Was holding off on the review hoping to see improvements at this location.But over the last couple weeks this store has been a mess. Empty shelves. Short staff at certain time of the busiest days. And equipment down.Lets get this place together.Youre removing convenience from convenience store.

The station itself was good. Clean, employees were kind and helpful but the neighborhood was alittle rough for my taste. Pretty sure two men tried to steal my friend while she was getting gas and I was inside.

Diarrhea!!!Unsafe food handling.Obnoxious management & moronic staff.I was harassed by management on my exiting after taking the following photos. When I mentioned that I was going to report them to the department of health, the manager became defensive and told me to leave her store. I then reminded her that I was already outside the store in the process of doing that before she felt the need to leave the store and harass me for keeping the public safe, aka: her job.

I liked the place until I found out that the cashier tried to charge me $100 for $10 worth of gas. This place is obviously thieves and I dont deal with thieves.

Its a quick stop shop. With great gas, cold drinks, and all the snacks a person traveling could want. The customer service here is awesome. Very friendly and down to earth. Wen u stop by u always leave with a smile.

Love this gas station!! All new employees!! The bathrooms are cleaned often.. You can tell by looking at them. Forgot your mask they have paper ones by both doors and for sale Lol... Looks like During the day the trash is done Im normally not out past 8 at the gas station.. Looks like the out side has someone cleaning it now I think thats cool!! Im sure there are some things that need fixed but I have never left a gas station laughing!!!

Very bad service they need to have to see the workers since they are giving badly the change also to all the Hispanic people stealing their money and they cover themselves with that they gave badly the change

Shop here often they have good food good deals with the Maverick card which is free and they have ethanol free gas for my old car

Clerk at 1:50pm on May 9th 2021 was not wearing mask. When asked about mask, he became irate and belligerent.

Julie is The Manager/GM I spoke with after a Visit to Maverik! This Store has No Soap in The Bathroom, Employees Cannot wash They Hands before returning to Work. I saw no Gloves or COVID-19 Precautions being taken. No Mask! The Hand Sanitizer was Empty and They Count Money, Handle Food and Have no Regard for Public safety. When I called to Ask Questions I was informed SHE just Returned from a 4 Day Vacation, She just Learned about the issue. All I learned is No One Cares and Its Not a Big Deal!!!!! Julie is Incompetent and Negligent to Society. I definitely Will Drive to 711 Down The way! I will be Contacting CDC, Its places like that Create And Fester Germs. Dont Eat Here Its Not Safe!!!!!!!! && They Dont Care about Our Health.

Pumps always down. Never any DEF. the same trash including urine jugs left at pumps for WEEKS. Cashiers short change routinely. Maverik is usually a very good gas station, this one seems to be the exception. Go elsewhere

Arrived at 540 pm and the pizza/burrito guy decided to close up shop and put everything away and not have any ready to go pizzas available. This is why I dont come to Aurora. White guy behind the counter with ear phones in and a vape pen in his back pocket. Disgusting! No managers in the store to answer questions and no one in the store put up a fight.

This location has the most UNprofessional staff!There is currently 3 young black women at the register having the most inappropriate, unprofessional conversations! They need to be fired immediately! I have never heard such disturbing conversations in a public setting!!!

Great place to grab gas and something to eat. They offer pure gas without any mixtures and the selection of snacks and hot food is great. They even have a cinnabun inside.

Gas station with a great selection of ready-to-go or made-to-order foods.Discovered and like their Breakfast Burritos and Biscuit and Gravy.They have a Cinnabon Counter, too and options for Cold sandwiches, etc.Clean store.In the 2 times I have visited, have always had to line up w/only 1 checkout open.

Its a great place to get gelled diesel fuel. I havent had a problem with gelled diesel in 15 years until this place. When you can pour half a cup of water out of your fuel filter in one fill up you have accomplished greatness. Strong work!

While it nice the store is open 24 hours the staff is hit or miss on service.I tired to tell the attendant that the card reader on her pump isnt working she didnt care. She was pretty apathetic when I decided not to buy anything.I dont like buy things and get gas because you have to pay twice. The gas receipts at the pump print blanks more often than they should.Pros: gas price is on par with neighborhood, restrooms are clean, store selection is decent.

Beautiful place in and out, and it should be as its brand new. Went there a couple of times, and both of those times it took a life time to fuel up. Maverick, selective hiring is the way to go. Get competent people in there and get them some training. Getting gas shouldnt be as painful as pulling teeth...

I love all the people who work here! They are always so helpful and happy! The manager Krystal works as hard as she can to make sure you leave happy and pleased with you visit.

The place has an excessive amount of trash everywhere, the bathroom floors are dirty with toilet paper as if there is no up keeping the sinks have a good and super noticeable amount of gunk on them. Taking the trash out from the bins is not enough to make the place clean. Much up keeping is necessary and attention to detail. Hope the place can get it together. Expected better... 🤔

All the 5 star reviews are fake. This company should not be in business. I live next door, and I have never been there when there were not a long line. When I finally got to pay for my drink, my cashier Nee Nee is off in the twilight zone, and tried to give me change, after I paid for my drink by a credit card. Never said thank you for catching her mistake. The owners want your money while demonstrating that could care less about customer service. Stay far away. Their employees are stoned out of their head.

Absolutely love this place! Truly is the people that make your experience enjoyable and there are a few employees that I actually look forward to seeing when I go in. Visit this location at least once a day and whether its early in the morning or late at night receive great customer service!

Miranda @ the Bonfire Grill is the most amazing stranger I’ve ever met! She is employed at the Mavericks on i70 and Tower... this young lady is phenomenal at customer service as well as following policy...Mavericks Corporatoration, you are extremely lucky to have such a rare person working in your astublishment... I walk in to pay for gas and 30something lady acting like a manager tells me to stand in line to pay, no problem, i wpuld do that anyway, but when it was my turn, a guy walk in the door right up to the same lady to pay for gas and she wait on him. It so happened i ended up being waited on by her. When i mention the story she saod oh sorry i did see you in line. I was literally in front of her. I saw a good opportunity to make a scene, so i did. I said so this is the way you treat new customers???? Ill be sure to not only never come back because of this lady, ill be going viral to inform the public on how you treat customer.

The price of the gas is very good. The bathrooms are always clean. The coffee is always hot.

Im in love with this store and the gas station! One reason is because the gas is always less expensive than everywhere else! Saves you money! Another reason is because the store is very clean and the coffee is always warming!

This place went from great convenience store, to a dump in just a few months. I have gone in a few times and work just a couple blocks away. Their hot dogs are awesome! But, this is now the 4th time I have gone in around 11:30 am, - 1:00 pm and there are no hot dogs grilling, the condiment station is completely disgusting and trashed and there are employees just standing around. Im tired of going in and not being able to get a reasonable priced lunch and something to drink because thats what I liked about this place... PAST TENSE!! Maybe get some people there that actually want to work and care about how your store looks because it is was really clean and great to go to last year.

The cooks were awesome. They made my burrito to perfection... The clerk was a dark skinned young man who left his adventure badge on the counter so I could not read his name. When I stepped up to the register, he motioned to the dark skinned man behind me and rang up my burrito and took my money. He then rang up the other man - cancelled his order and then scanned the adventure card, rescanned the guys order and smiled at him. I informed him that my daughter works at this location, may I use her adventure card for a discount? He said no way, she must come in herself.I feel like I was discriminated against because my skin is not dark enough for the same discount offered to this employees friend.

This place just came out of the blue i have never seen it before. They have cinnabon and they are so good made right there.

We patronized the Cinn-a-bon that was inside the store. My daughter just delivered our first grandson and she was craving cinnamon rolls. They didnt disappoint!!

This location sucks. The employees are idiots they dont know what time it is every time you ask them a question their response is they dont open till 6 or they always have excuses for why coffee isnt ready or while their food isnt ready. Strongly recommend not even stopping here

Used to be a good place to grab surprisingly good hot food at 5am. Biscuits N Gravey was on point. But seems at the start of this year they now dont serve hot food until 6am.Went in at the start of year, no biscuits N gravey. Asked front desk was told to talk to the ladies back at the bonfire grill. There were 4 ladies standing around having a lively discussion. Took a while before one finally turned and glared at me.I asked about the hot food, was told we dont open until 6am. I said really there is usually hot food already out. I was told (exact phrase) Sometimes they is, sometimes they aint. Then she resumed her conversation with the other ladies and ignored me.Left irked, didnt stop in for a couple months. Stopped in one morning hot food again! Couple weeks later (this morning) no hot food again. Look back at the grill...4 ladies just standing around doing nothing but chatting again.Not as sure what the deal is. If they dont open until 6am, maybe Maverik needs to change the time these ladies start or reduce the number on schedule. An hour out from service all they have to do is stand around chatting and being rude to customers asking about hot food.Used to be a hidden gem when they first opened. Now its gone down hill and no one seems to care.

Typical low budget dump. Went from brand new to a Sh*thole in about a year. Will not waste my time or money in this place ever again. Nothing worth eating available, why over priced, and an old lady picking her nose then touching my stuff. I have stopped in here a lot over the last year and it had been a rapid decline. Now its a typical dump. Look at the people it attracts as customers and employees. Hopefully it wont be open long.

Only thing good with my visit was the gas price. Wanted to grab a pizza and a cinnabon but both were closed when I went in there at about 4:45pm when I was told they close at 6pm. Three hotdogs that are not labeled so you know what kind they are but look old and dried out. Very poor experience going in there.

Only one lady at night that is constantly smoking right in the middle of the doorway. You either have to go around her because she wont move for you or just go to the other door. Hopefully you arent in a hurry if she is there, youre on her time. And please dont expect a smiles or greetings from her. Thats just rude. Other than that, expect a clean place to pump gas at good prices. CINNABONS!!!! Mmmm...
