Wow! Very good store to purchase very delicious perfumes

I had a wonderful experience at this store today thanks to Celeste! I called to inquire and then visited this store about replacing a faulty wall scent I had been gifted that was leaking. Celeste was so friendly and helpful! I didn’t know what the scent was called and she went around the store finding the correct one to replace it! She had such a bubbly, welcoming personality and really cared about me having a positive experience! Thank you! :) We will be back!!Kellie, Tina & Paige

I dont have to just mention one person because everyone was equally nice to us. I take care of a special needs man in a wheelchair and the entire staff was very accommodating. Ive shopped at this location several times before. All great times! Highly recommend this location.

It was ok they got all this fruity stuff they need to have different scents women come in all ages the scents are too strong and overwhelming. They need to make it softer u want to smell fresh not over powering all in all I still found somthing

Everytime I go, I find something I love!! The employes are also very nice! 10/10 would recommend signing up for the rewards program!! Today I got this super cute candle holder for FREE (with my rewards) and stocked up on my favorite candles!

I love BBW. I bought the buy 2 candles get 2 free deal. Its a shame that you really arent getting those 2 candles free. Thats false advertising in my opinion. Yes, you arent paying full price for them. Otherwise great smelling long lasting candles.

I came on candle day around 11:30 & I was out of the store at 11:45! The staff was amazing and was doing so great with trying their best to have everyone maintain the social distance requirements. They were extremely clean as well and took their time to clean the cash wrap in time for their next guest! I know things are crazy and I also work in retail in this mall & I just want they employees to know their kindness isn’t going unnoticed!! Shout out to you guys!!! Will definitely be returning.

I love coming to this bath and body works its always a stop when I go to the mall. The employees are always so friendly and helpful whenever I need help finding lotions or candles. Its always a pleasure to visit this place.

The front door greeter on 03/25 was amazing! Everyone in the store had great customer service just wish they had more stock of the bourbon travel size lol.

Jesse is an absolute delight!!! He went above and beyond which is something that I love being that I come from the customer service world. I went in with my friend just to ride along and came out with a bag full of items!

This is inside the mall, fyi, which was confusing, but its a nice mall. Great store. The store is on the middle level which is actually called the lower level. It was hard to navigate. The lowest level is actually called FC in the elevator which stands for food court.

The store had a “buy three, get two free” on body care. I asked a clerk who turned out to be the manager if there were exclusions. Standing in front of the hand wash bottles, Bree points to the aromatherapy items. I then get three hand wash bottles and add two body lotions. As I go to pay, I am informed by Bree that the lotions cannot be combined with the hand wash. Then she proceeds to lecture me that hand wash is not body care. It is annoying and frustrating to be misinformed by the manager and then be blamed for the error.

We had the opportunity to shop at your store located inside Fox Valley mall in Aurora, IL. We were so impressed by the friendly customer service we received at this store. I would specifically like to mention the outstanding service provided by your Assistant Manager BRIANNA who went above and beyond our expectations in ensuring that everything we bought was nicely gift wrapped. She also suggested me to get an app and as a result we were able to save even more.WAY TO GO BRIANNA!!!

Cashier Extremely rude 😡.. I forget her name but, its white, fat, shortly🤔was working Tuesday April 2. Around 6:30 pm wont be back again to this location. She got mad when I asked for paper bag instead of plastic bag. She just looked at me like saying wfyw. Thats the way I feel. But it was another girl with very nice manners 😊👍.

So freaking frustrating. The cashier was mas she had to work laye and wanted to leave, yep, thats how my experience started. I Tried to use my app coupons the RUDE cashier said she couldnt get them to scan so too bad for me. The total came to 14.59.. I gave her 15.59 she then looked at me and said, you know that the 15 will cover it. No kidding! I then had to explain that I wanted a dollar back instead of more change. This confused the heck out of her. I mean it completely baffled her. Never. Go. To. This. Location. Ever.

I always find what I need at this store. The staff is very customer centric!

Happen to step in with my mother, she was looking for some hand cream, very very nice service we were treated as we were buying the store, they informed my mother the difference in the items they offer and allow her to try them, they offered me some also FOR mens ofcourse, and while I never thought of a different I. Hand creams it dose not matter for me, its a cream to help with dryness but going back it was a very nice experience to get out standing service.

I asked for massage oils and received immediate help. But I do not recommend anyone to buy products there, its either contain lot of water with emulsufiers or contain unhealthy stuff, such as silicones.

I always get the pocket size hand sanitizers because they always have the get 5 for 6 dollars and its amazing they have lots of different scents i have a whole collection of them everytime i go to the mall i cant pass up Bath and Body Works.💞💖💕

So many wonderful fragrances and so many products, I never end up leaving without spending at least $100 and if Im with my daughter, at least $200. Pay attention, there is almost always coupons and specials that can save you a lot of money.
