Super cute coffee shop. Ordered a caramel espresso shake. My son said said that strawberry smoothie was really good.

I have been quite impressed! Staff is friendly. Their iced tea is freshed brewed from a single tea bag. Their croissant sandwiches are always yummy. I also appreciate that they have the gluten free Spruce cakes for my daughter. I am not a flavored coffee person, but they have the most flavor syrups of any coffee shop that I have been to. I highly recommend!

We recently moved to the neighborhood and have been several times now for breakfast and lunch. The food is always tasty as are the smoothies!So far, weve tried the Roma, the Italian Chicken, and the Grilled Turkey - all are so yummy! Weve also had a few different smoothie flavors, all very good but my fave is the Strawberry Banana! The breakfast croissant sandwiches, also delicious (the croissants are so tender and flaky)!The only issue weve had here is with the consistency of the orders. Each time weve been, we have ordered through the app and theyve missed something every time.As an example, weve asked for ham and bacon, extra of each, on a breakfast sandwich a few times now, and pay for it, but each time there is only one type of meat and no extra. Or extra whip cream on our smoothies.The other issue is that there are a couple of staff members that arent that friendly. Most recently, a guy who acted VERY inconvenienced when we asked for a bag and drink holder.That all said, the quality of the food is really good and consistently tastes delicious, so we will continue to support this local business and do recommend it!

The food was good. I tried the egg and chorizo bacon (spicy) and yes it’s spicy. I am still exploring the menu but so far. So too bad! 👍🏽

Not sure whats going on here, its a pretty uncomfortable environment in here. It used to be a pretty neat local coffee shop. Its gone downhill, the staff are strange, and dressing in a way that would probably not be acceptable from a hygiene perspective with the county health inspector. Best to go separate ways. I cant support an establishment that needs to be so woke they have a rippleys belive it or not show behind the counter....and yes thats what used to be a guy in the vomit inducing half shirt and shorts.....

If heaven is real it better have coffee and by coffee I mean Sertinos Coffee, in the corner of Smoky hill road there is a little shop that has a lot to offer, it offers cups of joy and love from all around the world, by stepping inside you smell the roasts from the Far East to a little island that you have never visited before, or the aroma of the the watered rain forested soil in Hawaii,or even the taste of the mother land where humanity started in Africa! All coffee beans from this shop are not all the same and have a path of origin and flavor that comes to every cup you pour. I myself have tried them and am sure to try the many more selections they will bring, I buy a pound of coffee from them every 2 weeks for my household. Today was one of those visits, I felt like bringing Kenyan beans this time, but truly enjoy the papua New Guinea or even the Guatemalan you can never go wrong with dark Italian either and there is not a coffee bean I never liked. Pre-Pandemic I would sip my coffee in their warm comfortable setting with the so calm colors letting my morning start and my mind flow and wander to plan my day, The best coffee shop and the employees are so awesome and very big thinkers as I strike up conversation on what life has for all of us. I LOVE YOU SERTINOS and you will always have a SERTINOS aficionado for life!!

Their Italian soda is bomb! Try the vanilla Italian you wont be disappointed.

This place used to be the best. Last 3 times I have goney order has been lost. End up waiting 30 minutes. I am likely not going back again. Hope they can get this back to were it was.

Best coffee in town if you ask me. Im here 2-3 times a week, so i take good advantage of the punch card promo they do. There are daily deals and their products are awesome, from coffee to ice cream and cold drinks. Service is more than outstanding, they always put attention to what you order, making it quick and simple. Truly recommend this place, way better than your expensive Starbucks around the corner.

This is the best coffee shop I’ve had the pleasure of trying in Aurora! Coffee was really great nice and strong, good flavor. This coffee shop was very friendly and everyone was down to earth. I went to a different “highly rated”coffee shop near Iliff which was terrible and the same order cost 60% more! Sertino’s will be my go to spot for now on.

I dont write many reviews, but theres a whole lot being done right here. I dont think theyve ever gotten an order wrong, the food is delicious, the drinks are delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff has always been friendly. If Im going to recommend a beverage, Id say give the Mexican Mocha a try. Its pretty reminiscent of horchata but has a good caffeine kick to it.

I just walked in on June 29th at 3:45pm. I stood there for over 5 minutes, and the two ladies behind the register totally ignored me. I moved closer and closer and neither of them acknowledged me. Absolutely horrible customer service. They need to be taught proper interactions with customers. I walked right out. Unacceptable.

Wow wow wow! Amazing local coffee and breakfast options! The bsristas are so kind and sweet. They always do my order amazing and they have rewards, coupons and punch cards which makes coming here that much better! Support local businesses! I am so happy they took over the old sbucks.

Coffee was good. Service was slow. One person helping someone in front of the 4 of us, 2 people went into the back and left us standing there for quite sometime. that was fine, we werent in a hurry. Received our order, 2 of us stood by the front door to chat a while, before we parted ways, it was cold and snowy out. We were asked to leave, their lobby was closed for Covid. We wore our masks the entire time. Disappointed, there were no other customers in there the entire time. We stood out front and talked in the cold and no one else went in. For that reason, the 4 of us will not be going back.

Coffee is way better here.. every time I visit denver i come here for good coffee.

My husband and I just moved to Aurora and literally Sertino’s is one of the top reasons we want to to stay in the area. The service is always friendly. The food is far better and cheaper than Starbucks and honestly, believe it or not Sertino’s has better espresso. Do yourself a favor and get a banana walnut muffin. It’s good for your soul.

Coffee is delicious and the banana muffin I got was absolutely amazing, and tasted differently than any others Ive ever tried, DELICIOUS! I am excited to go back and try their ice cream!

First time experience = amazing. Employees were super friendly. The Dirty Chai Cold Brew was on point. Lemon Cranberry Scone was 10/10. Definitely coming back to try out more of the menu.

Burritos and coffee were delicious. The young woman, working by herself, was busting her butt doing her absolute best to keep up but we all waited a while.Management should review the staffing, theres no way one person could prepare food and beverages for that volume of people.

One of the best places for Coffee in Aurora, I love there beans and get them often. The staff is great and the atmosphere (pre-covid) is awesome. Smooth coffee, better than the establishment that used to be here. If you have used books you want to get rid of, leave them on the stand.

This has been my go to quarantine coffee shop. We order delivery from here at least once a week. The breakfast burritos are my favorite, but the Roma panini is amazing as well. The muffins are huge and delicious. The coffee is great. It almost makes you forget the world is on fire for a few minutes.

I went here yesterday because Starbucks was closed and boy was that a blessing. This place is awesome, super friendly staff, I ordered an iced latte and it was delicious, obviously better than starbucks. Pricing was fair and the service was awesome! Just two girls working on a super busy morning and crushing it. I wish they had one close to me!

We have been wanting to try them since they were being built and were definitely NOT disappointed. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Wasnt all that busy for a late Sunday morning and we got served in a pretty timtely manner. Everyone behind the counter was nice, the environment is clean and comfy, and theres good music playing in the background. Prices are about the same the well-known green logo competitor and between the two I would probably prefer to spend it here whenever I could. Definitely will be coming back!

Really cute community coffee shop. The breakfast was actually quite tasty and the tea was great. They also have heavy cream and dont look at you cross-eyed when you ask for heavy cream in your coffee or tea. Weve gone back two days in a row and will definitely go again!

You must try this place! I finally stopped by to try this new coffee shop, which replaced my longtime SBX hang out. I must say, I am over the moon happy! So much thought has obviously been put into the comfortable and inviting atmosphere. More importantly is the upbeat and delightful service provided by the team. I ordered food to go and they told me to have a seat, thy would bring it to me (no standing at a counter). Pretty sure it was the manager who brought a bag to me and asked what else she could do. And of course the coffee—so great. Would love to keep this gem of a coffeehouse secret, but that won’t serve them. Long live Sertinos!

My fiancé and I went here for the first time this morning. We loved it! The espresso is real espresso! Delicious. It’s nice to have a good coffee shop in the area. It seems like there aren’t enough non-corporate coffee shops in this area. The staff was super friendly and did a great job of welcoming us. We are excited to go back to try food and more of the delicious drinks! It actually may be dangerous for us that this coffee shop is right across the street from us...

This has become my favorite place for quick meetings with friends. Ive never had a negative interaction with any of the staff; in fact they usually treat me like its my birthday and the only thing I asked for was a cup of coffee. Great coffee, too!

5 stars for the coffee and ice cream, but 1 star for the customer service. If you coming to the coffee shop after 5.30pm, be ready for poor barista attitude.

I love this coffee shop. Great coffee with a variety of roast and its locally owned. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. This coffee shop is one of the only few of its kind in South East Aurora. You must try them asap.

A very quiet and quaint coffee shop. Stopped by here on my way to my next bus. The staff are very friendly, the place is kept clean and best of all the coffee is delicious. A terrific establishment, Ill be sure to buy more!

The staff is very welcoming and kind, they always serve your drinks Im a reasonable amount of time, and dont mind at all if you sit in there for a couple hours to finish up some work. You always feel at home. All of their holiday specials are wonderful too, like the Christmas chai or peppermint mocha. Overall its a great place!

The iced Voodoo is a MUST! Im usually an iced Americano but I went for the Voodoo today; its like an Americano but with rich, dark coffee instead of water! Im ready for the day!! So so good! Great quality coffee and espresso!

Im not really a coffee person, but after trying their caramel and peach frappes, Ive totally changed my mind. I also tried their banana bread, lemon danish and peppermint biscotti. All too good and would definitely try again.

I love their coffee it actually has flavor compared to other places and the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are nice and always greet me with a smile. To me its the number one coffee shop. All there coffees are delicious and I recommend this place.

I met a woman that I am working with n a Benefit and had a Raspberry cold drink that was delicious. The service was great and I like the shop. It is decorated well and is very clean. I will enjoy stopping in periodically as my Dry Cleaners is around the corner and I have meetings in the area and can bring them there and have a drink and conduct my meeting in a clean and nice place!

Sertinos is my new favorite coffee shop. The staff was friendly and explained all about their coffee and what they serve. My latte was delicious. They had plenty of comfortable seating and the atmosphere was great.

I have visited this coffee shop recently to try out white mocha ( my favorite) and it turned out the taste is so good . Staffs are really friendly and lovely ambience as well. Gonna try the smoothie next time. I really wish this shop has drive through coffee. Best coffee in town. Cheers guys

Sertinos is a fantastic replacement for Starbucks in this location! I enjoyed my visit, the coffee was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for an informal meeting. Locally-owned business = more interest in customer service and developing a LTR with clients. Recommend a coffee on a nice morning at an outside table with a friend.

Nice place, and the coffee is very good. One thing that I would advise is more staff and consistency. I would rather give my business to a small locally owned coffee shop such as this, but waiting for almost 30 minutes for an ice coffee is not a good thing.
