I was so pleased with my recent experience at target. As a single father I struggle with finding baby items by myself. To my surprise associate and caring employee Hana helped find everything I was looking for . She greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for I felt so at home under her care . I will most definitely be returning here I have never experienced such great customer service.

I was iffy on what to rate this target. I think a 3.5 rating is more fitting. They don’t have a big inventory of shoes and whenever I visit they don’t have a large selection of bed sheets. But they have a big inventory of women’s clothing. I think depending on what you’re looking for you, you may or may not find it. I hope in the future they’ll have a larger selection of women’s shoes. I think it’s an okay target and my experience there has always been okay. Not phenomenal, not awful but okay.

Twofold. First, I asked a clerk where I could find coffee makers and stating she was on her way to that area, walked me to the needed aisle. We had a lovely verbal exchange as we walked to the aisle. I wish I could provide you her name. Second reason, Jodie. She processed my checkout and walked me through how to use the Target app. She was absolutely delightful and very helpful.

I had the worst customer experience while shopping at this target. Not only does the front end of the store seem miserable, but after running into an issue and needing a manager I could see why there was misery. I think the managers name was Kathy? She was rude, interrupted me while explaining my issue, and offered me in store credit which is not what I was even after. Please consider hiring a manager that has a brain, social skills, and isnt anything like her.

The secret Funko club exposed!!!! So I went about 20 times over a week hoping to snag a new Funko Pop my wife wanted. Every time it was not available, never had any, even pretending to check the back but always had none, for me anyway. On one trip I struck lucky, I caught a guy who told me there was none pulling one out of nowhere and selling it to his friend. I caught him and he knew it so I said I want one now and he had no choice but to sell me one.

This Target is smaller and has some major stock issues, especially in the food section where it always looks like someone has completely cleared out entire sections.The pharmacy is great though! Some very kind pharmacists who are not only helpful but genuinely nice to interact with briefly.

It’s 420 pm on August 30 and there’s no available spots for drive up because all the spots are full. I’ve seen nobody come out and bring any groceries or bags out. So I Call the store and the girl at customer service was actually snotty saying we Are shortstaffed we only have one person and I’m sorry you’ve had to wait but we only have one person. Total attitude. My thing is is if you’re short staffed put something in the app so that people know that the order is going to take longer than normal instead of making everybody wait so long. Also I feel bad for the employees the one girl is doing all this work by herself and I’m sure lots of people are frustrated

Worst delivery service ever!! I scheduled a same delivery for 7-8pm it is 9:40 pm and my order still hasn’t shown up yet I was told over an hour and 20 mins ago it was on it’s way. I shop at this store frequently with the drive up. And this is the very first experience I have had with delivery. First and only. I will never ever place a same day delivery with them again. Beyond disappointed. Not to mention the customer service to find out the issue going on with my late delivery order. Awful! I had to talk to 3 different people and I truly felt like I got the run around consistently. I paid 9.99 for a delivery that was supposed to be β€œfast” within 2 hours of checkout. Absolutely horrible!

Just moved here and have not had a good experience at this target. I purchased a product and upon opening it clearly had been used, they resold it almost empty. Issues with gift card balance not being applied at checkout even after double checking, and cashier forgetting to bag items that I paid for. Also, managers do not wear masks which sets a poor example for this store overall.

They claim that city of Aurora does not mandate covering, but does not preclude you from mandating it to your own customers.

I just got a caramel frapp. Decaf and was greeted by the rudest employee. Since the beginning of my order (4items) her attitude was terrible. I recently had to start drinking decaf due to a health condition so i am not super familiar with how decaf looks. I bought a decaf product that looks just like coffee and its brown, so i assumed it looked the same in color as regular coffee. When i received my caramel frapp, the drink was white so i went to ask the barista if why it looked this way. She rudely responded β€œyou asked for decaf”. I wish she would have explained nicely. I like starbucks and their products but not sure i want to continue going as it is on my way to work.

I went to this target a few minutes ago with a return. I didn’t have my receipt. I asked what the process would be and she said she could issue store credit only. I got in life waiting. The woman before me also didn’t have her ID. Instead the same cashier offered to pull her order up by her credit card. when it was my turn, I waited to see if she would give me the same thing but she said swipe your ID. I asked is there a reason that you’re not giving me the same offer you gave her? And she goes what offer? And I go pulling her order through her credit card for a refund without a receipt. She stared at me and goes would you like me to do that? I go yes. She refunds my card. Kind of unbelievable. Rarely go to this location anyway but trying not to have to go back.

The entire experience was effortless. Although: I had to invent my own way to alert the Associates that I did not want plastic bags. (My Account: First Name - NO BAG - Last Name) A simple option from within the app would have been a good solution. Target should have seen this coming. Denver City Council proposed this idea A YEAR AGO. Legislation has been ramping up for months, and the law passed 5 days ago. I had already been to another store closer to me with no luck finding a Christmas tree stand. A young man, Josh, was stocking shelves away from the Christmas items, but I asked him if he could help. He was happy to help.We went to the area where the stands should have been but the one I wanted was not on the shelf. He looked it up to make sure of exactly what I wanted. Then he asked me if I could wait and he would be right back. He came back very quickly and handed me what I was looking for. Josh made sure it was the correct item. This Target is pretty awesome but it could use a few things. The grocery section is slightly limited but that is o.k. I never thought of Target as an actual grocery store. I have heard it is a national thing with Target but the lack of music along with the overbearing white lights at times can give it a hospital feel. Over all the employees are good but there is one lady that stands out. I have shopped in this neighborhood and this Target for years and Jodie is the reason I keep going back. The self check out lanes could be completely open but I would prefer to wait an extra few minutes to check out with Jodie.

On 02/ 21/ 19 I was checked out at register 12 at 3:10 pm. The older lady with the short whitish blond hair was incredibly rude to me. I usually bring cloth bags to cut down on plastic waste, but had forgotten them today. I asked her is she had paper bags and she sharply said NO. I made an annoyed face and told her Ill just carry my items then. She rudely retorted Well you can do whatever you want. When I looked offended at that, she told me I could purchase a cloth Target bag.In response I grabbed a cloth bag and told her Id buy it, and as she was ringing up my items she told me how some Targets have paper bags, but this one didnt. She then felt the need to tell me that she really doesnt care about plastic bag waste. In response to this unnecessary ignorant comment, I told her that its difficult to recycle plastic bags, and that some countries are starting to ban then. In response to this she said Well those countries can do whatever they want, but we dont have to because this is America! I informed her then that America is actually one of the biggest polluters of the planet, to which she snapped Well I dont believe that! I told her that theres this thing called Science that could prove her opinion wrong, in response she shoved my bag toward me and said harshly You have a nice day. However her tone was incredibly rude.I couldnt believe that this lady was basically shaming me and pushing some type of pro-pollution agenda on me. I dont usually complain to managers but this exchange was so offensive that I complained to one of the managers on duty. He was nice to me and said he would speak with the rude cashier. I appreciated the managers sympathy, but I still left the store with negative feelings about the whole exchange. I live in the area but may go to other Target stores in the future, since I dont want to be disrespected simply for wanting to cut down on plastic waste.

Just came to this target and spent 500 cash on gifts for my son birthday and the entire time we spent walking around shopping like normal people we watched security follow us not even just security management as well. So my receipt would not print. The cashier attempted to get my receipt printed at the register which she was unable to do so. Cashier told me to go over to the Guest Services and they would be able print my receipt for me. After waiting for about 20 minutes they come back and tell me the people who are authorized to print receipts for their customers are busy appending someone and I had to come back to get my receipt. If you want a higher rating you may want to get your machines in working order and start treating your customers with respect.

What happened to the Target on Havana? The layout of the store made no sense. I was searching for storage bins in the Home Storage department, except storage bins were by groceries. The shampoo and body wash were in two different departments. No other Target is this disorganized. My final complaint is that this Target doesnt take WIC. Dont go to this Target if you are in a hurry. Go to this Target if you are a fan of mazes and tomfoolery.
