Inventory was moved and merchandise was not priced and all sales associates standing around.I had to find a pricing machine to price. At check out I couldnt use my coupon code so check person rushed I just paid full and left . Other Big 5 stores are more courteous.

Went in on Saturday and Sunday and had the worst experience both days. Seems people didnt want to be at work because when you asked them where something might be you got an attitude and them pointing to where it should be. The only friendly one I encounter I had was at the register when I was checking out. That young man was more positive than his older coworkers!!

Interesting visit. I went into store & wandered around. Was looking for two things. I went to the correct area and not one single employee approached to ask if I needed help. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other but none could be bothered by a customer. First visit a disappointment.

Dressing rooms are closed so don’t think you’re trying on any clothes. Manager would not allow me to use the restroom even though I bought over $100 of stuff. He told me I would need to walk over to the donut shop to use their bathroom. That’s a TERRIBLE thing to tell a long-time customer. Give me a break!!

I get ammo and gun stuff here sometimes, great prices and at this store you have people who are familiar with the bullets enough to locate them.I get 5.56 and 7.62 here and they are actually highly reasonable on price, even better when they have sales!I like to buy in bulk so I usually dont go here but when I need a good 5 packs for the range, its super nice to know Big5 has my back.

You can get really lucky & find amazing deals on good quality brands! Just today I found a pair of HiTec hiking boots on clearance & in-store promo! The coupon I had as well brought them to $27, normally $110!! 😳 I ❤❤❤ BIG 5!!!

Found some good stuff to get out doors for the summer. Even found some decent items on sale. I will definitely be returning all summer.

Needed some knock around shoes/boots for my son whose feet grow an inch a week(ha) picked up some economy hiking boots...fit the need at a decent price.

Not a large selection and the store was very disorganized. The staff was just sitting around talking when I was looking for help. When I finally find a rep it took 15mins for her to come back and she had the wrong one. I did finally get the pair I needed but I feel the customer service could have been a lot better

So we went to buy several soccer items for my Daughter. The shoe department was super friendly. But beware of Charnecia at the checkout. She was bothered the first time I asked where socks were. Then I showed her a coupon and she shouted you can’t use that. I mentioned the employee in the back said to input coupon and was worth a shot. So then she shouted a second time and says now I’m getting in trouble. Definitely not shopping there anymore as long as she’s there. Great customer service goes a long way.

Great location, this store is a bit hidden but aside from that staff is great and service is always very helpful. There is always plenty of things in stock and it makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I only think that store might need a bit of organizing things around but that does not take away that is a good store to visit.

Ryan assisted me with some camping equipment. He was very knowledgeable and had experience with the products he sold. It pays dividends in the field when someone tells you from personal experience how products function. Much appreciated. Also the young lady that finalized my purchase was very professional. They are among my reasons for shopping Big 5!

Found what i needed quickly

Well. I went on line said a gym bag was on sale. That seemed to be an issue. The employee did not know it was on sale. Had to pull up the add. I felt as if he thought i was lying. Then at check out. I asked the cashier for a bag. For my purchase. Her smart self said u need a bag for your bag.....uh yes. I need a bag for my BAG! AND the gloves i bought too. I dont think ill be coming back to this big 5. Thanks tho.

The employees were joyous and eager to help, I took a walk around the store and was surprised at all the wares presented. However I did find what I needed but just a small selection was present in store.

It May be the Christmas rush but it seemed that their selection and sizes available was smaller than usuall.Big 5 is a great place to shop for sporting equipment and appeal in general. They offer brand named items at a discounted price. As a larger person, finding things in my size there is hit and miss but I can usually find what I need for the kids when they were active in school sports.

Only well lit area are the shoes but the rest feels just dark and kinda creepy. Employees are great... generally seem short staffed though.

My favorite place to go. Sporting goods, shoes, and just any type of sporting genre you can think of. Great prices too. Check out their Sunday add in the paper or online before you go. Cool just to window shop.

Worst place ever to shop especially in the shoe department if there is a lady named Allyn working. She is extremely rude and will yell at you for asking for assistance. But you could clearly see her hiding in the shoe store room playing on her phone. She has no business working in retail.

The shop is relatively close by, but often I forget theyre tucked into the shopping center. To be fair, Im not a cheerful shopper so I talk with the staff as little as possible; Im generally self sufficient. On the several occasions that Ive shopped here my experiences have been uneventful but pleasant. Im sure Ill be there again soon.
