Great work picked up work surface for a job and customer loved the tables.
This company does terrible work, will not make it right and is incredibly i professional. The Home Depot needs to cut their ties with this company before it ruins their reputation too. Do NOT get involved…..they will take your money and never properly install countertops. They will drag it out for months and months longer than you are originally told. They will tack on hidden fees and the workers who show up (when they actually do show up) are totally incompetent. This place should go out of business. I’m surprised they are even licensed. Do they have insurance? Who knows. It was a total joke working with them. I imagine they get sued a lot.
I wish I could give negative stars for just this type of vendor. Do not use this company at all! They came to to do my countertops and in the end broke my cabinet, made a huge mess of my house, did not have the correct size of some pieces, installed one completely crooked, and so much more. When we let them know if the issues they said pretty much not our problem. No customer service skills at all and will not stand behind their work! Sad for the money you have to spend that you are just another number so to speak
We are so lucky we found Colorado Countertops! We ordered countertops through a different company. That company couldn’t deliver after they tore out our old countertops. We were without a kitchen for 2 months. Luckily I found Colorado Countertops. They walked me through the process and came in after just 2 1/2 weeks had my countertops installed!! They did a wonderful job with installation and answering all my questions.Thank You Colorado countertops!!
Excellent Service! I went through Costco for the Cambria Quartz and was very pleased with the service CCT provided. Our kitchen project turned out so beautiful! Nice work done by the installers and fabricators. But the best part of my experience with CCT was my rep Kevin Hatckett. Such a personal, caring and SUPER responsive rep! He always followed up on my numerous emails, texts and voice messages - and quickly too. He went out of his way to help us with a dishwasher issue. There was also an issue with the countertop which he immediately, and professionally, took care of without hesitation. I highly recommend CCT and KEVIN as your rep for any service they offer.
Colorado Counter Tops is a true five star company. The quality and workmanship of both my kitchen counter and also my bath vanity top were done very well.Office Staff:Excellent and professional at every interaction. They were able to assist with helping me get my bath vanity top complete when I was significantly misquoted by The Home Depot. All of my paperwork was correct, professional and their team had great follow up via both phone and email. I felt like my small-to-them order was taken care of.In Home/Site Staff:My appointment time was kept very close to what was quoted and I was notified when they were on their way. They were neat and clean and everything was reviewed with me prior to leaving my house. I was provided a copy to approve to ensure everything was accurate. The installation was fast and professional and exactly what I wanted. All requests and options were discussed with me so I knew what I would be receiving and I appreciate the amount of time that was spend making sure everything was correct.Extras:I asked for a 7 backsplash out of the counter material. It was well done and the request was not a big deal to the company. For my bath vanity, I had a complicated sink that needed to be cut into the counter and suspended within the counter. They took the time to call me and even facetime me from the shop to ensure that any modifications needed were known, seen and approved. The pricing of the projects is very fair and they were able to help me stay in budget. If I ever need countertops again, I will will not hesitate to come back to CCT.
Called to inquire more in-depth information and get a better understanding of the process and the woman I spoke to was short, didn’t explain in any details and each time I asked another question she would get more frustrated with me as if I was supposed to already know. REALLY DISAPPOINTED in your sales person.
Colorado counter tops was good at collecting my money but calling me to let me know when they were going to do the job, time they were going to show up no call or text or email and then I called the day before they told me next day but could not give me a time but never called me back so I called the day of and was told 11 am but the the person that does the work called and told me 2 hours later VARY POOR BUSINESS
I have had a great experience. Emilia and Kevin have been on top of it. There has been some problems with my Island top, and they have been so responsive and helpful, working hard to make things right. Honesty, and integrity I appreciate. The installers were great too!
Very helpful and courtious. Took a little longer then they said but, was taken care of quicker than we had expected.
Absolutely great. From beginning ( measurement) till installation. Make me happy.Thank you very much:)
Everything about this went great! Our sales consultant Anna helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for and let us know options in our budget. The scheduling department was able to work with a few crazy changes in my schedule no problem. The installation went smoothly and quickly. We love our new countertops. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again when we do the bathrooms!
Worked with CJ, him and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Kitchen looks amazing.
Ive had Colorado Counter Tops install laminate counters in a rental and my own home. Crystal Cook helped me with both orders. She gave great advice and made some really helpful suggestions. It did take a little time to get the estimates and the install coordinated, but the installers at both locations did a great job. I couldnt be happier with my counter tops! They look amazing!
I had such amazing customer service. Cedric James was thorough, friendly, and very helpful when assisting me with my kitchen remodel. I absolutely love the outcome and could not be more pleased. We will definitely be back to visit Colorado Counter Tops again.
I needed a smaller piece cut and finished and CJ was able to find me a very nice remnant. It was done in a timely manner and looks and fits great.
Awful! Read the Yelp reviews as they are more realistic than these. My designer had me work through this company. Only after I started having problems with them did I look at their reviews. I read a Yelp review where the person received an installation confirmation without ever scheduling the installation. Ironically, that happened to me too along with some other fiascoes. Apparently they have too many customers to deal with you in a timely manner.
Crystal Cook at Colorado counter tops was excellent in walking me through a basement bar design and implementation. She thought of issues that had note occurred to me and was great in coordinating the product and installation. Cant thank you guys enough. Great prices too.
Amazing work and staff. They were extremely helpful and fast. I highly recommend these guys. Awesome shop
I first worked with Colorado Countertops in 2011. They measured and installed a printed laminate kitchen counter in a rental property. I dont recall the names of who I worked with but I do remember that everyone was polite and extremely professional. I was very happy with the look of the counters and six years later, they have held up extremely well, even after a tough tenant. No issues with the edges coming undone or with wearing of the surface. I am working with them again on another rental and I know that Ill be happy with their product and professionalism again.
The sales rep was so gracious. She took all the time I needed to look for the stone I was after. We found it and I am happy ☺
CCT is a great company to work with. I’ve worked with Erik and was impressed with his professionalism. Even if material was delayed or there was an issue, he kept me in the loop until the issue was resolved.
Love this place! I called for first time because it was recommended to me by many friends and the person I spoke to by the name of Quillen was very nice and so helpful. She was able to answer all my questions I had and was able to schedule and install for me within days. She has great customer services and was amazing. Thank you so much Quillen because of I will continue to recommend Colorado counter tops and you of all people!
Outstanding service!Ana was prompt, friendly, informative, and professional!First stop looking for countertops, & I found them! Thanks again Ana!
Cedrick James went above and beyond to help me out! He was friendly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way! I highly recommend using CJ anytime you can!
Beautiful work. Highly recommend checking these guys out!
Ive always worked with Emilia and she is awesome to work with! They do great work on solid and laminate tops!
I had a super small request that they gladly worked with me on to get what I needed without overcharging me
Fair pricing great service
Eric always takes great care of us. Hes highly knowledgeable and awesome to work with.
Great experience with Cjay and the installers! Couldnt ask for a better job!Love our new kitchen!
Such a great experience! We went through Costco and have been incredibly pleased with the process from beginning to end!
Have worked with Cedrick James on multiple projects its always an ease and always a beauty of a job!
Ive worked with these guys / Alicia Menocal for probably 20 yrs.she makes sure every job goes right ... the first time out again & again. She is the best!
Cjay is awesome! Very helpful and helped me choose my quartz countertops!
Our builder, Lennar, completely dropped the ball. They were supposed to fix a couple things but the builder never followed up, never contacted them and nothing was done.Colorado Countertops contacted us directly, set up the replacement, and threw in some extras. They went way above and beyond to make up for Lennars mistake.Nice job Colorado Countertops!!
Very professional. Beautiful product. Amazing installation!
Great staff here! Love it! Recommend to everyone regardless of the negative comments from others!
Love the knowledge and confidence I get from cedrick (cjay) he explained everything about countertops and cabinetry ... I call him all the time for design and structural help.
Outstanding service CJ and his crew put in a top notch granite countertop
I have no idea why this business has good google reviews. My experience with them was so horrendous I was forced to abandon my counter top replacement project and receive a refund from Lowes who works with this company. To make a long story short, when I spoke to an alleged supervisor from this store to schedule the installation, she told me they were only a fabricator, who did nothing, but produce the counter tops and referred me back to Lowes. This was after this company did not contact me to schedule measurements in the first place! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
They sold us a counter top for our utility room. The material stains and scratches. Carlos was onsite to inform us that the material is not covered under their warranty. We were directed to them by the builder as part of a utility room remodel; Colorado Counter Tops was informed what the general use was for and recommended a product that is not holding up. They are suppose to be the experts but they provided a poor recommendation. This after we waited 4 months for them to come onsite. STAY AWAY from this group.
We wanted to replace a 43 bathroom vanity top and were looking for a quartz remnant. After visiting a number of fabricators, we found a remnant at Colorado Countertops. It was a pleasure working with Ana who answered all our questions and arranged for the fabrication and installation. Javier did a great job with the pre-measuring, and Freddy and Frederico were excellent installers. We are very pleased with our finished countertop.
We work with them often. Good people and service most of the time.
Terrible. We scheduled our actual install a month ago-have been without countertops for over 6 weeks at this point due to them having to schedule measurements (which then took 5 days to send to Lowe’s) which were followed by another week long string of events before we could even schedule the install. The woman I dealt with regarding the measurements and to schedule the install was absolutely TERRIBLE. So incredibly rude, and I wish I would’ve written down her name. She acted beyond put out that I requested to see samples of the available slabs. I was sent one sample that pulled up as a microscopic photo for me to view, and was treated as a bother when asking if they had any more slabs to choose from. Choose a slab from the three tiny photos I was provided (none of which looked anything like the sample in the store, by the way). Finally get the install scheduled. Wait a month. Then I call the Friday before my Monday install to confirm-get the okay that the install is still on-only to be called back an hour later and told that our countertops had not even been cut and we would be pushed out again. Apparently our order had been put on hold for “layout approval”..would’ve been nice to know that was even an option since it seemed like such an ordeal to request to view the slab. Does anyone check on the status of the countertops before the client has to call and confirm the business day before install?? What a concept. Of course I was incredibly upset-having two young children at home to make food for with no kitchen sink or counters-and the gal tells me that she is sorry, but she keeps telling the guys in the shop how upset I am and they “don’t care”. Great. At this point both my husband and I have lost wages for two days we had to take off of work between the measurement day and the scheduled install day. So I requested that they try as hard as possible to make the install this Friday so I wouldn’t have to take off yet ANOTHER day of work, but apparently they couldn’t make that happen and I am unable to take off work the new install date so I will have to pay someone else to be there for the install. Add on top of all of this that I have requested to speak with the manager, Seth?, THREE TIMES by phone now, and have asked that an email be forwarded to him so he would know what is going on, but have YET TO RECEIVE A CALL/email/or A WORD from him. I will say that Ana, the most recent gal I have been working with, has been very nice and pleasant and has to endure my frustration even though it is not her fault. Other than that, the entire experience between Lowe’s and Colorado Counter Tops has been absolutely awful and I will not recommend that anyone use them in the future.Update-the countertops have finally been installed, and though they do not look like the sample at Lowe’s, or the slab photo I was sent, I absolutely love them. The installers did a good job. However, I never did receive a call or email from the manager, nor a call from Colorado Countertops to follow up. (Lowe’s did call to follow up, but didn’t have anything to say about my complaints.)
Erik Armenta is very friendly and is always extremely helpful!
Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly service.
I brought Colorado countertop two specifically picked out slabs, from Crossville studios, to fabricate. They never bothered to measure the thickness of the slabs before moving the slabs from Crossville to Colorado countertop. So they cut out one slab only to have the other slab be too thick to use. The miss cut piece from the quarry is not the their fault. The negligence to simply make a 30 second measurement would have prevented this. Then they selected a new slab and design without consulting myself or my contractor. These slabs cost $7k each by the way. I had specifically chosen two slabs and the exact areas to be used. So I showed up personally, ready to get a full refund of $18k (slabs plus fabrication and installation) if I did not like the new design and cut outs. Luckily the new design was excellent. The seams matched up very well. Yet to provide insult to injury no one from Colorado countertop called myself or my contractor with the install date . So this morning I had two guys show up ready to install without a clue they were coming over (I could have had work, etc). Once the installers got to work it became immediately apparent that the window sill piece had been mismeasured (I used the remnant for my fire place mantle and window sill above my sink). We gave Colorado countertop an exact cardboard cutout for the window sill. All they had to do was trace the damn thing. Yet the piece was several inches too short. The granite countertop is by far the most expensive part of my kitchen, the others being my cabinets, tile floor, sink and appliances, hood, etc. Colorado countertop made several mistakes, then called no one about it. They went ahead without consent of the client to cover mistakes, etc. Horrible experience all the way around. Only positive was the young lady I worked with at the front, who as it turns out, was kept in the dark entirely by the fabrication and installation departments. No communication whatsoever at Colorado countertops between departments. Several mismeasurements or none measurements. After the installers left I noticed a gap in the silicon sealer around the sink and a gap on one of the vertical apoxy seams on the granite. I felt like I was given the run-around a lot, especially when inquiring about the no-calls and miscuts.. Never a straight answer. Bad experience.
Great products to choose from and affordable prices.
Great staff and friendly atomosphere 😎
Horrible customer service. If you want treated like youre a burden the moment you walk in the door then by all means help yourself. Plus, Their laminate is more expensive than quartz at most other places.
VERY UNHELPFUL!!!! The lady at the desk to the right side when you walk in was completely clueless and talked like she was in 7th grade.
Great people, products and service
Love this place!
Great sales team
Well
