Wow worst gas station ever super long wait time n i need air ask for 2 buck in quater waz told no only dollar i explained i need 1.50 for the air machine an was told oh well i wouldnt go here

New to fix you car wash reader every time I buy a special buy on get 2 free it doesnt remember and I have to go bug the guy at the cash register its getting old .Please fix the problem.Its a common theme because when I go inside to buy anything in the card reader at the register do not work either.Manger needs to take care of business

Ingram (i’m sure I’m butchering the spelling of his name) how works behind the counter there is an exceptional employee! He was extremely helpful and friendly! I came in for washer fluid and he greeted me as soon as I walked in, let me know where I could find it, and checked me out. He asked about how my day was and made me want to come back. You don’t see customer service like this anymore! Keep kicking butt!

Stay away the car wash breaks down the people inside do not know what their doing and they claim you lie. There’s never any receipt paper in the pumps outside it’s a shady place for sure

Do not use this Gas Station. I used my debit card at the pump and put 30 bucks worth of gas in my car. They charged my account $85.00. Criminals

By far the worst clerks Ive ever seen should have got a name but was cleaning her own cup across the store while for people waited in line then was very rude probably never go to that place ever again to avoid that lady since she was so pleasant try to avoid this place

Store is supposed to be 24hrs I just walked 20 min to this store for the doors to be locked

My friend and I were going here every night. Yesterday the cashier took our change and still charged us completely on a card. We wont be coming back which sucks. Cashier also was acting rude to us and some people before us.

The guy couldnt get the card reader at the register to work right. Finally after about 5 minutes he decided to try a different register, which worked.After I left the store I decided to get a car wash. I paid at the entrance of the car wash, but the receipt didnt print. I went back inside after the wash was done and asked for a receipt, but was told he couldnt do anything about it tonight, and to come back tomorrow... Thats not going to happen since I live out of town!Moral of the story:Save your time and money for somewhere better

This station has the absolute worst guest service of any gas station, ever. The cashiers are soooo slow, and often outright rude. I’m standing in line behind some woman who is having a stack of lottery tickets scanned, and the guy who is veeerrrryyy slowly mopping the floor is paying no attention to the fact that the line is winding down the aisle all the way back to the fridges at the back of the store. I’m a server, so I don’t take it lightly to leave a bad review like this. I know people have bad days, but every single time I’ve been in this shell station it’s the same story. Terrible, slow, rude service. Every time I come here I vow never to come here again on my way out. Problem is, they’re right by the freeway, and I need to put air in my tire and gas in my car so I can get to work. If I wasn’t on a schedule I would drive miles out of my way just to avoid this place. And, yes, I wrote this while standing in line. THAT is how slow the service is. Extremely frustrating.

Large convenience store, has just about everything including a HUGE coffee bar.

I had a issue with one of there employees about there customer service, and they had no number, or no way to reach the manager. I came back twice on the days they said he would be there, and he was not there. Guess I will have to keep trying till I catch up with him, or corporate. I was threatened by the employer to have the police called on me for not moving my car which was on a flat during a snow storm. The employer was loud and rude in front of other customers as well. I am a business owner myself and that kind of attitude is not permitted in customer service.

Worst service in the metro!!!! The clerk was very rude and told me it was my job to ask what forms of payment they accept! Who the hell goes to a convince store with the idea that they cant use a debit or credit card in 2016! Then she told me to use the atm (that has a 3$ fee) to get cash to buy 3 bucks in lotto tickets! Everytime I go there I have an issue with employees! NOBBLE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR SURE!

I dont understand how you can jump 26 cents at a time. This station is notorious for jumping the price usually drastically in comparison to other stations. Example, the shell station 2 miles south of you is currently 15 cents cheaper. What gives? Station was clean, cashier didnt seem to know what to do, some areas around the coffee bar including the ice brewed coffee were out of stock. I can care less about the inside but the way you adjust your prices are ridiculous and unfounded for such big jumps.4/13/18 just as I felt over the last month there havent been any ridiculous price jumps, another 15 cent price jump and again no cold brew coffee available. Only once out of 7 stops since the last review Ive been able to get it. Gold rewards cant even make gas prices close to other stations prices.

Gas price is very good compare to many Shell stations but staff is not so friendly maybe I was there on bad day or something, restroom is nice and snack price is very fair. I like the price here for almost everything

I have struggled with stopping by on my way to wprk. They always lock the doors but dont always let you in. Its a 24hour store. When the signs says the doors must stay unlocked during normal business hours its an OSHA violation. I try to never stop here!
