4th time coming here since it’s the closest one to me and every time, there’s no one there! Have walked around the mall hoping someone would come back and still.. nothing. I’m not sure why you would run an establishment that has no employees on a consistent basis!

I went to this store in a huge hurry and needing some TLC. Brenda was FANTASTIC. She literally was patient and very knowledgeable about the products I was about to purchase. She helped me not only achieve the look I was going for, but aiding in my overall confidence in my own abilities. Did I mention I went while she was the only employee working for the moment? Even when faced with difficult customers and taxing situations, Brenda was extremely composed and professorial. She is more than just a great asset to this location, she is a true makeup enthusiast who exudes passion and creativity at all costs. Her contagious personality makes anyone who comes to this store just as excited about makeup/skincare as she is. I highly recommend this artist. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Okay first of all, Oscar is fantastic!! He gets a five star! He was just the best! I had a good experience with him. The reason I give it 4 is because they can use more employees. There were multiple shoppers and i only saw 1 other employee around

The customer service at this Mac location is completely awful. I went here twice to schedule a trial/appointment for my WEDDING DAY (which is a month away) and was told that they could not guarantee adequate staff for (3) clients. They also couldnt guarantee that the muas would be able to dedicate their time to us, or complete the make-up in a timely manner; there was a high possibility that we could be there upwards of (2) + hours. Their main priority is selling cosmetics-thats it. No wonder this place has such a bad reputation. Its unfortunate that ZERO stars isnt an option.

I absolutely love this place. they did a great job with my makeup on my very special day. I told her how I wanted my colors and she made it look beautiful. I was completely ecstatic about how I looked. they couldnt have done a better job.

The MAC counter located in Macys at the Town Center at Aurora is the WORST. The manager AK is rude, not customer-oriented, and does not set a good example for the other employees whatsoever. The turnover rate is high and it is not difficult to see why. Most of the talented artists that used to work there have moved on to bigger and better things, as they should!

Love the Mac products but the lady who helped me yesterday was rude . . I wanted an honest answer about a product and she had a bad attitude not good customer service. In the middle of helping me she stoped and asked someone else if they needed help and left me standing there waiting for my product. Next time I will try park meadows

Never going back here, the customer service is lame. The whole time i was there i was being ignored and when i asked a question they seem to get mad or something.

Gone a couple times, never greeted or asked if I needed anything. Truly disappointed 😂
