I recently purchased a ring from this establishment only to return to home and when I opened it I noticed the package had been opened. I returned to the store and the employee informed me we dont do returns on toys. She said an employee at the store opened it to show it to a customer. So youre telling me you cut open the package, exposithe toy to show to a customer. Hiw does that even make sense so youre telling me the employee or the customer TOUCHED the item and put it back in the package. They would not refund my money or give a store credit. Im highly passed about this. I literally just gave away $25. Straight b.s!!!!

I’ve been here multiple times and was very displeased with the chubby worker with glasses here tonight. She was too focused on drawing. When I asked her multiple questions, she wasn’t sure how to help me and recommended I do my own research, and continued on her phone. The manager is very knowledgeable, which I appreciate. This girl has a terrible attitude and I always end up coming when she’s here, it makes my experience uncomfortable, and very unwelcoming. It seems like She doesn’t know what she’s talking about and needs more training...

I love the girls that work here, they are super helpful, know their stuff, and are super respectful. Give them raises!!!

BUY ELSEWHERE.... I had something picked out and the associate helped me on what to buy, told me there was a 5 year warranty on this product so I bought that one. Bought less than a month ago and went in to utilize the warranty I was sold on. However was told that one didnt have a warranty on it... It was other products that werent even shown to me. They didnt offer to do anything other than to purchase another product with them. Even mentioned this happened to others being told incorrect information but they didnt offer to do anything.

I usually go to fascinations but i’ve not received the level of care that i got here. i came in here tonight to see what this location had. i didn’t get her name but a young woman with tan skin and black hair helped me. she was super sweet and happy to help. she made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and helped me put on different corsets. from my interaction with her and seeing her interact with other customers she is very knowledgeable about the products sold here. i’ll definitely be coming back here regularly.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The employees have no concern about treating you respectfully and zero customer service. They are more focused on making a sale then helping you and educating you to try and provide a sexy intimate moment with your significant other. They made me feel dirty and sleazy which made me embarrassed for being in an adult store. Thank goodness that there are other adult stores right across the street that understand how to put the customer first and provide a fun experience.

Store manager was super nice and knew a lot! She was very informative and made the experience very welcoming. She stayed within our price range and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for! Definitely going back! Great!!

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They have no management on hand to handle anything and the staff has no idea how to do anything themselves. These locations are supposed to be set up to use ApplePay and despite all of their card readers saying “tap to pay” they don’t take ApplePay and if you want to manually input the card number they need a manager, which they obviously, never have on hand. So there solution is really just the word “sorry”. I’m almost 30 years old and was about to get thrown out of the store for not having ID on me but multiple other people came in while I was standing there, looking for my ID and none of them were asked to show ID. It’s Aurora so I don’t really know what I expected but it definitely was worse that what I had anticipated.

After having an accident outside of seductions, a staff member came out smoking a cigarette yelling at us to move our car. My wife and i both distraught could not believe the lack of respect or empathy she had to the situation. She then called the cops on us, who supposedly were already on their way from our call. She yelled at us and had no decorum at all. Im telling all my friends to AVOID this place.

Ive never had any issues here.Christals has something for when I need something cheap enough to get the job done, and pricier items for quality that will last.Their selection on kink and fetish is small, but theyre decent quality. The staff is knowledgeable, I like that they ask for I.D., and their lingerie section also has plus sizes that are actually cute and decently priced.

I love Crystals. They always have the best selection out of any other adult store. Everything is always well stocked and displayed nicely. The employees are always helpful and nice. I will always give them my business.

Love that they suggested a toy cleaner, made my body feel way better. Ive used soap before and got irritation from it. I had a toy I thought I wanted and they taught me that wasnt what was going to work best for me. Glad they are so educated because I did not know even half of what they did!

I will not ever shop at this store again. I found out there is a no return policy only after I made a purchase. They will lie to you about there products to get a quick sale. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

TERRIBLE! The girl forgot to take %30 off an item I bought so I overpaid and when I looked at my receipt and brought it back in she did nothing to compensate me. I then realized the product was dirty and the box was open and she would not refund me. I left and tried the product after cleaning it and its faulty. Worked for my 5 minutes and now wont turn on. $100 down the drain. Do not go here. The manager was rude over the phone and the 2 girls were snippy and very unprofessional. This place is dirty and gross. Theyre selling used products to people and then making all sales final. Rip off!!!!!

I went to crystals today and made a purchase the store clerk explained that i would also need their cleansing product because regular soap and water would cause damage. My husband said no we did not need it because he could clearly see they were trying to hustle me for more money, but i decided to buy it believing the manager was telling me the truth. After reading the pamphlet and realizing she had lied to me i went back 5 minutes later and asked for a refund only to be told I could have a store credit they dont give refunds, all sales are final. I am beyond pissed because first of all if this is the policy why wasnt it posted on the front door instead of this small writing on the bottom of my receipt. I will not patronize this business on Parker Road or any other crystals ever again. I will take the advice of the other reviews that i have read and take my money down the street to Fascinations...

I love this store! The staff is always very informed and the Manager really knows her stuff. Typically, shops like this can have an ambiance of sleeze and low class, but this shop is absent of that. Emily was very wonderful when I visited last and truely cares about the pleasure AND wellbeing of her customers.

The girl working tonight was literally on the phone with her boyfriend the whole time I was here. Super unprofessional and annoying. I really didn’t care to hear her conversation while I’m trying to shop.
