11 needlenose pliers to extract the socket. Highly recommend!

Super nice and helpful!!! I bought a gas cap and the man there saw me struggling with it out by my car (yeah, I was struggling with a gas cap.... it has been one of those weeks) and he just came right out and helped. Hope he knows how much that meant!! :)

The Man that delt with me really knew what he was doing. He was very kind and looked up on the computer about the gas cap I needed,this was very important because I failed the inspection on my car witch would keep me from getting my license plates.

I have never been treated so poorly with customer service. Manuel texted in front of us while at the counter (I dont care about texting at work but not while helping a customer!), had a conversation with his coworker the entire time, and I truly felt that I didnt matter and I was treated as if I wasnt a human, or you know, a paying customer! He also didnt answer a single question we asked, also his negligence and lack of attention to us we could have easily taken product from the store. Advance Auto Parts is right up the street from my house and I will never be going back to that or any other Advance Auto Parts. Customers matter!

I will never understand the customer service at these stores. You wait in a single line forever while the one employee available to help has to answer every single phone call that comes in before they can help you. This is the worst CS model, but every store works this way. The prices may be cheaper than other stores, but do you really value a saved dollar over the 20 minutes youll be standing in line?

Advance auto is a great place to shop for parts, I have yet to be disappointed, their people there are always very helpful and if they dont have the part they always find a way to help me get it. Ive gone to several Advance autobetween my home and work but I prefer the one one closest to home, the people there are awesome

I asked a clerk where they kept the cross reference book for oil/gas/air filters. She told me that because they get torn up, we dont have one. When I asked if they just never replace it, she said said they dont.So, she looks up the part on her computer. Unfortunately she sold me the wrong one. It would not have happened if they simply had the reference book just like any other parts store.For crying out loud, EVEN WALMART HAS A REFERENCE BOOK FOR FILTERS!!!!!They exchanged it quickly enough, but I was told they will not ever have any reference sheets or book. No apology for my wasted time or gas either.

They charge sales tax on core charges, but they pocket the sales tax and do not refund it when you bring the cores back. The guy told me he just scans the receipt, nothing he can do. He said if I want to dispute it I’ll have to come back in the morning to talk to a manager, because apparently managers don’t work past 6.I’m done with this place. On two occasions they sold me used electrical parts, and then they make a stink when you discover it and bring it back. Always thoroughly inspect the part before you walk out of the store with it, because (whether through ignorance or malice) they just put used parts back on the shelf to sell.This store gives AAP a bad name. They should take lessons from some of the other AAP stores that are doing things right.

Commercial side of this store is horrible. Slow drivers, wrong parts most of the time, and just overall horrible service from staff.The regular side of the store is just as bad, The staff is not knowledgeable at all about parts. I rather go to Napa Auto parts just because theyll at least get parts right the first time, not the third time.Would not recommend going to this location

Tried to return brake calipers to get my core charge back and was told i had to take back to the store i bought the calipers. Then i bought a new battery and the guy came out to change it said since it had a cover over the battery he couldnt change it. Wow. So i had to use his tools to change it out myself. Thanks Derrick with shaggy hair........ Ill Never do business with advance again..
