Well if you want something done in a timely manner, dont go here. WantWa 31 hats done over a course of 2 days and they told me and I quote I cant help youAs someone who does embroidery on a normal basis I for one know its not difficult to get this done in 2 days.I was only looking to get help finishing up a project while my machine was in for repairs.Thanks I went to pro image.

Embroidered Vision embroidered a jacket for me and they did a fantastic job! Excellent customer service and very timely work. I like the ability to purchase apparel through them and then they embroider it. I highly recommend them for your embroidery needs!

They do great work. The lady in charge is very nice and helpful. She is even saving me money from buying my shirts through her and then embroidering them.

Terrible experience, I was told I would be helped a day after my request was made, and after multiple times of being told that it would be taken care of day by day through the week, I come back to see customers being helped before me, and that I would need to wait. Bad experience, I do not recommend.
