SCAMMERS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!These guys are not a legit business and will try to scam you any way they can. Employee lied to me about a certain fragrance being out of production said they stopped making it. This was a lie in an attempt to get me to put money down on a product i would never receive, saying they could order it from one of their other stores. This was a lie from the beginning.Dont trust them take your business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! I bought a cologne from here weeks ago, was told it was in a warehouse and that I’d receive it in 5-7days. Thought it was because of the holidays, but here we are almost a month later and no cologne. ALSO, called countless times different days and not only is their mailbox full but they don’t pick up. HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not buy here. I wish they could be banned from having the shop in the mall.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND BANNED!!! They sell perfumes 3x’s the normal amount and claim to be giving you a discount!! Go to return the perfume but they refuse to take anything back!!! Never ever have I felt so cheated in my life!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This store is over priced! I should have looked up the perfume in the store. Not sure why I didnt because I always do. Anyway, I bought Only me! Passion. And these people charged me 3 times the amount. They lost a customer. On top of it all.... most of their perfume smells like alcohol. NEVER AGAIN!

How this store works, they tell you that they have a perfume even better of what you want. You might decided that’s correct and then when you buy that perfume is overpriced 3 times than the price that you pay somewhere else and then when you noticed that at home and you go back to tell them to get your money back, they just tell you that you can’t do returns so you can only do exchange for other products. Don’t buy at this place

Just speaking on my purchase but I am pretty sure the cologne I bought is counterfeit because I purchased the same cologne at a major department store last year and the color was different and the scent lasted longer and was stronger. Hopefully the owner of this store can respond and say whether the products are authentic or not.

They sell you over price fragrances don’t shop here they talk fast and act like they are giving you a deal but they really are ripping you off 💯

Fake made up pricing. Poor customer service. Purchased a”French perfume” (so called) recommended by sales lady. They did not have the cool water said I went in there for and I should a left. The French perfume that I purchased was not French perfume at all it can be found on Amazon for 16.99. I paid 49.99 and That was $20 off the “regular “ price. I have been unable to reach anyone within the store to return therefore I will dispute this charge. Try calling this store. No answer. Do not purchase from these people. It’s a sham for fake fragrances. It’s a store. But operate like a kiosk. Beware!

Sold us Ed Hardy Eau De Toilette for 69.00. This is 19.00 on Amazon and about anywhere else we looked for the same size.Employee became belligerent and said YOU picked it! There are no refunds.I wont be back.

I did not like anything from this store, the fact that they try selling you perfumes that you dont want. I went in to get a perfume the girl said to take another one 40% off. I did but went back to return it because I didnt need it, I got my money back and today i went back to return the other one because i noticed i paid too much for it. I couldnt get my money back. I could of only change it for another perfume. They try selling everything on a high price. They even say which perfume or colon is real or fake. Buy your perfumes at Macys Dillards at least they will return your money back and it aint fake.

Same deal tries to steal your money... i filed complaint. Literally tried to argue with me when they have a display that says refunds or exchanges on unopened merchandise within 14 days.

High pressure selling rip off, they sold me Only me perfume for $40.00 found same perfume $17.00 at wallmart.

They sell you the most expensive perfumes pretending they are on sale. Look for them, orient yourself.They sold me one for $ 50 and it turned out that its price everywhere was $ 15. 🚫 I was teased once, the ONLY time.There are better and more reliable places to go, I assure you.
