Highland Cabinetry provided a great product on a tight schedule for my remodel project. This is especially impressive given the current issues with supply chains nationally. Also, I was surprised by the quality of the materials; real plywood, great sliders & hinges.My experience was primarily due to great customer service. I worked with Beth Yackel and she made sure everything was kept on track. At one point I needed an additional cabinet within a week to kept the project on track. Beth made it happen! Just great. Call Highland and ask for Beth.

Overall excellent! The sales staff was helpful, honest, and maintained good communication. The cabinets themselves are great quality and an incredible value. We had them assembled at the warehouse for a reasonable fee and had only one small issue which was remedied quickly. The product dimensions were very consistent making installation predictable and painless. Highland has a good selection of cabinet sizes, types, and options so it was no problem designing a layout that suited our wants and needs.

We just switched over to Highlands because our long term cabinet girl Dechin has started working there! We are home builders and do at least 2 kitchens a year. We will continue to use Dechin, she’s been such a dream to work with! We will follow her wherever she goes, but right now we absolutely love the cabinets and kitchen she just helped us design!!

Overall excellent! Tom has been great to work with. We are from out of town and have found it to be worth the drive. Cabinets have all been in stock. Current colors and styles for our clients and houses at a good price. When first meeting with Tom, he made sure we had information and tools to show and sell to our clients. Any issues have been resolved with a simple e-mail or phone call. Definitely recommend for fellow remodelers!

Great cabinets at a great price. Good stock of colors. Able to customize at a fair price. As a RTA cabinet, these are good and sturdy, but be sure to have their staff assemble them. They are put together much better in their shop as compared to doing it yourself. Tom and Sasha are great inside sales folks that know their product lines.

Highland offers “smart” practical solutions for achieving a pristine, high end look for your remodeled kitchen or bath..A huge plus; are all the features that come standard with their cabinets: all plywood box construction, soft close doors and drawers, concealed door hinges, and dovetailed hardwood drawer construction. [All of which are pricey upgrades with other cabinet manufacturers.] And, yeah, not only can you not beat their prices, but did I mention the two week turn-around time on orders!?!We love our new white shaker cabinets from Highland!!! My cabinets are 4mouths old and the hardware is falling off I’ve tried emailing with pictures they won’t respond customer service is terrible let alone the quality of construction. There rep. Tried to say it was my installer’s fault and that the cabinets and hardware were not assembled correctly. Apparently he forgot the cabinets and hardware were assembled by his employees. The installer was recommended by them. highlands cabinetry. And the rep. threw his installer that he recommended under the bus. PS. I was so disappointed with the cabinets we sold the house.

I am retired and only do what I cannot get out of.HCI:-Good price-Excellent quality and materials-Impeccable paint finish-Well designed-Good hinges-Full extension drawer slides-Easy to reverse door swings if required-Received in two weeks versus 8+ weeks with other companies-Most items in stock-One should plan on some adjustments with mass-produced cabinets.-Out of 34 doors, I had to relocate one hinge that was not centered in face frame.-I had to adjust three of 20 drawers.-required door gap adjustments easily to do after installation*1/2 the price of big box stores and 1/5 to 1/10 the price of custom cabinets. Even custom cabinets need some adjustments, one does not notice since maker corrects.DANIEL HOUSER-Professional-Knowledgeable-Available, answered the phone most times and returned messages timely. Sasha was incredibly helpful and was able to get my order processed, painted a custom color and assembled in time for my installation. The cabinets look great and are so nice and solid. I think they look exactly like the cabinets I have in my kitchen that my builder charged a lot more for.I will definitely use them again!

As an independent contractor I find it very difficult to find a vendor that can meet the standards of todays marketplace. I am extremely happy that I found and now do all of my cabinet purchases through HCI. The customer service is exceptional not to mention I can usually fill my orders and pick them up same day. Went there for an interview, and while I was waiting I had the weirdest daydream that I was actually interviewed. The place seems very disorderly even without going to get interviewed, they arent good at replying to emails and phone calls alike.

Originally we were thrilled that the price at Highland was lower than other stores in Denver so we decided to purchase from Highland. Upon delivery we received some damaged cabinets as well as we were missing roughly 10 cabinets. The damaged cabinets were replaced but the missing ones we were charged for because the kitchen blueprint was not the same as the itemized invoice. How was I to know this? In the end we ended up paying several thousand more for our kitchen. There we many installation issues including cabinets built out of square, variances in door size and drawers that did not operate properly, we were even told by a trim carpenter that the crown molding design was inconsistent in shape causing trouble with the cuts matching. We were able to remedy all of the problems however with little or no help from Highland cabinets. Now 6 months after our purchase the face frames are warping, I called and spoke to Wayne. He offered to have new faces sent to me but explained that we would need to remove the cabinets to install them, I assume that means removing the granite as well, he also mentioned that it was not a guaranteed fix. In the end I found that this company will not stand behind their product and you will more than likely be happier going elsewhere. I will now weigh the option of a court battle with the company.

I had a phenomenal experience ordering my cabinets with Highland Cabinetry. Jeovany E was a star to work with - so patient, easy to talk to, and really went above and beyond to help me get started with my first cabinet project. We exchanged numerous emails and Jeovany was always very prompt to giving me a call for updates and following up multiple times to make sure I was happy with my products. The cabinets arrived undamaged, professionally carried into my home. The only downside was that they dont offer installation services, but it wasnt a requirement for me. Overall, so glad I went with them and happy with my high quality cabinets.

We carry out a new installation in the kitchen and bathrooms. And it really looks great. I like the white color they handle, it is actually a bright white.And speaking of the service I have been assigned a new salesperson named Dan Hauser, he is a white man but he speaks great Spanish. If you dont speak English, talking to Dan is a very good option.

As a company owner, I was fascinated with my clients kitchen cabinets, it is the first time that I work with highland Cabinetry and it was great. There was only one portrait of a cabinet, but nothing that couldnt be fixed in a couple of days. The service from Jeovany (sales agent) was great, friendly and serious.
