Good selection and clean store. Ive been to this location multiple times. There is always a good selection in everyones size. I have four kids, so its nice to be able to find something for all of them at one place. Good deals all around, but really good clearance deals if you check through it. My eldest daughter got boots originally almost $100 for a little over $10 she was very excited. Luckily there is plenty of stock as i have never really gotten any help from employees. They generally seem to hang out together at the front of the store, but im sure if i needed something i could just ask. Overall nice place to get decent shoes.

This location has ample staff to help with all your needs. They carry a huge selection of shoes in many brands and styles. Prices are fair. Some accessories offered as well.

Could have been better when I walked in all the employees kind of hanging around and I had to go to the cashier in order for them to get me the shoe to match... Other than that the prices were great and they had a great variety of shoes

This store has a pretty reasonable selection, and they always have good deals. Maybe not the largest shoe store Ive ever been in, but I can almost always find what I came in for. The customer service is always pretty fair. No one has ever been rude to me nor have I had a negative experience at this location. Overall I would say this location good, but it doesnt knock my socks off.

I have shopped at this location several times and have had a reasonably good experience. This evening I took my granddaughter to buy her some shoes for her birthday and a woman I believe was the manager clearly followed us around the store. I called back because I didnt want to make a scene in the store with my granddaughter there. I asked the manager if theyre trained to follow Black people around the store and she said they were working on some projects and had gotten complaints about not providing good customer service. Thats funny because we werent greeted when we entered the store and when we went to the girls section she asked if we needed help from around the corner of the aisle. She pretended to be working in that area and when we went up front to the womens boots she magically appeared there too and stood where she could look down the aisle we were on. SMH

Dont trust the website, they definitely have way more in store than they list online, and I am happy for that. I went in for one pair of shoes I saw online and instead fell in love with two other pairs I saw. The staff were super helpful and there was plenty of them so I never had to wait for help when I needed it. I even found a last minute coupon online to make my shoes even more reasonably priced than they already were. I will definitely shop here again.

The only reason I give the store three stars is because of the lack of selection they have for men in Nikes its decent but it could be a hell of a lot more better seeing how is the women have a s*** ton however including in the s*** ton is mostly Air Max which is my favorite Nike of all time in a sense I believe its most everybodys favorite Nike other than that I did walk out of there with two pairs tonight actually total of three pairs I bought my wife a pair even though she complained about every pair that I looked at and tried to pick for her I told her if she did not start to be more diverse in her selection of Nikes I would have to call it quits I love her but I really really love my Nikes

Great shoes, fairly good prices. A little like DSW with slightly lower prices. Need bigger aisles, people tend to stand in the middle of the aisles when checking out shoes, and it makes it hard to get by them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the smell, which I am not sure I should be...? But that new shoe smell is great. This Shoe Carnival is great. Low-key, the staff are really helpful, and the range of shoes is decent. I came here assuming Id be walking out quickly, but I bought a few great pairs of shoes.

This for the online store so you know. I got no problem with shoe carnival stores but the corporate website wont stop with the emails. I unsubscribed over a dozen Ive sent a couple emails ( one strongly worded cause this point I am not happy with the 6 to 10 emails a day. That kind of harassment and shady behavior guarantees Ill never shop at a shoe carnival again. Honestly at this point if they would take the shoes back I return them and buy the exact same shoes from someone else.*Edit its been 3 days and I look in my spam folder and they have ramped up the harassment after I have asked that they remove me since none 8 or so times I did didnt work. There isnt anyone I can report them to for harassment is there? Is there any consequences for their e-harrasment? Thanks.

So, they didnt any shoe I wanted in my size. Then, I did an exchange & the sale a associate messed that up. Then, had the nerve 2 roll her eyes when she asked me to get the receipt from my email. It literally to the sales associate AND AND the manager 10-15 to fix their error. I didnt receive any type of apologize or discount or even a have a nice day. Then, I get home (Downtown Denver) to find out they didnt even take the security devices off the shoes. Worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!/

I bought shoes for sons Bday. We order it on lo one to be picked up in the store on Parler rd and Iliff, well online it said the shoes were in stock at the store and we could pick them up. We called and we were told to wait 3 to 4 hours then come to pick them upWe waited, called back for them to say the shoes we re ent in stock and may have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get there. We called back today and were told they are not available and that my money was refunded. I never was contacted or emailed about this and dont appreciate spendi.g my money on items that are not available, that is false advertising! So where is my money!!!!! Or my shoes!!! So frustrated.

This shoe carnival was my 3rd option as far as shoe shopping for my son. It was the closest store to me however so I decided to stop in last minute. There was one male manager whose name I do not know. He was not very friendly. Also he got my sons shoe size wrong. He seemed as though he was in a hurry to do his next task. They also only had one door in and one door out.. not sure if someone had broken the glass doors prior to this or not but this wasn’t good in the time of covid and people trying to keep their distance.

They had a great selection and a lot of clearance. Staff was nice.

Lots of variety and styles that my 10 year old son liked. We paid about $80 for two pair of name brand shoes. Didnt have to wait in line. The lady that checked us out was customer friendly.

Shannon was an amazing associate I had the pleasure of being helped by today. She helped me figure out if Id be able to afford my shoes by checking the price before Id even seen if they had my size in stock, letting me know splitting the payment was an easy thing to do (not 100% of it would fit on my card but I got tips today), helping me find the shoes I was looking for and then rapid fire helping me find the right size of slip on by having another one to try as soon as I reacted to the current one.Over all super impressed by the selection and the associates at this location.My last pair of work, non slip shoes came from here and now I have a new pair, came back to the same location because I like it here.

Honestly they sell really cheap shoes. They have a selection of dress shoes for men that are way over priced for what you get. If youre willing to spend 100 or more dollars get yourself a better quality shoes. Like Thursday boots or something like that. They also have a really small area for women work shoes like nonslick.

If I could give them no stars I would. 3 days ago my husband bought me new shoes as one of my birthday presents. Unfortunately it was the wrong size so today he went to go return it. All was said and done and he called me saying it was an additional $20 dollars for a exchange of the SAME shoe just a DIFFERENT size. When I called up there to see why there was an additional charge the woman who I spoke with was very rude when I asked her what was the reason for that additional. She acted as if it were an inconvenience to her to figure out why. She put me on hold but never pushed the hold button so I could over hear her and is what I assume another employee discussing the charge and basically bad mouthing me for wondering why. When she returned She told me its because it was a different color and style of the shoe. Which it wasnt, it was clearly the same shoe and that what I had told her. I had my husband go back to show her it was the same shoe and when he did they were rude and the woman at the register stated You really came back over $20 dollars.This place is rude and unprofessional. If you cant be nice and professional at your employment then maybe you shouldnt be working there!!!

When I went in I noticed a group {3} girls standing around giggling about something. As I was looking around I wondered where the help was to answer my question about some prices. I realized the 3 girls that were laughing was the help. I was never greeted the whole time I was there and my girlfriend over heard them saying someone was stealing then she realized they were talking about me! I approached them and asked if they thought I had taken something without paying and opened my bag to clearly show there was nothing in it. the manager denied the statement that was made and said they were closing. She was very rude and when I asked for her name she said It didnt matter because they were closed and if I had any issues I would have to come back tomorrow. Dont go to this place to buy shoes.

Same shoes I bought last summer were $20 more than I paid last summer. I paid $49.99 and now they are $70.00. There were on sale but sales are generally 10%-15% off. Not that big of a difference. I went somewhere else. I was very disappointed.

I was there to buy a pair of tennis shoes for myself and a pair for my mom. I found a pair that I liked but they only had the right side of the pair so I asked mgr. Wes if I could try the left side of the shoe and he told me I needed to buy the pair first, I explained to him that I have osteoarthritis and needed to make sure the shoe wasnt to tight on my left foot and he told me in a rude way that I had to get in line for that, it looked that he was having a rough day but that wasnt my fault, so I threw the box on top of one of the shelfs and just proceeded to buy my moms shoes. When we got to the counter to pay for the shoes there was another customer ahead of me and another lady and for whatever reason he didnt want the shoes and left the store, the lady in front of me asked him if he had this kind od issues often to which he replied yes we get a lot of aholes. As a manager you cant talk like that in front of customers, no matter how frustrated you are, it just shows a great lack of professionalism. If manager Wes isnt happy with his job he should find something else to do for a living.

Would have been nice to try on the pair of shoes without having the manager stare at me as if I was going to steal them and having her literally close to me half the time. Shoe selection was alright.

Absolutely no mens slippers not until Christmas time. Unbelievable only @ Xmas. Guess men only wear slippers @ Christmas time. Nothing for women. People do not buy slippers anytime.
