Ordered two different sandwiches (Chicken Pesto and Grilled Cheese) on separate transactions about an hour an apart. Both sandwiches came out severely undercooked (chicken was still raw in the middle) and had to be remade.The remade sandwiches were both excellent, but I wish they had come out properly on the first try, and the fact that two separate orders had the same issue was an unfortunate trend.

Don’t bother ordering food here. They don’t track your pastries orders and when you look around everyone has their drinks and no foods. They really need to work on a structure.

The main grab and go store in the Gaylord Rockies hotel. They have all those essential items you may have forgotten to pack - toothbrush, deodorant, aspirin, etc. - as well as, fun amenities you may just want on site.They also have food and drinks you can grab to take back to your room if you wish. They have several packaged goodies for take home and souvenirs for other if you want! There are some fun Colorado magnets and mugs around, they also have tchotchke like items for you to remember your trip.The staff was always friendly and the store was well organized and clean. It was higher priced, but what hotel convenience store isnt?Overall: AA great spot for those forgotten small things, or just comfort needs for your room! Grab a magnet to take home for your fridge!

This place does not have many selections. The food served by the star bucks is pretty dried out. Not much taste. The prices is what you would pay at the airport. The lines are slow.
