This walgreens is pretty chill! The workers are always willing to help you. Specifically Ashley and Maria always help me out when I go for a quick walgreens run.

So I call the pharmacy to have myself and my wifes prescription set up for delivery and the associate did not have a clue with what I was talking about and stated she would pass it over to someone who had more knowledge and told me to have a nice day. Interesting...Next day called to check status, agent asked me for last name and went silent for five minutes, then phone started ringing and after about eight rings she came back stating she couldnt find papers or something and asked for my number to call me back. Come on pharmacy, we can do better maybe customer service knowledge along with procedure knowledge you think?

Today on Halloween night I took my son to get some snacks and more to have a Halloween movie night. In the middle of shopping my 5yr old needed to use the restroom. I asked the store ManagerEd if he can have someone to open the bathroom door so he could use the bathroom. He said no because everyone was on the register. He couldn’t take a min to open a door so my 5yr old use the restroom. This isn’t the 1st I they refused to open the bathroom. We didn’t go just go there to use the restroom we was there with a hand full of items. So we had to put them down to run to get my son to the bathroom.

Store is located right on the border line of west aurora and east aurora. This store is high traffic and pharmacy is always running behind. Ive had multiple times that my provider sends RX a week ahead to be filled on a certain date and the pharmacy will allow it to pass more than a few days to fill it. This last time this location had me waiting three additional days for my medication due to them not keeping up with orders. I had to call my doctor four times to ask him to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy technician Christina resolved my problem and acknowledge that my prescription was lost in the system. THANK YOU!

Why let people schedule a Covid vaccine, drive 25 minutes to get the shot, and then be closed! Update your scheduling!

Staff still sells beer after hours only to certain people! Management needs to keep a closer look on this.....

Went in to get some pens for a calendar I haven’t been able to write on with regular pens. Got a cute little picket notebook for my ideas and thoughts while I walk around for 99 cents. The lady at the front was Christine was very friendly. :) let me stay in out of the cold while I waited for my Lyft ride. I would have walked but it was about an hour... got to get a bike. Anyway thanks for the great experience! :)

Unbelievable corporate policy?!?! Went into buy oreos and wine for my elderly parent who doesnt go out due to covid. The cashier carded me and my husband, I didnt have my ID as I am in my 50s. They refused to sell us the wine because we both didnt have ID, then said it was corporate policy. Turns out it is, wow we will not be going to walgreens ever again and neither will my extended family. What could possibly be accomplished by this policy, just stop selling alcohol. I called the manger after I left rather than take it out on the cashier, the manager laughed at me and hung up on me, her name was Atlanta.

No problems so far. Place is clean, prices are clearly marked, and the staff has been friendly

Okay Ive been coming here ever since I was little, and today (3-6-2020) my mom called to see if they had my grandmas medicine ready he said no right away, he probably didn’t even look, anyways later my mom goes to walgreens to pick up the medicine to see if it was actually ready, and the same guy that said he didn’t have the medicine was there, he said “u know someone just called a couple minutes ago saying that, what are u trying to make up?” he said it very rude to my mom! I don’t know his name but he has glasses, american i’m guessing, curly hair and looks like he’s in his 20-30’s, the disrespect my mom got really shocked me please fire him!

Pharmacy sucks and takes to long but over all inside of Walgreens staff are friendly and fast.

Pharmacist I spoke to transferred me to another number in the middle of my sentence. Rude. Why is it that most pharmacists have horrible customer service? I dont know about everyone else but I always feel like Im asking for too much when just asking a simple question. Like theyre too busy. If you dont want to be a Pharmacist then get a different job. Pharmacists should be trained to be kind to people.

This is my favorite Walgreens. The people are very nice and helpful. I get my prescriptions filled here every month and the pharmacy is wonderful. Always have it ready fast too. Thanks Walgreens!!

Perplexing, offencive, and all-around deserving of being shut down. I am not sure if the manager is failing to be attentive of his employees, but there is one in particular who deserves to be fired. A stout pharmacist with blonde dyed hair, and quite frankly an unnecessarily carnal makeup job, displayed absolute abhorrent customer service behavior. With drink in hand and an attitude of ignorance, she completely disregarded me like some common piece of trash. I only had a simple question to ask, one that anyone with the slightest level of intelligence could have answered even in passing. But she instead dismissed me and instead insisted I wait in the pharmacy line if I wanted to have aconversation. Then without skipping a Beat she sipped her drink and whisked away between customers to get back to the pharmacy counter.I understand, we all get busy and can sometimes get caught up in a hurry. But when working in the retail industry, the customer is always Centric. Why this establishment seems to encourage their employees to exhibit an oppositional demeanor, makes absolutely no sense to me. If you are looking to be ignored and to find attitude in what little help you can find. Then I would strongly encourage you show your patronage to this location. But be forewarned, you will only ever find conversations are offered here, for any intelligent answers or even respect, try Walmart.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my friends got kicked out by a CUSTOMER for no reason. Apparently we were doing something illegal while we were just trying to shop. We even had our wallets out. We were in the store about 30 seconds before she approached and harrassed us. Rather than to start a scene, we just left. But I will tell people to never set foot in that store again.

Very friendly staff and they work very quickly considering that they have many customers. I have had prescriptions here many times and they were never late no atter how many people were there.

The Pharmacist here is the worst! She is questioning a prescription issued by the VA with an attached payment voucher. What gives her the right to delay an important perscription that is documented so well. I have been here over an hour an she still wants to talk to the issuing Doctor before she fills the perscription. I am livid with her attitude, and even though I have been paintaint I do have my limits when 12 people get theirs filled and here I sit. This Walgreens is the worst and I use to work for Walgreens. If they dont want to fill perscriptions for Vets fine, dont. If you can at any cost do not shop at this Walgreens they treat Vets like garbage. Rick

If I could give this place a negative 1, I would have. I had never been here before but was told that they can transfer old film to digital photo so I brought two negatives here from my trip to Greece several years ago. Eddie was the person at the desk and told me negatives would be sent and then photos sent to the walgreens electronically.After about 4-weeks of not hearing from them, I stopped by and spoke to Eddie and he said they would check on it and they didnt have them. I went back again after not hearing from them again and they had no clue. When I arrived home I had a message from Eddie and called him back.He proceeded to tell me that they called the place and was told that they tracked the FedEx and showed it was delivered to Walgreens a month ago and signed for by the shift manager and that they could not find it.Basically oh well, too bad. He told me that I can bring something else in for free service but would never trust them with anything of mine, at least nothing I value. So now I have no negatives and most prized pictures from trip long ago, gone for good. If you value anything, reconsider bringing it to this place because they dont care and irresponsible. I will remove this review when they find my negatives. First and last time here.

In the last year, Ive tried going to three different Walgreens stores in the Chicago area to get prescriptions filled. Not once have they had it ready by the time they said they would.After trying both Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy a few times each, I would recommend using CVS instead, as they have always filled prescriptions promptly and been honest about the time it takes to get ready.

I dislike the music greatly hear. Try using classical instead of mixed Spanish.Lines at pharmacy can be way to long.Open pharmacy at 6am, 8 is way to late.

Im not sure why they have a second lane if you are going to continuously get cut in front of and they cant send a basic plastic bottle in it? When you have a screaming child in the back of your car waiting for their prescription then AMBER is mad bc she was confronted on it. How about a sorry for letting 2 people cut in front of you?

Worst service ever! They lost my prescriptions every time. They say they fax the Dr.s but they never do. Nice way to screw with peoples health! They are a bad joke

I went there to counter pharmacy to ask for a vitamin if they can have some similar; the pharmacy guy is was there not even looking for in to the computer systems if they have hes just said we dont carry ; on take off !!! What can service he gives to the customers !!!
