All of the employees are so nice, and actually want you to find a product you like! I go in to the store at least once a week. I am always greeted, and helped with anything I need. I have been recommended several products and have been so happy with every one! I love this store and the employees and will recommend this one over park Meadows any day!
Rude rude rude people and talk about getting ignored. Thats ok was able to go somewhere else and spend my money.
Is it possible to fall in love with service? I think so! Left my entire makeup collection on vacation and needed to regroup quickly once I arrived home. I thank my lucky stars I decided to pop over to my nearby Sephora. Superwoman Sarah (you know who you are Rock Star) generously guided me through their huge selection with recommendations, salesmanship and product expertise helping me to recover quickly. I offer my highest recommendation.

I was so excited when I heard that an actual full-size Sephora was going to be opening near me. But, after getting a chance to go to this location, I probably will continue to order online. The first issue I ran into at this store is they do not know what they are talking about and have not hired knowledgeable staff. I needed to get shade matched with the Huda Foundation and they enlisted their “Shade Expert” to help me. This young lady matched me 6 shades lighter than the shade that ended up working for me. When I needed to return the ridiculously light shade, they convinced me to pick my own shade, and low-and-behold that shade was out-of-stock. The cashier then asked if I’d like to have the foundation mailed to me: “It only takes two days”, she said. 8 days later … and I finally received my foundation and it’s the correct shade. All and all, these gals just do not know what they are talking about. Go in knowing what you need, without any questions. If it’s out of stock, order it online. It will come just as quickly as if they order it in store.
I couldnt resist stopping into the new Sephora in Southlands Mall. While being color-matched under new covid-safe practices, I got the chance to talk to the Bri who talked about the diversity of the staffs background in the makeup industry. Perfectly matched to a Fenty foundation, I am a satisfied customer.
I love this store so much!!! Helpful staff and everyone knows what they’re talking about! The only people who leave bad reviews about this store are people who are rude themselves! I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees and they are customer services oriented every time I shop here!!

I was super excited to finally have a big Sephora store closer to my house! I would normally order online because I felt unwelcome at other locations.The first couple times I went, I had such a great experience. After a few months though, I’ve started to notice the same behaviors. The employees always seem in such a rush or like they have better things to do than help customers. Guess I’ll just continue to shop online instead.
This business does not align with my families values. This is my opinion and I will be taking all my business elsewhere, its too bad as I found buying gift cards for this brand an easy gift option for the women in my circles, and they were always well received. I rarely leave bad reviews but when I find a brand offensive I cant stay silent. If you believe in equality I suggest not shopping here.
Incredibly helpful staff in this beautiful and very clean location. Everyone is taking great health measures.
I was excited that a new Sephora opened in my neighborhood and today was my 4th time coming. It’s disappointing that one of the employee’s was following me around thinking I’m going to steal and yelled at me for touching one of the items on the shelf. There is no diversity in the store and I felt unwelcomed.
I had a great experience at this Sephora, the associate that helped me was very helpful and helped me find the right products I needed instantly. I will be shopping here again.
The staff are not at all customer service oriented rather act like security guards. I have been there a few times since the have opened and have quickly realized they have zero knowledge about any of the products. One associate would not listen to anything I said, instead had me walk the entire store with her while she tested every lipstick, even though I kept telling her the shade and brand of lipstick I wanted. I would rather travel 30 mins and be treated like a decent person and heard at another store, than shop at this store which is less than 10 mins from me.
Very nice staff...you get attacked by 3 folks as soon as you walk in eager to help.

My favorite Sephora hands down! I’ve gone here several times already and the staff is always respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have told all my friends/family to come to this Sephora. It clean and huge! They have a large selection and the fact that I feel very comfortable browsing around is appreciated. It reminds me of the Sephora in NYC.I also want to give a huge shout out to the staff who work here and have to deal with the Karens of the area. Southlands has a tricky demographic but the staff here is well prepared!
Beautiful store, seems well staffed and and all the employees were friendly.
Google says the store hours were updated two weeks ago and that they close at 8. I live 30 minutes away and drove all the way here to find out they close at 7.
