We phoned Abilene Awards & Logos in a bit of a panic, needing an item ASAP. Marty and Miriam, the owners, both assured us they would take care of us. We were able to email them our design and by the time we arrived at their shop, they had worked out the design on their computer and even made a sample design to show us. [DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!] Incredibly rude male owner. The last couple of times, I had embroidery work completed. This is not a competent embroidery shop, although marketed as such. Abilene Awards completely ruined 2 of my 3 Vera Bradley bags I took to them ($250 value). Shredded the insides! Instead of being honest and notifying me of the damage, they allowed me to pick them up but never told me they destroyed the bags on the inside (damage not visible from the outside).I didnt realize this until a year later. Extremely poor and dishonest service. And I had to pay additional $50 in repairs and much time elsewhere. I will never patron this shop again.

This year, May 16, 2015, I was treated very RUDE by the owner. When I stated that he was speaking rudely to me, and perhaps I should find a different company for the next year. He stated go ahead. . . .I had tried to pick up my order 1 week prior and this gentleman had botched my order. I felt he was really testy because he had to do the work twice. It was his mistake. You might want to check his attitude before you do business with this company.

I left them some vague description of what I wanted for a couple of award plaques. The final result was better than Id hoped for, done sooner than I thought possible, and under budget. Trifecta! Ill be back again.
