They recently done a job at my house and did an incredible job. Their customer service is amazing.Extremely in love with how my kitchen and bathrooms turned out. I definitely recommend them if you guys are looking forward to getting some upgrades done. Alma & team great job!!!

Had New Creation Marble and Granite come out and install new granite countertops in my kitchen, had a great experience with the company. They informed me how the process would go during the consult, everything went smooth from there. On time on day of the appointment and the installers did a great job with the install and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Would definitely recommend!

I was disappointed that they had to cut the granite inside. Dust went all over I had to clean the entire kitchen plus everything else in my home. They should forewarned us since they are a professional business. We could have more everything out of the kitchen and cover everything. Alma call me back 48 hours for her crew to come and clean my kitchen so during that time what were we supposed to do wait for them. Alma didnt seem to care that the dust was all over customer service is very poor. We will not recommend this company.

Installed unsealed granite in my house and when i discovered the issue they claimed it was sealed. All oil and water stains were penetrating. After talking to their employee Sandra about the issue the company didnt take responsibility and i had to sweat out the stains and seal it myself. Never going back and wont recommend.

My wife finally won the battle to get granite countertops....we checked out the BIG guys at Granite Depot and were so confused by the add-ons and how long it would take so I went to Craigslist and saw the posting for New Creations and convinced my wife to go to their place of business. Alma was running late - but we met Ignacio (the fabricator) and he said Alma was on her way. Well to make the story short - Alma told us she deals with many of the stone businesses and to visit them find a slab and then theyll come to our house and make a template. Well after we decided on our granite and their measuring - FOUR days later we had our countertops and bathroom vanity with sinks! The installers (Francisco & Hector) are awesome and did fantastic with seams and installation! Give a small family business a chance at your kitchen or bath - we are so glad we did and recommended them to our neighbors and they also used them and are happily satisfied!
