I never complain and this is my first negative review post in my 41 years on this earth. The sunglasses hut at Aurora Farms is in no way near where I live, drove 40 minutes to a store that is closed, have been here since 11 a.m. If you call the number on their website, it says number is no longer in service. I find it completely ridiculous that you cant at least post your hours of operation. Ive been here waiting now for 40 minutes to see if someone might show up at noon. I understand that finding people to work is difficult right now however, let your customers know if you wont be open at the same time as the rest of the outlet stores. Extremely disappointed.

This location has a great selection and always has this one small size pair of Ray Bans I wear in stock. But that’s not what makes it great. It’s the people who work there. Krystal helped me today and was nothing short of amazing! She not only made the entire process of using the coverage simple and super fast, she also educated me on next steps as well options available I wasn’t aware of. It was such a wonderful experience and totally worth the drive. Thank you so much to Krystal for making my day and being such a delight!!! You’re the best 😊

They are making people sit in the 90 degree sun to wait to come in the store because they only want to let 5 people in at a time. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I’m not burning up in the sun waiting to shop in your store. There are plenty of other places to get sunglasses.

Im getting married in a month and decided to get me and the boys all matching Ray-Bans for the wedding, a total of 5 pairs (at about $200 a pair, right about $1000 before taxes). I drove almost an hour and a half to this store because of the good reviews. I got there a little before 4pm today (Sunday), they were open till 6pm. Got to the front door and theres a sign saying they will be back soon so I waited about 15 mins, its about 90° out today and in direct sunlight. So just as Im about to leave 2 employees come up and unlock the door, the one who unlocked the door looks at me and says Were on break for about 15-20 more mins so well be open again soon walks in and locks the door behind them. I might only be one customer but Im not coming back here.I also saw 4 groups of people walk away when they saw the will be back later sign while I was standing there. Almost 3hrs and over half a tank of gas wasted on this place.

Great place !! Josh, Athena and Katie know what they are doing they have fixed 2 of my favorite sunglasses....and also super helpful and very friendly as welli was treated with patience and smile on faces.i highly recommend this specific location at AuroraThank you Guys!!

Ive had a really nice experience every time Ive shopped at this Sunglass Hut. The sales associates that Ive interacted with have been very friendly and helpful; theyve always taken the time to help me find sunglasses that work for me and possess the qualities that Im looking for.
