Wow big store, great selection. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Their balloons are very reasonableGreat prices, great stuff, large selection. If your throwing a party or looking for something from one your favorite characters this is the place for you. Threw a Harry Potter party,complete with matching table cloth, napkins, helium balloons and of course white balloons for making owls.

I feel compelled to write a review for this store even though I have never been there. I just heard a story of the manager of the store going WAY WAY above and beyond for a friend of mine. So much so that she is still talking about it! THAT is amazing! This manager listened to her and understood what an important event she was trying to decorate for. He spent time to find so many amazing decorations that were normally not available at the time for her to purchase for her event. I honestly cant put into words how much it meant to her to be able to throw the most meaningful party for her friend. THANK YOU for the amazing customer service that you just dont find every day, or even ever. Steve and Rick deserve recognition!!!

Friendly. Helpful. Clean. They were practicing social distancing. They had hand sanitizer at all the registers. The staff was spaced out appropriately. There werent alot of people in here but the girls behind the register got the few people that were there out in a reasonable time.

Line was very long and had to wait even longer for balloons, but staff is excellent and makes sure every customer is satisfied! Love this place

I came here to buy those big metallic number ballons. the big 34 inch ones are 11.99 each that includes the helium. they have them I about 5 or 6 different colors, I got them in purple. the customer service was great. I went last minute, i was afraid they would be out of a certain number but they have those fully stocked.

One person checking people out with a line of 15 people. Two - three eople working on balloon orders and I was scheduled to pick mine up at 10:30. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to learn my order wasnt ready. Ridiculous. Its graduation season and clearly you would know from previous years that this time is very, very busy- pandemic or not. This should b all hands on deck.

Amber was very helpful, personable and fast. She helped find the exact balloons I wanted, was patient and had all the answers to all my questions. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Was disappointed my curbside order was almost 30 minutes late (balloons hadnt even been blown up when we got there), and it took me calling twice for them to start my order. Then all my balloons werent included and I had to go back in.

They were very helpful! I was planning my sons 1st birthday and they made sure I got everything I needed and will be delivering the rest of the items the night before the party. Very knowledgeable very kind very thoughtful very helpful! Worth every penny if I had of had more money I would have spent much more there but I feel like I got more than my moneys worth.

Good customer service

I had been to at least 4 other party supply stores including a different party city and absolutely could not find the balloons I needed to. I walked in the store and looked around for about a minute until I was greeted by a part city employee. After a long hard day this young lady named Julia put a smile on my face. She was incredibly helpful in helping me find what I needed and along with that she put a smile on my face as I left the store. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I experienced at this store and even if I didn’t find the balloons I needed, I still would’ve left a happy camper. Thank you to the Party City staff and Julia in particular for helping me out. 10 stars.

Great energy, friendly and helpful staff. I was also able to find exactly what I needed quickly thanks to a clean and well organized store.

8 employees filling saloons and 1 at the register. Was in line longer than I was shopping. Service was friendly enough and FYI helium is free with any balloon packs you get off the shelf. Quality balloons that are still holding helium over a week after purchase. Some licensed products were in different places which was annoying and you practically had to be in line at the register to see the singles balloons display. I was able to pick up my inflated balloons 15 minutes later and went elsewhere in the meantime.

I gave 4 stars just because I found everything I needed for my daughters (3) birthday. But the store need more cleaning and swapping dust from obvious places. Its not always about profit. Sometimes you need to pay attention of the pleasant shopping experience.

I went to purchase a Couple of Party Hats and they had a Great Selection.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I received the most outstanding customer service at this location I felt inclined to share. Julia helped me pick balloons for my granddaughters upcoming birthday, and went above and beyond. She treated me so kindly, even when I didn’t know the difference between Sophia the first and the other princesses. This Party City location is clean, impeccably stocked, and has outstanding customer service let by incredibly polite employees like Julia.

You know I don’t ever leave reviews but I had trouble with balloons at another location came to this one spoke to Steve and he definitely hooked it up even though I only needed one balloon replaced he ended up replacing that one balloon and about 5 extras, definitely Satisfied with the help from Steve. Any issues speak with Steve at this location!!

It is okay, I went when they were really busy. It took a while to get through the store cause, they had many people there. Go during a weekday, and it should be a quick visit.

I got inexpensive party baskets filled it with toys and candy for my nieces. They loved it. It was easy to find what I was looking for.Some isles are messy and dis-organized but it didnt bother me. Everything rang up fine, as listed, paid without incident. And yes, there were a couple of people waiting for balloons, but I dont know about that department or how long they were waiting or what the deal was with that.

Don’t go here unless you have an hour to spare. Four adults working the registers and it took 10 minutes just to get to the front of the line, then there was a 20 minute wait to get the balloons blew up. Obviously paid by the hour.

I’m sure the manager at this store was desperate when they hired their employees. They were extremely disrespectful. Using profanity in front of my kids behind the cashier. Making it very loud and clear. So unprofessional. It doesn’t matter where you work. People need to be taught to have good costumer service if they choose to work with people. I hope the owner knows who’s working in their store and how it’s ran. Other then that the store was good.

Store was great, it had what I was looking for but the employees were so rude. The cashier didn’t even bother to look at me, say hi or have a nice day. The store was good but the cashiers were very rude, all 3 would walk away and not say anything to you.

Even in covid the made sure my sons 1st birthday was hooked up. Only thing missing was the high chair decorations they had listed as available on the internet...but worse things happen!! Thank you you guys!

Shoutout to Julia, I recently gained a lot of weight during the previous months and I found myself stuck to my toilet seat at Party City because I had become tooo thiccccc. After many attempts, Julia managed to not only remove the toilet from my rear but she also gave me a complimentary plastic bazooka.

One of the best party stores ever I placed a balloon order last week and it was quite a lot of balloons and the two young ladies made a beautiful bouquet out of them I love the customer service very friendly so sad I didn’t catch there names

Terrible customer service by the manager. Someone stole my identity and the manager didn’t even want to look up the transaction time for me for my police report. Said I should just dispute it which correct yes I did but this person shouldn’t steal identities and want my police report to be exact. Didn’t want to help me at all with transaction time or if they had cameras etc.

Lots of inflatable toys for reasonable prices.

It has a lot of decoration stuffs. And Alot of things for theme bd perfect for children ....just wasnt okay that all napkins where made of plastic what if I plan candles?

There was a good selection of nice New Years party items here.I wasnt thrilled with the customer service at first because all the personnel were concentrating on one couple. Once they saw several other customers in line at the empty cash registers, they stepped up and got us through.

I enjoy going here except during Halloween. The way its set up when it comes to costumes is not very well managed. Understandable its their biggest holiday, but theres one maybe 2 people standing around to check on if they are in stock or not. If they are out, they dont mark them or put anything up to let you know. So you wait, in a very small area, to ask for 10-15 to find out its gone. Its a dreaded experience.

Items not up to standard

Pre-ordered my balloons almost 3 weeks early then got there and had to wait about an hour and a half. Super disappointing also one of the employees actually popped one of 2 specialty balloons that I ordered online and didnt even say anything just replaced it with a different one that didnt even match! When I express how upset I was because I was late to my own baby shower due to the balloons, The Man In Charge have the guts to be rude to me and tell me how understaffed they were. I understand being understaffed but I dont understand having to wait an hour and a half for my balloons and not even be called to tell me that they were going to be late. Seeing as though I was upset you think he would be kind. He was not, I understand frustration but I do not understand how the employee can be so unkind when it was their fault.

My last visit here I was on my way to a Harlem Nights 1920s masquerade Christmas party and they had every single thing that I needed! I won first place and I owe it all to you party city. Thank you for being very detailed and creative in costume custom designs! Cant wait to see what I come up with next year and when I do I will return right here to this store.

Okay so let me tell all of you about my experience here at this Party City. I myself worked there and it was horrible. The management sucked so bad, they don’t care about the customers, they don’t even care about customer service. All they care about is the money and the pay! I was 16 when I began working there and I was discriminated for so many things, one being a female. I’m now 17 with a much better job and better management. FYI if you purchase Mylar balloons, you get one free refill! Always ask an associate working on balloons a question instead of waiting in line. Also, if you are looking for something that says it available in store and they tell you there’s nothing in the store, they are lying!! They are just too lazy to get the item from topstockThis was by far the worst job ever. If any teens are looking for a job, this is not the place to go! Often times I would be the one to get yelled at by costumers for things that that managers did. One time I had a customer come in and was not given a balloon that he had purchased, turns out the balloon valve was damaged and I thought we should’ve given him a refund but the manager refused!!! All of the managers are white males that are racist and very rude. Their breaths would smell like alcohol! When a customer leaves, the first thing they do is talk badly about them. The pay here was super bad and the hours sucked. Last thing to say, I would be all by myself on the registers with no help while the managers were out in the back smoking ! This place is just terrible over all!

HIGH PRICES AND POOR SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Recently visited to get some balloons and it took 23 minutes to fill 10 balloons. After filling the employees says unfortunately they will probably only stay floating for 6-7 hours.. You pay almost twice as much for simple party products and especially balloons. JUST BECAUSE YOU WORK AT A PARTY STORE DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE CLOWNS. DONY WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.

Great store for all your party and celebration needs but lack good customer service. The employees dont seem to like their job. Not friendly just there for pay. Items here can be pricey, best to look at a different store (Walmart, Target and even the Dollar Store). Will still unfortunately be shopping here as there are few Party Citys around but only if I cant get want I need from other establishments.

Staff needs much needed training in customer service. I went tonight to pick up a balloon order that was placed at 2pm for a ready at 8:30 pm pick-up. Got there and young man behind the counter with his hood on his head (very unprofessional) walks to find order then proceeds to tell me that there is no order. 6.5 hrs and 5 Mylar balloons are not ready. He then tells me to go and find the balloons so they can blow it up again. Really?????? I get the balloons then stand in line for product that has been paid for already. I get no acknowledgement from the staff that theres an issue. I get to the counter and ask for a manager. Manager comes and I explain my situation. I just get okay, so what needs to be done. She inflates the balloons then hands them over without a peep. No, Im sorry for the inconvenience that our error has caused. Come on people this is crazy!!!!!! I ask for a managera card and I get no we dont have cards. I ask for managers name and number she writes it on a piece of paper and hands it over. If it werent for the kids in the store, I would have had no problem giving them a piece of my mind!!!! This may seem minimal but the lack of customer service is appalling!!!!!! Then I try to call the corporate number and nothing!!!! No answer, no options just NOTHING. Has our world gotten so modern that proper courtesy is no longer needed. So thanks to google for giving unhappy customers a platform. This was a horrible and very aggravating experience. If it werent for my childs birthday, I would have left with 2 fingers in the air and it would have not been the peace sign. Sorry, NOT SORRY!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered memorial balloons and 3 hours later I get a cancellation email and they charged my card. I call the store and they dont know how to revirse or return the online payment so I had to call the bank to do the job they should know how to d. If I could rate a 0 I would

Always friendly staff. Great selection, the only thing that i would recommend is to buy your Halloween costume with plenty of time ahead. This place gets crazy during that time of the year.

The folks here were super helpful. And even though it was later on a Saturday evening they were willing to chat and were not bothered by us trying on all the hats.

This store imparticular always had slow service. Unfriendly management. At least acknowledge People standing waiting on their balloon order, well be right with you something!!! One cashier for a whole line of customers. 2 working on balloons and one allowed to clock out and leave.. Really? Come on party city, step up your game.
