Following several weeks of research to replace my existing bench, I could not be happier with the Inspire SCS bench I recently purchased from your store. The customer service from Jonathon was outstanding. I appreciated the time he took to initially find out what my needs were and then to explain and demonstrate the features of the various benches available. I visited the store a second time and Jon was equally as accommodating.Once purchased, the assembly of the bench went very quickly & smoothly and is a credit to the way the bench is packaged and the straightforward printed instructions (the hardware for each step was packaged separately so there was no need to sort through numerous bolts, nuts and washers to find the required sizes - CLEVER!). Also, all the tools needed to assemble the bench were included!The bench is rock solid - no shakes or wobbles. The back rest and seat are very comfortable and adjustments can be made very quickly and securely. I spent a little more on this bench then I initially intended to but based on the performance and features, ease of assembly, lifetime home warranty and comparison to other benches, I know I made the best decision purchasing the Inspire bench and I will be returning to your store the next time I will be adding equipment to my home gym.

I have weight trained most of my life and Dean still taught me a few tricks. He does not sell (which I respect) he help you make the right decision for your needs. Entire experience with Precor Home Fitness was great! Sales staff helped me find the best equipment for my needs (and amazingly, without any sales pressure!), delivery and setup of my elliptical was on-time and done very carefully, and Sales followed up to make sure I had no issues after my elliptical was delivered. Cant imagine a better experience and highly recommend Precor Home Fitness! p.s. And love my new elliptical!

Stopped in to check out ellipticals last winter, and was lucky enough to meet Dean, a wealth of information. He provided great info to help us with our first purchase (Precor elliptical and Inspire home gym) and has helped us with several other items since our first stop in. Nice store store with quality products and most importantly great service. This is our go-to place for our fitness needs. Will keep coming back, if only to chat with Dean and see his passion for what he does.
