Had a very difficult time reaching them. Ended up getting a call center out of country who was not willingly connecting me to the Denver showroom. Eventually and reluctantly he finally said he would connect me to the front desk, then said no one was answering. Frustrating as Im an hour and a half north and cant easily stop by. You might have a great product, but I will never know as it was just too difficult to navigate and try to speak with someone.

Dont waste your time going here. They wont well you anything or even tell you price ranges. Home depot carries the exact same products and will actually tell you what the price of what you are looking at. I asked the staff for a list of fabricators who we could talk to and they said theyre not allowed to tell us. How do you expect anyone to be able to order through you if you dont/wont explain anything? Totally pointless to allow the public access.

Visited the Aurora showroom today as I have cabinets installed and our other countertop chosen (from another location) sold out before our fabricator could purchase. The person I was speaking with in the showroom from the moment I entered was not very nice or warm, and gave me the feeling that I was interrupting her day. I gave her the information for my fabricator, and she then asked me a technical question. I said Im just a homeowner so I am not sure how to answer your question, and she said Oh, I know that, unfortunately. It was clear she had no interest in helping me as the end-user. She led me out to the warehouse and basically dropped me off there to walk down the isle myself. I thought she would be walking with me, but she did not. I found four slabs I like and she did check stock for me, but it was not a warm experience at all. I actually really liked one of the slabs, but decided to go down the road to Francinis as my fabricator recommended them for great service. I received EXCELLENT service the moment I walked in the door, and ended up choosing a slab I liked less just because of the great experience I had. Ive worked in the service industry my entire career and understand the value of a service experience. MSI Corporate - I hope you read this, and recommend some Customer Service training and development with your staff. Your same type of products are sold elsewhere, so youre not the only game in town. Great service is what sets you apart, and you lost a sale today because of your lack thereof.

Our quartz lost its color because water got on it. This product was purchased for a bathroom. Diane Rameriz responded only once to tell us her expert determined it was the water that left the marks. I have never gotten a followup and my beautiful remodel looks old and ugly with all the spots. Shop elsewhere if you want your finished product to look nice. MSI did not offer anything but stating the obvious, that our quartz was ruined.

Incredible selection and layout of choices. Staff was friendly and attentive but never overbearing. I felt comfortable and free to take my time with with the decision process. I only wish there was a retail outlet so I could go more often!

Building a custom home and were in a bit of a time crunch following a counter mishap. MSI was fantastic and the problem was solved within minutes. Top notch employees and quite an organized process!

Wouldnt answer questions about pricing. They kept us at the front door for 10 minutes to capture a marketing survey with a COIVD assessment at the end of it while claiming it was for COVID. Then, said they close soon... We quickly said we want to buy counter tops and said we also want to purchase quite a bit more... They said we can come back tomorrow.Seriously? Im here. Im ready to spend thousands of dollars, but you want to leave? Costco doesnt do this. Home depot. Etc.I was in the door well before closing... Your process ate up my time. We literally chose something we wanted to buy within 12 minutes.I wanted to see the second slab we wanted to buy, and they assured me I dont need to see it since I didnt want to have to drive back here in the morning.Seriously?I asked for a picture... She didnt want to do it and avoided commiting to it.I asked for an idea of pricing... She said I have to go through my fabricator. I dont like that. At all. It feels shady.It seems to me there are a lot of places to buy granite. And a lot of places that want the business. I didnt feel great about this place whatsoever.

I worked with Brandon Fontaine and I have to say he was amazing!! He was very attentive and sent me detailed emails to make sure that we were on the same page at all times. I really liked a particular slab and when it came off hold he was in contact with me right away to let me know that we could have the slabs we wanted for kitchen. We are doing an entire new build and are getting all our slabs from them as their selections are very good and prices are also reasonable! Thank you!

I was totally impressed with MSI. Large selection of granite, marble and quartz. The help in the store is absolutely top notch. No pressure but always more than willing to answer questions and help any way they could. They also keep a spotless facility.

Gretchen was amazingly helpfull. My contractor sent me to look at a particular shower wall tile and Gretchen helped me find pebble flooring and a vanity backsplash that coordinated, all really fast and easy. Definitely, ask for her!

Outstanding Selection, Amazing Staff!My wife and I are planning a renovation of our main level, including our kitchen and master bath. Our GC referred to us to MSI for ideas, inspiration and recommendations, and we were certainly not disappointed.We arrived at the Aurora, CO location on a Saturday morning and were greeted warmly by Patrick, who helped us get checked in on the MSI website. While we did that, we took notice of various samples and design combinations of tile, countertops and flooring displayed in the foyer. Francisco approached us and got us started off on the right foot. We knew some of what we wanted (quartz countertops and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring) and Francisco pointed us in the right direction. He showed us the slab warehouse and after a few quick safety disclaimers, we were off with our cart and cabinet door to see what was there.As we walked down the rows of quartz slabs, we would stop to take pictures with our cabinet door and found more than a hand full of great options. Jordan, another employee, stopped and asked if we had questions, and offered some great suggestions on colors and accessories. Back in the showroom, we perused the veritable plethora of quartz countertop colors, and even picked up a few free 3x3 samples. Finally, we were approached by Gretchen, who was the cherry on the sundae!Gretchen took it upon herself to offer us a score of out-of-the-box thoughts, and sent us home with more samples for us to try in our home. She told us about the processes they use for finishing as well as the various options available. While our overall color palette is greige, we need to also incorporate our custom-stained cabinets, which we are planning to keep as-is and not paint, and Gretchen took that into consideration as she worked with us. We filled out our wish list and turned it in to her, and our contractor will be getting a report of what we looked at.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, albeit a tad on the overwhelming side. Jordan mentioned to us, though, that this was a smaller location and that the one in Orange, CA was ten times larger (!). As a final note, their website has a great Room Visualization tool that allows you to upload pictures of your space and try on looks virtually. We will definitely be using MSI for our renovation needs and from this experience, we highly recommend them for all surfacing needs.

This place was my “diamond in the rough”!!! They had everything I needed to complete my kitchen... great selection..multiple styles. Their representative Brandon was SO VERY helpful and found perfect choices of stone based on pictures I brought with me!! Definitely recommend MSI!!

Twice we have had glass tile delivered that was out of square. MSI turn around time and quality has killed our renovation timelines. Representative said he would check them before delivering. Boxes where factory sealed and yes when delivered they we again had out of square delivered. Highly recommend others avoid.

I worked with Brandon and Marissa to answer a ton of questions about their slate versus porcelain slabs. They spent a lot of time discussing with me what our goals were for the project and the pros/cons of using various products for each setting. With their feedback we were able to find the perfect combination to suit our needs! We were absolutely thrilled with their customer service. We shopped SO MANY PLACES and could not find the quality of products and the competitive prices they offered. Weve ordered and feel awesome about our decision. I will work with them on all of our future builds.

Brandon at the Denver MSI showroom is AMAZING! I was having so much trouble getting travertine samples in my area (Idaho). Several companies sent me the wrong thing. I called the Denver warehouse and Brandon fixed me right up. He expedited the process and several days later, I had the correct samples delivered right to my home. He saved me from having to make a trip to Salt Lake, Denver or California. Thank-you Brandon. You have saved the day!!

MSI International Inc., is a wonderful stop if youre a kitchen & bath designer like myself or a homeowner doing your own shopping for granite, quartz or tile ! They have a beautiful showroom with a vast array of slabs and large samples of quartz so you really get a good feel for the color/patterns of the selections. They are really helpful if you need anything or have questions about what products are best for certain areas. I highly recommend them. It was worth the drive from Boulder!

I came up from Colorado Springs. I spent 1 1/2 hours picking my favorite slabs only to find out they were already on hold for someone else! In fact half the visible slabs were not available. A waste of my time. Why did they tell me when I came in the store?

Great place to shop if youre looking for granite, quartz, marble or quartzite countertops. They also carry porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tile. Good selection of backsplashes as well.

The MSI Colorado Showroom in Aurora is the best I have found in Metro Denver for viewing large slabs of quartz. It lists the price range on each slab and Brandon, a sales associate, was indispensable sharing his knowledge and personal attention.

Hello everyone it was my first time to MSI and they were so helpful. There store is huge and they have a great variety.

I came in last weekend to pick out a counter top for my kitchen remodel. I had no idea where to start. We were helped by a gentleman, Brandon Fontaine. He was a tremendous help! He sold us on a Crystal Ice Quartzite that I can not wait to be installed! I will be returning for all my future projects mainly due to the professional and courteous service that Brandon provided. Couldnt be happier with MSI!

Who knows, maybe she was having an off day, but it didnt represent MSI well.

Wouldnt consider buying from them...Im a contractor and have two jobs that both like the looks of one of their products so I went to several of their distributors to get sample. All of them carried the same two but not what we needed so I emailed the factory showroom and asked for one saying that as a retailer and contractor I would buy in pallets. After emailing them I left to help with the hurricane in Texas and followed up asking for a sample. No followup from them so I called this AM when I came back and they told me they sent me names of dealers in my area. I asked if they carried the sample I wanted and they said they would have to order. They make it way to hard to buy! I bought a whole box from Home Depot to show my customer and every piece was broken. No thanks, Ill go elsewhere!

What an amazing, beautiful place MSI is! Randy assisted us. They offered (and were able to quickly) move 6 large slabs of granite for me so that I could pick the slabs I liked the best. Randy was very patient, friendly and knowledgable. They also have a huge inventory of granite. I would definitely recommend MSI.

Explained how to proceed with picking out granite and gave us plenty of time to shop and checked back with us to answer any questions. Beautiful brand new huge showroom with many choices of slab granite, as well as any accessories to accompany our choice. We will get with our fabricator to purchase the 2 pieces we chose. Anyone looking for granite should definately visit MSI.
