Its been awhile since I have been in there however, Dave the manager is super cool, and extremely helpful. When I go in there all Dave has to do is point me in the direction where the product is that I want to buy, and I am all set. Also, this place is like my candy store! I really like this store, and its worth the drive to me. So, as long as Dave is working I do all my purchases when he is there. I have been going there for years and they have just about anything you need for your home/garage gym!

Fitness Factory Aurora was just the place to outfit our new gym. Matt was knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. We made several changes along the way, and Matt’s response was always, “No Problem.” Installation was smooth and efficient. Overall, a 5 star experience.

These guys are great. A month or so back, I called inquiring about a power rack with a lat attachment and was told they didnt have it available. I was then directed to contact Matt (one of the managers I believe) and he told me that if we ordered it today, it would be ready for me to pick up two days later. So I did just that and within 48 hours I had the item I wanted! Super quick and easy. Just a few weeks ago I purchased a barbell as well. Same thing, placed the order and had my item within a few days. These guys are excellent and will definitely be shopping here again if I need anymore equipment. Great customer service and I cant say enough good things about them. Dont pay stupid prices for rusty fitness equipment on Facebook, go get a solid deal with these guys. Youll be glad you did

Ive purchased a lot of equipment over the last few years and a lot of it has been through Amazon. Boy what a mistake that was...I stopped in here because I was looking to buy a cable crossover machine. I had a specific one in mind so I stopped in to check it out. The staff was great. Really professional and laid back. No one was bugging me, but they were there for help when I needed it.I ended up purchasing the unit and it came in a couple days later. Ive since bought a few more things, at better prices than the internet and got them home and setup faster.Highly recommend checking this place out!

Ken is the man!! This store is great, employees are very helpful, and its a must visit for anyone who needs gym equipment. They have so many stations set up and its spacious. My only regret was I didnt visit sooner. Dont look online at digital images, see the equipment for yourself in person. Its worth it

Purchased body solid home gym from this location and received free install — the purchase went smooth and liked the price offering at fitness factory ...The product was delivered within 2 weeks but had missing pad and cap — have been waiting for the pads and cap to arrive, has been 2 weeks since but very hard to get an update. I will update the review once I hear back from them. I hate to give a low review of such a good store.

Found an item they were advertising on facebook marketplace. They worked on the price with me and we ended up making a deal on a stationary bike. Good place for used equipment

So far the experience has been very good. Due to COVID-19 our family has decided to exercise at home in the basement so we completely canceled our gym membership.I shopped around to many different stores,both online and in person, and Fitness Factory seems to have good quality equipment at a reasonable price. We ordered a barbell and kettle bells and will purchase bumper plates and rack when they are available. This is to outfit our basement gym. The staff was knowledgeable and not intrusive.I’ve been around many many gyms over the last 25 years and so the quality that I observed and felt for the prices that they were selling it made sense to me.

I ordered a Rugged Fitness adjustable bench from Matt at Fitness Factory on Saturday July 25th and received it via FedEx on Wednesday July 29th. My expectations were far exceeded by both the quality of this beautiful piece of equipment and the professional service I received from Matt at Fitness Factory. I will definitely be a return customer to both Rugged and Fitness Factory.

Selection is a bit sparse with the pandemic going on, but the staff was helpful.

Nice fitness outlet with just about everything. We have bought everything from barbells to weightlifting gloves and will probably be back for more. The prices are competitive or even slightly better than other fitness stores.

They had the equipment i needed which is the only reason I still bought with them. The equipment arrived a week late due to the warehouse sending the wrong equipment the first time. They didnt seem to care, and made no effort to make amends for the lack of attention and delay. Oh well.

If you are looking for home gym equipment this is a great place to shop. We recently bought a treadmill and a home gym and were very happy with our purchase. Great prices and service, highly recommend.

Just made a purchase with Jen Skowronski at the Aurora Location. Went in on Saturday asked about the body solid chin dip weight assisted machine. She took the time to answer all questions. I decided to go home and make sure it would fit. I was busy on Sunday but she followed up with a call and I made the purchase. This place is awesome they have the Body Solid stretch bands great for yoga so if you want to start working out at home or in the gym this this place is the way to go they have everything you need extra special thanks to Jen she was a big help I definitely plan on coming back

Went in because someone recommended the place to me,everything i saw when i walked in looked string sturdy and of a quality build. Bought a full rack weights and a bench dave walked and talked about a few things,no pressure to buy very polite and friendly

Overpriced. Tried to buy dumbbells from 50 to 100. They only had certain ones. Guy said he would have to order them... wait.. this is what you sell.. u lost 1200 of my business by not carrying on hand
