I had a great experience with Spark Garage Doors. They replaced a decades old flip up style door that I had been warned would be problematic to dismantle. I saw all the great reviews and thought Id go ahead and schedule a technician to come replace the springs on my garage door. I did a same day appt and he showed up within the window and completed the work very quickly. Though prices have gone up due to supply chain, I feel like I got a good solid install and parts for the price.

Due to a broken spring out garage door would not open more then a few inch’s off the ground. Spark Garage door responded quickly to our pleas for help and had some one out to fix the door the morning we called them. Ofir was extremely polite and didn’t try to upsell, just told me what we needed and got to work. He also fixed our old doors broken hinges and made sure things were level so the door now opens smoothly. He cleaned up and the bill was exactly as he quoted me. We will definitely use Spark and Ofir again!

My appt time was between 5 and 6. They were a little late. But i understand you cant control traffic or how long youre last repair took but a text or phone call would be nice if youre running behind guys. But youre still getting a 5 star because the technician was outstanding in every aspect and pricing was reasonable.

Scheduled appointment online on a Sunday last minute. Ofir called to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and vey nice. Worked efficiently, but took extra time to ensure job was done correctly. He also took time to fix the issue previous installers created with the framing. Very nice guy, great work done and great customer service.

The technicians name was Mark whom I praised!!! As you can tell, he was excellent.

Service was fast. I had previously said the service was good until I found the two large, heavy springs in MY garbage can the next day. You would think that for the price, the service person would have disposed of the springs themselves. But no they actually walked into my backyard without my consent and found my trash cans to dispose of the springs! Another reason for the low rating is the high price. They charged me about $100 to $200 more than what 3 different neighbors paid for the same two springs to be replaced. All 3 neighbors said they received great service as well. I was charged almost $500. I would not recommend as you can get a better price elsewhere. They didnt even tell me there would be a service call fee when I asked for an estimate on the phone, but they had no problem putting it on my bill!

I scheduled my appointment in the evening on a Monday and they were here at 8 AM the following day. The technician fixed my problem in a half an hour. The price was also very reasonable. This is the second time I’ve used this company and I highly recommend them.

This is a followup on a negative review previously submitted. I explained to the owner how I felt that $264 charge was a bit more than I had expected for less than an hours worth of work. It wasnt so much the amount of time rather that the labor was really not extensive to be charged that much. The owner disagreed but valued my business and offered to refund a portion of the payment made. He actually did follow through and sent the check! So, Im honoring my end by submitting a positive review. Im appreciate his professionalism and integrity. I want his business to succeed because he actually cares about his work and his customers. Great experiences x2 w/ spark garage doors. Reasonable prices. Yesterday afternoon our motor went out and I called them. Our previous technician was unavailable but he found another technician who could come out and repair it same-day. They have both been kind, were not pushy, and talked me through all my options. I even talked some home depot options over with them since home depot has motors for about ~$200 and he helped me figure out what worked best for my needs and wants.

I had my garage door serviced this morning and Mark was so nice! He throughly explained what he was going to do and gave me a great summary of my system.

Please do not waste your money on them! They will tell you they can get something and will not follow through. They also said that they had a build-in price for my garage door handle but LIED! They will try to take as much money as possible. My door also was not put in properly, and the tech was overly aggressive. The other men were trying to hit on a 17-year-old female. They are not professional. On another note, I need my door repair because it BROKE AGAIN and we tried for weeks to call. There was no callback and no answer. I finally got hold of someone and said the tech was out of town!!! WHAT. To keep business, set up a voicemail instead of wasting my time. Extremely upset with everyone at Spark Garage. They have horrible customer service, mean techs, and inappropriate workers. Please stay away from this company. They will only make you closer to your death bed. If I could, I would give them negative stars! I am not the person to leave reviews but after this experience I had too.

They offered to come out that same day (within the hour) and I had a whole new garage door, opener and smart phone access by the next day! Mark fixed the garage in an hour and was courteous and professional. My issue is with the charge. The work was quoted at $85 and xtra for parts, if necessary. The repair was quite simple and did not require more than 1 hour. I was charged an additional $179 - no parts were needed. I specifically asked the owner about the charge and described the problems with the garage and he felt quite confident that it would not exceed $85. Sorry, but dont think I would recommend them because of this.

Very good service from end to end. I hired them because they have a reasonable price for showing up and doing at least a tune-up (others were charging just to show up). Then what was needed required a quote that Avi the technician explained me very well and of course they didn’t charge the original tune-up fee anymore. He had all the materials in his truck and did everything right away. I do recommend this guys
