This location is amazing! The staff are always so helpful. I went in to find shoes for my son who is starting football and they helped me find the right shoe for him. Then at checkout, they even helped me find a coupon! This location has earned all my families shoes business!

Shoes arent organized at all. And staff seems like they dont want to be there. They have some ok shoes and prices but the unorganization makes me not want to go back

I have to give 5 stars just because I found cute shoes that were size 5s. No one carry’s anything smaller than a 6 and 6s are rare sometimes too. I didn’t have to shop in the little girls section and my shoes don’t have bows lol I might look like a 30 year old now!! THANKS for thinking of us small feet women!!

Jasmine is great. Epitome of excellent customer service when I ran into issue with my husbands size 14 Ecco shoes. Grateful she truly did everything she could!

Very disappointed with the customer service. I bought 2 pairs of boots and wanted a 3rd. The store didnt have my size and they wouldnt order it online for me. She said that if they didnt carry the size in the store, they wouldnt be able to order it online and that I would have to order it myself. This is the first Ive ever heard of a store not being able to order a pair of boots in a size they dont have available in store. Theres signs all over the store that say they can do it. I also had a coupon that she refused to honor because it was online. I showed her the in-store code, and she still didnt do it. It was my first time buying boots there, I was very happy with the quality of the boots, but probably wont shop there again.

I asked the lady to see if it’s possible to order a size in this boot. She had a lot of attitude when I asked her to do that. I then asked if it was in another color in the size and she said no. I then asked if I could order them online and get the buy one get one 50% off discount still. She said yes I said ok and she began to check me out. As a customer of this store for years, this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Customer service sucks the people that work there either have an attitude or just ignore you the whole time you’re there. Definitely feel the heat in there right when you walk in, there is no AC what’s so ever makes it uncomfortable to be in there for a long period of time. The only think I like about the store is the shoes and the prices but I don’t think I would ever shop at this location ever again.

Horrible customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager the employee walked away and asked if I was harassing her.
