Great and easy setup. My phone was cracked and I was able to setup appointment the very next day. The person who came out was friendly and professional. I broke my screen so I was able to book a same day appointment on a Sunday.and James was able to make my iPhone 8 Plus look brand new by installing a new screen in my driveway. Front door service for only $100.I figured out that my home button was not working properly (come to find out can happen when changing your screen). James came back the next day and put on another screen since the one before was faulty, and it looks and performs like new.James is very respectful and courteous. For the trouble he even installed a new screen protector and gave me an extra one. He made everything right. I would definitely recommend Paragon Geeks for phone repair.

I needed an iPad screen replaced and called Paragon. He set an appointment to come to our home within a couple of hours. He was ahead of schedule and called a short time later to ask if he could come early. Very polite, professional. He was here for about 20 minutes and did a great job. I just had a technician from Paragon Geeks repair my Gen 7 iPad. This was definitely one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. I am a computer repair technician myself, and I opted not to buy the repair kit and pay the difference as a fee for someone to come fix my equipment. That was a fantastic decision. There were facets to the work that I would not have expected, as I watched him repair my device. Very happy with the service, quality, and speed! The other shop I called, expressed it would cost more money and take four days!!! If you want your device, this is a great decision.

I broke my iPhone screen yesterday found Paragon Geeks via google. Setup an appointment for 12 he was able to come earlier to my house and repair the phone. Great service iPhone looks like new again will contact again if a iPhone or iPad gets broken again.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! They fixed my phone back in December and they were super on time and did a pretty good job..but after they left I realized the screen wasnt put on all the way i wasnt to concerned at the time so i let it be but 2 months after they fixed it the screen no longer allowed me to touch it so my phone is broken again..i reached out to them to see if they could fix my phone again with no charge they had no problem saying yes to me and helping me but they never showed up they kept saying they were coming and had me wait all day for them to just not show up...when i called the guy said he would reach out to the driver and still nothing..i called a few more time and they would hang up on me..so the next day i reached out again and he said he would call me back and never did then proceeded to hang up on me every time I tried to call after that. this is not a business this is a scam they set up to literally steal your money...DO NOT USE THEM!!! honestly i would have been fine with them not covering it and me paying for it again but they dont have it in them to just say no we have to charge you...instead they give you the run around and waste your time!!!

Kid broke his iPad at 9:30 and we had it fixed by 11:15. Fast response from Paragon. Our tech Juan was friendly, professional, and called and arrived ahead of schedule. Pricing was significantly cheaper than a popular brick n’ mortar repair company I used previously.

I called Paragon after I left a geeksquad appointment (they charge $250 and I waited 1 week for an appointment). Paragon got me an appointment and arrived within 1 hour of my call! He was polite and didn’t mind 3 of us curiously watching him repair my sons shattered iPad 😂 . It was quick and half the cost of geek squad!! I will use him 100% going forward!!

I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for my front and back glass fixed in my iphone 11. Within an hour a technician showed up to pick up my device up and had it back within an hour . Every other place I called had a higher price and it would take them all day . Paragon geeks took no time at all. They also fixed two more phones for my kids when they dropped mine off . Great service will definitely use again !

When I set the appointment they were 2 hours late. Not only were they two hours late they gave me back my fixed phone with a crack at the top and discoloration at the top. I tried to email them the entire first week after the appointment with no response. Then a month later I get a call in the middle of class with them telling me I have no way to show or get proof that they broke it not me lmao. This company is so shady and sketchy, Honestly hate i even showed them my ID. They seem like the type of people to sell parts of your phone while fixing it. Horrible customer service, horrible quality of the screen, Horrible response time, horrible in general. For your own protection dont contact or use this company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The first appointment I scheduled they never showed up, never called, nothing. I reached out the next day they were nice and came to my office on time. They replaced the screen quickly but as soon as they left the home button was not working correctly and parts of the screen were dead. I called and they sent another tech out the next day and he said the screen was defective and replaced it. That was great and fixed one issue but the home button is still not working correctly so my phone isnt really useable at all. I was told there was nothing they could do because they were not apple and that it happens sometimes?! No one ever told me my phone could not work propertly by having a non-apple tech replace the screen or I would have just gone to apple. Now I have to spend $250 to fix the home button issue. I have sent numerous texts to the company, my husband and I have both called and left messages with no response at all. Today I contacted my bank and disputed the charge to my account as fraudulent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

HIGHLY Recommend NOT USING! They came out to fix screen which they did, I later found out my back camera was damaged also. My phone insurance covered that repair so I took it to apple to have fixed where I was told I couldn’t be helped because whoever fixed my screen damaged the security screw and it was un repairable . I reached out to Peragon where I was giving the run around . First they said the tech was sent to the army, then told they would send someone out to fix the screw, month later I called was told there’s no refunds and he hung up on me, guy acts like there’s multiple techs buts it one guy in a van . Go thru your insurance do not call these guys he’s a guy who learned to fix screens off YouTube and you’ll wind up needing your insurance either way, very unprofessional.

Paid $230 for a screen repair. My phone camera was working prior and have pictures as proof. They still refuse responsibility for the damage to my phone. Cant use snapchat or any app with camera access now. Stay away from these guys.

The guy who fixed my phone yesterday was great! I Google searched and found this place with good reviews, called and he came to my house that afternoon. It was a 15 to 20 minute repair and my phone is good as new, I cant even tell this isnt a factory screen on my phone. My phone had cracked to the point of flickering constantly, even when not in use it was flickering green. Now its exactly like it was brand new. Completely recommend them, easy to use, friendly, and quick.

Update....I had Paragon replace the screen on my Iphone. I received a faulty screen. The tech returned to my house to replace the screen with a new one and am satisfied with the service. Due to some miscommunication and a payment glitch I wrote a poor review for Paragon Tech Service. Juan was able to take care of all my issues and I am updating my review to a positive recommendation for Paragon Tech Services.Do not use! I used the company based on the reviews. They came out and replaced my screen with a poor screen. No longer able to contact this business and the phone number is no longer in service!

Seemed really nice on the phone but when they showed up the neglected to mention that if they tried a new screen and it didnt work the home button wouldnt work anymore. When I asked about it he was like oh well. Now I am left with a phone that has a home button that does not work anymore. So the phone technically has more issues now than before they started.
