Kyle Roberts helped me build the Jeep Willys of my dreams. Kyle asked me what I wanted in my Jeep and delivered a month ahead of schedule. I could not be more pleased with the final product! I told him that this was my dream build and Kyle exceeded my expectations on what a dealer could deliver! 1000 out of 10 would recommend dealing with Kyle Roberts on building the Jeep of your dreams… or even a stock Jeep! Thank you Kyle, you were amazing!!!
We bought a jeep Cherokee with a dent in it over the internet while we were still living in Seattle. A bit of confusion on there part otherwise went smooth. Went to pick up jeep and found more damage interior plus exterior. They agreed to fix, so went to pick up jeep and looked like a high school body shop did the work! runs in the clear coat, bondo has pin holes in it! Horrible orange peel! Jeep looks worse than when we bought it! Krystin our sales person made excuses with her argumentative manager! Full of excuses! I was raising my voice as well btw! Her reply to us was ( its a used car ) we will never do business at this dealership & highly recommend no one else makes the mistake we did! Now we go in search of a body shop to fix there so called repairs. We also asked them to paint out grill inserts! Thats the worst of it all! No prep, no sanding, just a slight spray over! The color still shows through if you can get past the orange peel and texture
We enjoyed working with Chris B, the Internet Sales Manager. He was kind, thorough and very patient (even as I struggled to complete the credit application without typos)! He delivered our new vehicle to our home, perfectly detailed and with a full tank of gas. He was kind and respectful and followed through with everything he told us he would help us with. We had left another dealership before coming to Larry H Miller after a really rough experience so working with Chris was definitely a breath of fresh air. Thanks so much!
Great experience purchasing with the finance people. Didn’t really like my salesman very much or the manager at Larry H Miller. My Salesman was very impersonal and I felt age discrimination. I may look young and incapable, but I am very professional and have a lot of credibility. The manager was also very impersonal and and had an attitude, the kind of attitude that says I am better than you. They are not rolling out the red carpet for you here at this dealership, that’s for sure. I am very happy with my Jeep purchase just didn’t like the personal much. I am very happy with our finance guy Jonathan, wish he could have been our salesman. He brought out all the kindness and gratitude for us. A better rate for this dealership would be 4 stars for how impersonal they are and age discrimination.
Difficult times to buy a vehicle with very reduced inventory. But Colorado Jeep found what I needed and worked efficiently with financing. I plan to have all my servicing done at this dealer…good customer service. Our salesman (Eli) was helpful as was the sales manager (Joe).
We bought a Jeep Commander, which came with the oil change for life service. Tuesday, August 10 we dropped off our Jeep for a simple oil change. When I first called, I was told it would be simple and quick to complete it and that they had availability. Once there, I was told otherwise. They didn’t have any openings. I explained what the person on the phone had told me, full availability. A Customer nearby overheard and said he experienced the same thing. On top of that, they also told me I had to bring my invoice to prove that I had that service. That is understandable. No complaints about that but, it was very noticeable that the customers there weren’t pleased. Also, that dealership was under the name of Lithia when I first bought it, so they had to check the invoice once the dealership changed ownership, and is now called Larry H. Miller. I wanted to take advantage of a service that I bought for life, but I didn’t take my car for the oil change because i couldn’t find the paper. (This was a year ago) After such a long time of not taking my car for the oil change at that dealership, I was glad to be able to use that service again because I found the paper. So, once they accepted the vehicle they told us they would give us a call once it was ready. After two days they haven’t called us, so we dropped by to pick it up assuming it was ready, without a phone call notice to advise us that it was ready for pick up. When we arrived we were told that he tried to contact us several times. He tried to confront us by calling to show that it went straight to voicemail. So, I used my own cell phone to call their phone and it worked. Once he realized that my phone works completely fine, he immediately said “It could have been from our side” Meaning the problem could have been their fault. And still, the oil change apparently wasn’t completed yet. The reasoning being, the screw was too old. He offered me that he would purchase a new screw, but it was already too tiring so we decided to leave. At this point, I couldn’t trust the staff members. It was exhausting just to get an oil change. In all honesty, I felt that they did not care for us as customers. The atmosphere was tense, I saw many customers with complaints. I recommend reviewing your service center because all my experiences there were negative.Being lied to about the availability to the lack of communication, and the dealership not using those two days to find an available technician to work on my Jeep and overhearing the other customers with negative experiences, I doubt I’ll ever work with that dealership again. It was very disappointing.
Chris was amazing! He got us in and out super quickly when we let him know we were in a time crunch. By far the easiest car buying experience ever! We will definitely be back the next time we need a car.
Kevin was awesome and easy to work with. I’ve always had to hassle with the dealership but this time was completely different. Super easy to work with and everything was simple and fast. Things I could never have thought to say about a car buying experience.
Kyle was great to deal with, made the buying experience great. Thank you Kyle.
I’m so glad for have chosen Larry H. Miller Colorado Jeep for buy my car. I loved our entire experience over there, Erik was awesome for my husband and I, he helps us out with everything that we needed. We rightly recommend this dealership for everyone that are looking for quality in services and great cars. I’m so I love for my Renegade!
Awesome ! This was already my favorite dealership for Jeep parts, and they bent over backward to get me exactly the Pacifica I wanted. Roberto was instrumental in not only finding the vehicle, but making it a great deal. And doing the finance was a stress-free experience. This vehicle will last for years, but if Im still living in the area at the time Ill be back to trade here. Great people!
Quick to sell, slow to service. Before you buy from this dealer, try calling their service department. Good luck.
I have to say this was the BEST Buying Experience Ive ever had in a Automotive Dealership. John Mathieson, and his Team are Top Notch.Thank you ALL for the effort you put, into getting me my Dream Truck!!!
New car buy transaction went very smoothly. Kyle the salesperson was great.
This is one of the most disorganized operations I’ve ever seen. Brought the jeep in after waiting months for an appointment and months for a part. They assured me that it would be a quick fix. 27 hours later !!! and about five times they lied about when it would be done .. I finally got it back. Only to realize that they didn’t even complete the repair. . Which made me think that they didn’t even do the inspection that they said on my receipt. Because obviously they would’ve known that the headlight was out and could’ve easily replaced it like I asked them to do when I dropped it off . It took about 15 seconds of awkward silence on the phone with Patrick for him finally to say I’m sorry and actually show a little bit of compassion and empathy. Treating people with kindness and respect at this establishment is severely lacking. I will never be back !! Also reached out to them on messenger they assured me that a manager would be calling and or emailing. It’s been three days with no response so there you go !!
The service was great and I’m absolutely in love with my car. A great experience all around.
I absolutely loath this dealership.I’ve walked away from every literal interaction disappointed in the professionalism and efforts put before me.Sincerely,Very disappointed customer
I recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler. I compared every dealership in town, and Larry Miller had both the highest price, and offered lowest for my trade. In addition, this place had that kind of old-school, sleazy, boomer, dirt-bag vibe about it. My salesperson and the manager kept looking at each other shiftily during our entire conversation, like everything they both said was a lie. Most dealerships aren’t run like this, anymore. Aug. 2021
Sales department highly recommended, but the service department was horrible. Was supposed to be getting an oil change while I purchased my formerly leased vehicle, but after 3 hours, nobody had touched my car or told me anything. When I asked why it hadn’t been done, guy at the desk said “it was mid day and people would be working slow.” One of the employees was very apologetic but the man who had helped me couldn’t have cared less. Will never take my car in for service there again.
What a truly incredible experience I had today! Came in with my heart set on driving out with a new heel, and I was not disappointed!!! Ben was an incredible representative for this dealership and walked me through all of the great options. He walked the lot with me pointing out the options with the features I was looking for and just a short time later I found the perfect Gladiator! Thank you Ben and Larry H Miller Jeep for making me a proud Jeep owner!!!
Ben in sales was awesome from start to finish, made the car buying experience smooth. Marina in finance was amazing and answered all my questions. First time Jeep buyer - definitely recommend this dealership for your Jeep needs!
I worked with Ben and Daniel. They were both great. I didn’t feel pushed and felt they were really trying their best to find the car I wanted. The car I purchased, I felt I bought for a great price. After I bought the car Daniel went through all the car’s features with me. I bought the car Saturday and noticed a scratch on the rim when I got home. They switched the rim out Monday with no questions asked. I was amazed by their customer service.
Bought a 2021 Jeep from here. The process was great of buying the jeep. I had some complications (back windshield exploded while driving and shattered into a million pieces). The team is going to fix the issue. I will update the review once myJeep is fixed.
I have a brand new Wrangler that had the check engine light come on in the first full day of ownership and with under 200 miles driven. I dropped off the Jeep to Larry H Miller for a diagnosis. Theyve now had the car for six days (and counting) and I havent received an update. Ive called 5 or 6 times, left messages, and havent received a response. They wont even respond to representatives from the Jeep Wave program.
The service department receives the 5 star (would have given them 10/5 if I could!). Can’t say the same for the sales department.I dropped off my Jeep for an oil change. Once completed, they gave the keys to the sales department as the service department would be closed by the time I got off work. I went to the dealership a few minutes before 8pm, which was their closing time. All doors were locked, and the sales people were in there, doing their thing but did not acknowledge me. The sales department was aware that I was coming after work to pick up my keys, but couldn’t be bothered to come to the door and give me my keys (services was paid for, so it was a simple “give key to customer” kind of thing). The service department ended up driving my Jeep to my house first thing the next morning! I was elated, and surprised they did that! I am so happy to have worked with Ace and Tom. They made the whole ordeal smooth. Thanks, Ace and Tom! You’re the best!
Not a great leasing experience and an even worse end-lease experience. This dealership turned us off the Jeep brand altogether. I’m not sure if management has improved since we’ve dealt with them, but I would definitely recommend you take your business elsewhere.
This place is TERRIBLE. Absolutely DO NOT bring your vehicle here for service. They will give you a false diagnosis and overcharge you for unnecessary work. Also, I have never experienced a more rude customer service experience with the repair/service staff including management (especially management). If I could rate it less than 1 star I certainly would. They will try and impress you by using phrases like our class 4 certified Chrysler technician diagnosed your vehicle and... They say this to try and impress you and fool you into thinking oh well it must be true then. They operate completely on commission - the more work they find to do on your vehicle, the more money they make. I have no idea how dishonest people like this sleep at night but what I am saying is the TRUTH. I hope as many people as possible are able to see this and avoid this business altogether. There are honest mechanics out there so please do your research and find one...
My son and I came in for an oil change and was taken care of expeditiously. I appreciate the speed but, appreciate more the kindness they exhibited towards my 5 year old son. To me it speaks volumes. Thanks to all at Larry H. Miller for a great experience!!!
The sales process was easy and without pressure. I can be a bit of a challenge because I usually know exactly what I want and am not very expressive otherwise. Jami did a great job and it was fine. I love my gladiator. When I went for service I was checked in immediately, the lounge was well spaced out and clean and it didn’t take much longer than I would’ve expected anyway. I’d recommend this dealership any day.
I booked a service appointment online a week in advance. I called the day of the appointment to confirm and opted to up push it back a half hour. The rep said that there was plenty of availability. I arrived to the appointment early and was told to come back the next day because the technicians were too busy. I was rather perturbed but understood due to the nationwide staffing shortage. I was given an appointment for the next day at the same time. I returned the next day (Saturday) 45 minutes early. Upon arrival I was told I was too late and that the last appointment was at 3. I had arrived at 2:45, and my appointment was at 3:30. They took me in after giving me some grief and questioning whether or not I had actually spoken with a service provider the previous day. That said, the vehicle was serviced appropriately.I bought my first and second car at this dealership in the 2000s when it was Lithia/Dealin Doug. The facility is drop-dead gorgeous, but it is a shame that the service is left wanting; a simple call beforehand stating that the appointment would need to be rescheduled would have sufficed. So Ill be going to AutoNation for my needs moving forward.
Can I give zero stars? What do I give when they do nothing. Horrible customer service. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am as an appointment, I get a call at 4:00. Can we have your car for another day? They did not even look at it!!! And tell me they did not know much earlier that they could not get to it? We all know how a schedule works dont we? Call me at 2:00 and at least say hey sorry just couldnt do it because... No 4:00 after all work has been done for the day, doesnt take a genius to figure it out by then. I use my vehicle in my job not to mention rental cars are non-existent now or the smallest cars are $120/day. Never leaving my vehicle there again, even with oil changes, they want you to wait all day when I can easily be in and out in 30 minutes for less anywhere else that cares about good service. The attendant even tried to say well I told you we might not get to it. No you said you might not be able to make repairs if there are any. Bottom line, dont overbook if you cant handle it. What is this an airline now? I think I prepaid for extra oil changes, well I guess they got the best out of me. NEVER AGAIN!
Moved to the Denver area almost a year ago where both my wife and I both bought Jeeps. All maintenance has been done via Larry H Miller and will continue to be the plan for as long as we own our Jeeps. The customer service is superb and are easy to work with. I’ve never had a bad experience!
Everyone was great and professional. One of the best experiences Ive had buying a car. Ive been apart of the jeep family for almost four years now and Larry h. Miller Colorado jeep showed me why I continue to stick with the brand.
I am beyond satisfied with LHM Aurora. Sergio and Jonathan were great to work with. I highly recommend this dealership. There was never no pressure, no hassle and answer all of our questions. Were definitely coming back for another jeep! thanks for making my car buying experience a great one!
They very helpful and knowledgeable about the services they gave me! They were not pushy and did not try to over-sale anything. Only con was the lobby is loud. With plexi- glass blockers and masks, it’s a bit difficult to hear. Otherwise, it was a great!
Absolutely terrible service department. I showed up for my SCHEDULED appointment and was told by a condescending and rude lady that they apparently dont do work on Fridays. She then changed her story and told me that my request takes too long and so it would take 4 days to simply change the clear lens on the instrument cluster cover (I could do it myself in 2 minutes). The service person did not make ANY effort to solve the situation and seemed to not want to do any work on a Friday. Maybe LHM shouldnt schedule appointments for days when they dont work.UPDATE: I contacted the manager (WHO ASKED TO BE CONTACTED IN THIS REPLY) and he was out of the office and has unsurprisingly not returned my call.
Only had good experiences at this dealership. Ace is a wonderful representative that got my car taken care of way earlier than expected and explained everything to me thoroughly. Great customer service.
Great dealership, they are very professional, knowledgeable and put you at ease. Most car dealers are pushy but my sales person Kyle and the Manager helping out were outstanding and exceptional, delivering a fast process to purchase the car!
I dropped my 02 Dakota off for service today and the gentleman who received me gave me the vibe that he just couldnt be bothered. I intended on getting all the repairs I knew it needed done and just having the technicians look at everything that was given me issues. But because of his demeanor and the awkwardness I felt I decided just to have them look at the issue I believe is a dealer only fix. I decided it would probably be best to take my vehicle in to an independent repair shop for the other issues and just not deal with them. I believe the gentlemans name was Brad, I was also waiting there for an hour because no one could pick me up immediately. Then I thought of something else I wanted to ask the service department about so I went over and I spoke to Ken he was checking in another customer and he immediately informed her they had a service to give them a ride home or to work. I asked my question a service tech who was standing next to the counter overheard it and was accommodating to answering it. Then I requested if I could get the same ride service and within a few minutes I was on my way. So I wasted an hour and I am really disappointed in the service I was given by the first gentleman who I encountered.
Huge thank you to Patrick and Jared for helping me out!
Service department has no interest in retaining customers. Had an oil change package, was told it was expired when I came back but was never told there was an expiration date. Try to come up with a solution but just kept being blamed for it all. No one else was available to talk with. Consider other Jeep dealerships when you need one.
Great experience getting a repair. I was able to text with my service advisor. That made communication easy. Everyone was wearing a mask and they wiped down the car before returning it to me.
I own some vehicles that are part of a rental fleet managed by a Denver company. My rental manager took one of the Wranglers to Larry H Miller Colorado Jeep for repairs because he has a relationship with them. Because of the mileage on the vehicle, weve been considering selling or trading it, but the experience at this dealership has been terrible. My rental manager had negotiated a sale price with the sales manager and when I called to follow-up with this, the service advisor gave a price that was a full $10,000 lower than I was told was negotiated. The impression I got was that the service advisor was trying to persuade me to have the repairs done rather than selling the vehicle to them. Since then, Ive been given conflicting information on every call with a sales rep and Ive been trying to get in touch with a sales manager to get things straightened out. Ive texted sales reps, left messages with sales reps, left messages for managers on their voicemails and even messaged the dealership on Facebook. The Facebook agent was apologetic and said someone would call me ASAP. Still nothing. I understand that staff can get busy, but when someone tries this hard for weeks to speak with someone in the pursuit of doing business, a failure has occurred and others need to be made aware. I recommend avoiding this dealership completely. If this is how they treat customers with fleets, I cant imagine how little they care about their typical customer base.
Took my Jeep in for an oil change and routine inspection and ended up getting a bunch of bad news I wasn’t expecting, but it ended up being the best experience I’ve had at any dealership. The service department was able to get my Jeep in quickly and find the part they needed to get me on the road by Christmas. I was in constant contact with a gentleman from the service department named Ace and he was the main reason everything went so smoothly. He walked me through payment options and let me know step by step what was going on with my Jeep. I will definitely be back for anything my Jeep needs in the future!
Huge thank you to Kyle,Daniel, and manager Brad for making the purchasing processes easy, fast, and very responsive! Will definitely do business with them again.
I had a great experience purchasing my first jeep and first vehicle!Kevin Trujillo was my sales person and he was absoultely wonderful to work with. He was patient and really took to the time to explain to me the differences between the different models and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.If you are looking to come here - I would 100% reccommend asking for Kevin!
The customer service is such a huge difference since it became Larry Miller jeep. Many times better now. My car was taken care of in a timely manner.
My battery in my car died unexpectedly so I brought my car to Larry H Miller Jeep in Aurora and they got my car fixed and working within an hour without an appointment! The team was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about the issue that caused my car to die and how I can prevent that from happening again. Knowing what I do now, I’ll be taking my car for any and all mechanical issues to them to get the best care possible. Thank you guys for the fast action and help on my car!!
I worked with Chris Sainvil to trade in my 19yo ‘02 TJ for a new 2021 JL and I’m absolutely in love with my new Jeep! Chris was great to work with, he was super friendly and really worked to get me a great rate on my car loan while also being sensitive to the fact that I was trading in my previous Jeep that I was SO attached to. The dealership is really great, clean and professional!
Initial contact through internet did not lead to a final deal. When I was recontacted, both the sales representative and internet sales manager were very helpful, stayed in touch, and worked with me to come to a good deal (trade-in plus new car purchase). They answered all questions, and at the time of my actual visit, stayed with the agreed on prices and details. The staff were all friendly and helpful from my arrival through signing all paperwork and transaction completion.
I’ve own cars from all 4 major American automaker brands plus European luxury brands. At one point or another I’ve use their service departments. Larry H Miller Colorado Jeep by far has been my best experience when it came to customer service and service department support. It’ll be a reason I buy a car from them in the near future.
My husband arrived and they claimed we did not have an appt. I sent him the text reminder. Then all a sudden they found us.When I had called asked if there was a recall, they said no. Next thing you know my husband was told the problem was a recall? They fixed it and he was on his way.People are nice but maybe someone needs more training or the system needs to be fixed.Hoping for better.
The over all service was good, they did the work fast, I do like the text option they have any services that the car might need and one can choose which service to accept or decline as the price is listed on for the service.I do think that it would be nice If they gave the cars a quick pressure wash, especially in winter time. Just an suggestion
These people will take advantage of you if you do not know what’s going on. I was 19 when I got my car and they were adding packages onto them that sounded like a dream but really they didn’t exist. They told me I’d have road side assistance, can fix a tire for free, and all these lies. Wasted another 5K because these people just want to make a quick buck off your life. Do not come here. There are better places with people who yes get paid to help you but actually want to help you and not screw you over with non existent packages.
Had a great experience with service due to a number of recall parts that had to be replaced. Ace Smith, my service advisor, did a fantastic job scheduling the work, keeping me informed on all aspects of the service and made me feel like I was in good hands the entire process. The work was done promptly and it immediately helped remedy my non-starting issue. Thanks to Ace and Larry Miller for a job well done!
Eric was our salesperson, and he was fantastic. Additionally, every other person we dealt with was great, also. Tell your friends, these people are awesome.
I came to their “quick lane” for an oil change. I also asked them to check a tire that was not holding pressure. It took the TWO HOURS to complete the oil change. I asked them what was wrong with the tire and they said hey forgot to check it. He offer to pull the car back in but it would probably be another hour of waiting. I left and took the car to Big O. Big O got me in and out in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I have a bent rim that needs replaced. Big O put on my spare because of the danger. Larry H Miller allowed me to drive away in a car that with a bad tire.I called to ask about a replacement and they said it would be $579 (not including tax and installation). I found a dealer that had the rim for $285 and Big O will instal for $20.I hope to never return to this dealership for any reason. I used to love sheep but will never buy a Jeep again. Back to Toyota and Subaru.
First, this review is not directed at my service advisor, Ace Smith. He was great and very helpful. The overall experience with the dealership was miserable. I had an oil leak on a 2020 Wrangler with 6,000 miles, which was originally misdiagnosed and the vehicle was in the shop for 10 days instead of the original 2-3 days I was told. During this time, they were not able to give me a loaner car even though I booked the appointment weeks in advance, and I was stuck without a vehicle for the whole 10 day period. To me, this is unacceptable and I dont know what they expected me to do to get around. Will not be returning to this dealership.
Fantastic experience Pattrick and his team did a great job on my Renegade. Will definitely use them in the future.
I called to see if the guys had a opening and he stated they did not but I could drop it off. The wait would be 2 hours because they had to get a filter. To my surprise they called me a hour later letting me know my car was ready. He also told me to make an appointment to get my brakes fluid done.I have a Chevy and should go to a Chevy dealer but they have always taken great care of our cars‼️
Was able to make appointment easily. Checked in and walked home. Rachelle called and told me about inspection find- need brakes replaced on all wheels. ok, need vehicle by 2PM. Was done and picked up at 2 and left to pick up grandkids at school.
I’ve purchased numerous vehicles across the country at various dealerships and until this visit to LHM I was a loyal Mazda Customer. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and the sales/finance process. It did take quite a while to get things done but the wait wasn’t an issue simply because of the friendly environment. Our sales expert Jami was fantastic and they worked with me on pricing options in an honest fashion. I would highly recommend LHM to anyone.
They were very helpful and took extra special care to help me get back on the road quickly. I had a time crunch and they went over and above to make sure they met it for me. Thank you Larry H. Miller Colorado Jeep.
Good service very fast this time. Only negative thing was the lack of inspecting the basic things like lamps, battery.belts, hoses wiper blades, etc were marked as unchecked. Other than that, very satisfied.
Ace provided one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and willing to work with me to ensure that what I needed was taken care of. I would strongly suggest working with him and will be sure to do so any time I need my jeep serviced.
Service trainwreck. After almost 4k worth of maintenance repairs, my wrangler died on the drive home from Larry Miller not once but TWICE.First time, they didnt clamp the coolant hose back to the engine and so it erupted in smoke, overheated and left me stranded. They towed it in, made the repairs then detailed my jeep as an apology ...to be fair, it looks great.Second time, made it home! Go to restart it... *CLICK*. Dead. They towed it back AGAIN, replaced the battery they must have let drain while working on it. Delivered it back to me - nice touch... except they left all the documentation at the shop.Avoid unless you like getting lots of apologetic phone calls.
I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Colorado Jeep (South Havana, Aurora). The staff and mechanics are very professional and experienced.Patrick Ilgenfritz, service advisor, was keeping me posted on the statuses and updates providing a great communication and service.Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the mechanic who was working on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 2020.I bought my Jeep in Castle Rock, but AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe was the closest dealer providing Jeep service to me. I had a very bad experience with those guys starting from the first oil change to resolving fuel leaks. My biggest disappointment is when there was a leak of fuel under the hood area. The vehicle is 2020 with 8k miles only. Ok, thats the manufacturer issue, I understand. It turned out there were two issues a) cracked low pressure fuel line connector at the high pressure pump 2) leaking fuel pressure sensor on the top of the engine. I dropped off the Jeep TWICE at AutoNation to get it fully inspected. Twice the vehicle spent several days there. They said that they confirm the gas smell, but they could not find the issue saying they checked EVERYTHING, every fuel pipe and connector. Their conclusion was this was due to winter fuel blend which was evaporating stronger that summer fuel. Total BS. I checked the hood area. If they cheeked everything there must be some removed dust or any prints of the mechanics hands. The engine was very dusty (its Jeep driving on trails in the mountains).I had to remove the black plastic engine cover myself, drive the vehicle until I got strong smell of fuel going though AC vents inside, pull over, open the hood and smell the engine. Right under the cover I found the fuel sensor which was leaking the fuel. It had a very strong smell of fuel around it and like a halo of evaporating fuel around the sensor base. I brought the Jeep back to the location and talked to the mechanic. They replaced the sensor only after I pointed to it with my finger. The leaking sensor could have been found easily if the cover was taken off the engine. The repair took 3 days. The issue was not resolved. In several days I got much stronger smell of gas so that I felt unsafe to drive the vehicle having a fire extinguisher ready next to me.I decided not to deal with AutoNation again and brought my Jeep to Larry H. Miller Colorado Jeep on Havana. This was the right decision! They were awesome! Their mechanic spent two days looking for the issue. He did several test drives, washed the engine area, communicated with Jeep reps and other techs though his channels to get more info. Thus he found some mentions of a possible cracked low pressure fuel line connector at the high pressure pump. Bingo! Larry H. Miller guys were really awesome!I would leave a 10 star review if I could. Larry H. Miller Colorado Jeep is now my location for getting my Jeep serviced.
5 stars for answering a general question I had about transferring my jeep over to Colorado. We will be in soon I’m sure!
Before finding this wonderful place, I had thee most horrific experience with horrible people and I just thought it was going to be like anywhere I went. Thankfully I found Ben and all his associates that were so amazing, super professional. They didn’t treat it like a rat race to whoever got there first wins. Ben was a legit genuine person and I couldn’t be anymore grateful. Thanks, Ben! You were amazing!
Awful service. Made an appointment 6 weeks in advance to have air conditioning charged. Brought it down the night before, called late the next day…they “didn’t get to it.” Left it another day, went to pick it up after multiple calls/messages with no answer/reply. Showed up to get it and took 30 mins to retrieve my I repaired car…but they did give me the keys to another guys car. I bet the air conditioning in that one worked!”
They gave me exact information and did quick fix. It was a great experience I really satisfied their service!!
Ben was great to work with and made the buying experience easy. Highly recommend this dealership!
Fixed recall on horn, 2 years later horn doesnt work, want to charge me $150 just to look at it and said they couldnt fix it for free bc the repair only had a 2 year warranty. Give me a break, if there was a recall on the original part Im pretty sure the new part should also last more than 2 years..
I have been going to this dealership for almost a decade. When ownership changed, I noticed the service starting to go downhill. In the last year service has drastically decreased. Not only do you have to schedule appointments 2 weeks out, the minimum they have kept my vehicle in 5 days. Usually longer. Also I have had to return multiple times for the same repair. They don’t identify the issues and continue to find issues after the fact, costing more money time and effort on the customers dime.I am done with this place and will never go back. Complete money and time suck. Go local screw these guys.
Ace at Larry H. Miller Colorado Jeep really went above and beyond. I took my Cherokee in for repairs on the blower motor. Thanks to all the lockdowns/shutdowns at the manufacturing plants, they had stopped making the part I needed. Aces team searched all over the country at other dealers for the part I needed. Praise the Lord, they found one! Ace updated me every step of the way and was super friendly each time. We had a great experience!
So, I purchased my jeep compass from carmax. Turns out there was an electrical issue with the radio and the auto start ajd stop. Took it to Larry H miller because I had heard good things and it was all under warranty through carmax. I waited two weeks for my part to come in which wasnt a problem at all. Well the day it came in I got a text message from them stating that my part was in but I needed to get it in within 3 days or they were going to send my part back which was rather annoying but isnt the biggest issue. I got my car in and got it back a day later. Well since they worked on it my car is worse than before. My android auto doesnt work nor do the buttons on my steering wheel dont work either and my milage is flashing. I cant even charge my phone in my car as well as other issues. When I first got my car in they were very communicative but since telling them about the issues they wont get back to me or carmax and when carmax actually talked to the girl I had dealt with she got disrespectful with them. Its now been almost a week and still no response. Terrible service I would avoid them.Update: I took my vehicle in today after writing this reviews and after giving a couple an update on what was going on and making it very clear I was annoyed with their service they got my car in and ran a 15 minutes program on my car that fixed all of the problems. Im happy with how chris handled everything today he was very helpful but Im still very frustrated with the lack of communication and the disrespect I received from the girl who I wont name at this time. .I left my name and number at the desk for you Jarrod Id still like to talk to you. Thank you
The service department is absolutely wonderful. Robert Paine is a great adviser and goes above and beyond to help the clients.
Had my Gladiator serviced at this dealership and it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the second person in line when they opened and I watched 4 vehicles pull in after me leave before me. Only reason I go to the dealership is that my first 3 oil changes were free after purchasing my new gladiator. Will not be going back after.
Awesome techs there. Very thorough and didn’t charge me for issues they troubleshooted but couldn’t identify (not their fault; modified Jeep)
Wonderful experience! Easy in, easy out. Highly recommend.
I had an issue with my Jeep randomly stalling so I took it to Larry h miller. They wanted to do $11,000 worth of repairs on it including rebuilding my transmission. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to a wonderful shop (Kellers auto) and come to find out the dealership put the wrong weight of oil in my car during an oil change causing it to stall when breaking hard. Then I had an active recall on my Jeep, they didnt fix it the first time claiming they needed to order parts and they would call me when they came it. They never called, so 5 months later I called them and they said they had the parts. I scheduled an appointment (which you need to drop your vehicle off with them all day and wont assist you with alternate transport) and it took them all day to call me and tell me yet again, we dont have the parts and need to order them. That was January 28th and have yet to hear from them about these parts. $11,000 vs an oil change with the correct oil, you choose general public because this is the type of work Larry h Miller does!
Great customer service. Great COVID policies/practice. Someone came to discuss the recommended repairs with me personally. It seems they just renovated as well and have a beautiful interior.
Very clean and covid concious. I did shopping on line the night before. First thing in the morning we got a call about the vehicle we wanted. We set up an appt for that evening. Sales staff was extremely helpful and had the vehicle ready for a test drive. The entire experience was smooth and easy. You can put aside your concerns about a car dealership when you go to Larry H Miller. Extremely professional in every manner. I highly recommend them and Jeep as well. Great job!
The employees were all pleasant. It wouldnt be a bad idea to also wash the exterior after service. Maybe thats an East coast thing..
When I sign for my car, I waited hours to meet Marina for the final step. She told me she would contact me the next day to let me know my monthly payment. She never did. I had no idea what bank or payment I would have. Then I found out that the warranty put me $10000 above my budget. Marina told me to wait 8 weeks for it be reflected. She told me Angelina deals with removing warranty’s. Shocker, that I called Angelina and left her a voice message and still no response. After waiting 2 months nothing has happened. I would not recommend this poor customer service, where they can’t even get back to you. I even asked Marina to put me into contact with someone who could help me if she couldn’t, but I guess she’s the only one. By far the poorest Jeep has ever treated me.
Purchased a vehicle from here it broke down w/in 6 months. I called and spoke to a woman and was told “it’s a used car, buy as is” sooooo I guess their belief is; it’s okay to sell a car w/ a five year pay off and have it work ONLY half a year .Perfect place to purchase a lemon.
Customer service was nice, Kevin in sales was very accommodating and knowledgeable, not pushy. He walked me through the lot looking for trade in possibility while I had an oil change and tire rotation. Service took alot longer than expected an hour n a half. Not terrible just wsnt expected.
Great service and staff.
Always take my car in for oil changed.. They always offer excellent service. Thank you guys!
I realize your employees are likely under the impression the world revolves around them, but perhaps if youre going to encourage cutting people off and swerving in and out of lanes with no blinker...dont drive the company car while doing it? Just a thought.Cant wait to pop this lovely dashcam footage of your employee road raging their way to get to Walmart, with LHM Jeep as the featured talent in the film! Great work yall!
Excellent service with reasonable prices. The service techs are friendly, professional aNd helpful. The communication is also excellent in that they keep you informed along the way as your vehicle is being serviced. I recommend using this dealership.
Ace in the Service Dept. was excellent. Kept me informed all the way through from the work that needed to be done to completion. Communication was excellent and made the whole process seamless.
Super friendly staff, everyone was very polite and personable! rachelle was very accommodating ronny work schedule, and gave me accurate time estimates and prices up front, so no surprises or set backs! they also did a great job abiding by masks and social distancing without making things feel abnormal, really appreciate the service!
Called to get an oil change and tire rotation. Ace apparently can’t do appointments because he sent me to a voicemail. Try to call back. They answer and hang up. I then called to speak to the service manager and the operator answering the phone wanted to argue with me and send me to Caleb. When I told her that I didn’t want to speak to Caleb and that I wanted to speak to the service manager, she started arguing with me again. I’m not from here and never been to this dealership, but I wouldn’t recommend Larry H Miller to anyone.
Had an excellent experience. I took my car in for a recall, and they fixed it and even paid for my Uber to and from the dealership. Ace was great to work with.
Thank you John and team (Ben, Joe and Marina). Ben and Joe helped us find the perfect car at a great price for my daughter. Excellent communication and service from start to finish! Great experience! Will definitely be back. -John M
I don’t want to leave any stars but this was the only way to do a review. Not a good or bad review just an observation.I’ve been driving through the lot about every week and a half for about 1 1/2 -2 months and not new a Wrangler Rubicon in sight. Why is that?
Excellent service! I bought my Jeep Renegade from here half a year ago. Service was pretty quick and they allowed me to work from their convenient lounge (+ wifi access) while I waited. Definitely recommend going in early on a weekday, and try asking for Caleb! Super friendly guy.
When I went to take my jeep in for a concern, they were able to find the issue and resolve it within a couple of days, also the staff was very kind and helpful, and always keep me up to date on my vehicle..so thank you.I will recommend this place...
Fast, friendly service. love that you can text them instead of calling and leaving mesaages
