Our school has used FastSigns for all of our signage! We couldnt be happier with the quality and professionalism.

Had logos done on my truck - a few months later some of the letters and a couple of the graphics start to peel, so they replace them. A few months go by and the very same exact letters and graphics they replaced start to peel again! This time they refused to replace them. Their reason: Because they dont know what caused their product to fail. So, because you dont know why your product, that youve replaced - and only 1 specific set of letters and 2 specific graphics on the entire truck have failed, you choose not to enforce your own warranty??Find a company that has the balls to do the right thing - do not waste your money here; unless you are fine replacing their faulty products 13 months later!

I was coming in to get a price for some car advertising for my husband and to work a solution for my car. Literally said I was open to anything. The lady I spoke to there was incredibly unhelpful and I had to lead the conversation, which is hard to do when you are needing help selecting the best product. She didnt ask me anything about my business or my needs. She asked me nothing and our conversation was marred by frequent silences because I had no idea what to say next. I started to get frustrated because trying to get information from her was like pulling teeth. I felt more like she was a cashier at a grocery store than a knowledgeable salesperson. Even if I do work with this company, odds are very low Ill go to this location and lower still (read zero) that I will work with her. Also, the store was very dingy and everything was dirty.
