Went to buy Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast items, Skillet, breakfast bowls, breakfast sausage sandwich. Safeway always seems to have them when the stores closer to us dont.We saw these character, were interested but couldnt find the price. Didnt have the time to ask. Maybe we will come back to get one.

This Safeway has a variety of products from different countrys, the fruits and vegetables seems to fresh, one things I noticed yesterday the staff was just seating around and the store was not busy at all therefore I think there should be more effort put in the disgusting bathrooms it embarrassed. I think the management should really look into the hygiene and cleanliness. Thumbs down.👎

Its okay but as we all know the prices are pretty high. Great produce though. You really need to get the club card for it to be worth shopping here and even at that items are prices higher than most other places.

Got here 2 hours after they opened on Monday and absolutely nothing was stocked. Some shelves were completely empty there was nothing in the deli cabinets and they were missing 75% of the items on my list. Absolutely disgraceful

Left 20 dollars at self checkout...called when i got home and the associate verified this and said that she would leave it for me at to get in the am... she was very nice and helpful the associate that helped me the next day however not so much... but the manager authorized her to give me the money... but the whole experience had left me feeling as if I had done some thing wrong...

The gentleman that was working up front was amazing.When I pulled up he was out getting carts. Talking to everyone, most of which he knew as regulars. I am sorry I didnt get his name. He is the reason I will return to this location!!

Its ok. Prices are a bit high, higher than KS, but its never crowded. Workers are all real nice.

My issues may have been due to time of visit, none the less if they are open it means the store is ready to conduct business. 7:15AM most breakfast sausage not in stock. I needed flowers they only had to very shabby looking rose bouquets, and several healthier looking wild flower bouquets that in my opinion were not worth the 14 or 15 dollar price. I also purchased chopped and prepared fruit from the produce section, the melons and pineapple were not yet ripe although they looked great. Avacado were available and were ripe. Safeway in my opinion has very fair priced premium meat. Time to check out. Register 1 was lit up but staff was organizing a checkout shelf, staff member seen me but did not acknowledge me. I proceeded to self check out, I completed that and walked past the employee and again was not acknowledged, although I thanked the employee. I shop at this location regularly because it is 2 blocks from my house, when I need to spend a significant amount of money I do travel outside the neighborhood. By far its my opinion that this stores biggest issues are the behavior of the employees. I have witnessed a manager speaking disrespectful to another customer, Ive also witnessed the same manager talk about customers after theyve walked out of the door (2 different visits). It seems like when theyre not talking poorly or about a customer then theyre just not acknowledging them at all. I dont believe most the employees behave unprofessionally and with the lack of customer service.I do believe good employees can get caught up in the culture of their work environment. I would like to think it was just a bad visit but its something I see consistently.

This is the same eaxct Safeway from almost 30 years ago. Its smells funny. The cleaniness and decor is extremely outdated. Feels weird when you go in there.

Probably the worst run supermarket in Colorado, without any question. The manager, if they have one, has no control of the pathetic excuse for staff. Its near impossible to find any staff to help you, the store is a mess and the shelves are all understocked. Ive only seen more than one staff member when entering or leaving the store because they all hang out the front smoking all day. I get people have breaks but this is literally every time I visit, 5 or 6 staff members messing about on carts and disability vehicles while 1 person will run the store. Staff also wear their own clothing and are on their phones all day. I would be absolutely ashamed if I was the manager, the staff obviously have no respect and walk all over him/her.

Ive never had a bad experience there other than the bathrooms could use a lot of help. They were and never are very clean.

My husband and I went here to pick up his colon prep. We do not go here on a regular, the doctor sent script to wrong Safeway. I must say this store is ghetto and ratchet! Upon enter there was a staff member yelling at a customer for some reason, when we approach the pharmacy counter the pharmacist, Kathryn was very very rude and disrespectful. Her and my husband had words because he told her that she needed to work on her people skills. We ask to speak with the manager and she called for one but no one came! I stated to her that if she is unsatisfied with here job she should work elsewhere. Glad we dont shop or live near there. Will not return or recommend. Feel bad for the shoppers and staff there

I dont usually shop here and I guess I choose the wrong day and time to go. No carts and every employee I asked ignored me. I had 3 kids one of which is an infant so that was fun. Luckily a shopper decided a cart for 4 bags of chips was excessive and gave me his. Good riddance.

They have competitive prices and quality food, there Signature products are excellent, great sales and sign up for Safeway app and really save with the just for you sales....

A lot bigger selection here than at King Soopers the only thing Im not okay with is having to download another app

I like Safeway they seem to have a lot of good fresh fish Selections in their Seafood selections really good too I like theyre fresh shrimp seems to have lots of large ones and a good meat selection seems to be nicely quality good tasting I would definitely go back their prices are about averages other stores

Never seen a head manager berate their workers quite the way Ive seen. I think his name was Randall? Bother workers were doing what he told them, I even over heard him tell them to mop and set up 3 floor signs while I was waiting for the butcher. He left and came back to tell them they didnt listen and threatened their jobs. I dont know how they think someone like that is fit to lead, but it made me uncomfortable when I was looking over and he gave me a dirty look when I was watching. Poor management...

Great meat selection. A while back we were craving steaks for dinner. Stopped in to see what they had. They were really busy but the butcher stopped to ask if we needed some help. When i told him what we were looking for he stated that he would cut me some nice rib eyes fresh. Of coarse i let him. He promptly came back out with 2 of the nicest, perfectly marbled, 2 steaks. I threw them on our grill that night and they came out perfect! Great taste and tender.

Average grocery store with average prices on most items. Typically will only have one register open as they expect everyone to do self check out which isnt practical when several customers have a full basket of items. It can sometimes take a while to get service in the deli, which has quite a small selection to begin with. I probably would have given 4 stars but yesterday I wanted to buy a couple of the Hillshire small snacking plates but the only couple that were left were disgusting looking, the prosciutto was literally green and fuzzy looking and the salami was pale brown and green as if they had sat out of the coolers for quite a long time.

Upon entry I was assaulted by the smell of old shellfish. The store seems fairly poorly maintained, and employees were arguing loudly within earshot of customers. The bathroom is the reason I had to leave a review. We are in a global pandemic, and they dont have the time to refill the toilet paper, paper towels or handsoap. They just left the rolls and soap bottle in the bathroom for people to handle and pass germs. The floor looks like it gets mopped by a 7 year old once a week. Layers of black grime caked up in every corner. Feces smeared on the walls, and rims of the toilet. It looked like someone attempted to help them by power washing the entire toilet with urine. One of the worst bathrooms Ive seen in a decade. Absolutely appalling to find in a grocery store during a pandemic.

Customer service was very helpful and the prices are very reasonable.

It has gotten way better than it was last year. Last year there would be one lane open and a long line while workers were walking around cussing and joking with each other. They have since installed 4 self check outs and if a regular line is long, they will open a one or two extra lanes to get everyone through really fast. They keep the self checkout scanners clean. The pharmacy is awesome. Very quick!!

The store is always cleaned and stocked. Carts are always collected, sanitized and ready for use. I started coming just for the pharmacy then continued for the deals and peaceful shopping.

Usually very quiet, yet when it gets busy forget about checking out

2/24/21 Floral lady didnt catch her name but she is beyond rude she needs some serious customer service training.

I gave this store 2 stars because they did at least have some organic vegetables, though not much variety, no tomatoes, and peppers horribly overpriced, except for the green, which were all gone. The usual selection of more beers than most stores in higher income areas. This store is the perfect example of why people in low income areas have higher health issues. They carry NO organic fresh fruit. Safeway is a multi billion company, like King Sooper, but both mega corps do nothing to promote the health of the populations they profit from.

Safeway is more expensive but was there with my mom they have the lemonade there that others dont carry. They also have a Starbucks which I love. Safeway is a nice clean sure and they do carry quality products.

Usually is not fully stocked on all items but overall is good store to shop at. Majority of the employees are there to help and do a great work. But there are a few employees just there to fill a spot, and will be confused when, and why a customer would asked for assistance, so 4 stars.

I only buy meat at Safeway they have the best meat department and one of the best seafood department the shelves and the meat department is always full and the workers in the meat department is very nice and go out the way to help I go early in the morning at 7:30 a.m. Mississippi and Peoria Aurora Colorado nobody in the store at 7:30 so its not crowded and very clean five stars

Wonderful bagels, individuallywrapped or available in larger packages. Great raspberry filled Bismarks. Today they were out of their 7 layer dip which is also excellent. Also carry NatureMade Vit D in 5,000 units which can be hard to find locally, buy one, get one free.

NEVER EVER are there more than one register open. I have actually seen other shoppers push their cart aside and leave.

Despite COVID-19, the store had almost everything on my list. A big shout out to my cashier Nicole. She did a great job looking after the lady in a wheelchair that was ahead of me in line. Love this store for certain things

I needed to get a few things from Safeway and happened to be in that part of town so I decided to check this location out.. the store seemed layed out like most other Safeway locations are.. I found almost everything that was on my list except for they were out of the milk I needed . I decided not to do self check out and opted to have a clerk. I was really pleased with the courtesy ... as she was polite.. not rude or upset at all ... she was also focused on her line and making sure the flow was going smooth.. I know it would be more a corporate decision, but i don’t feel investing a little money in updating the overall appearance of this location would be a bad idea ... I mean it’s not terrible but it could use just a little zing much like the other locations I ve been to have .. idk maybe the lighting, updates signs, I’m not sure exactly what it was missing .. but it wasn’t all the way there ..But employees were nice and found most of what I was looking for..

Always fresh vegetables,and beautiful ladies

I went to Safeway on Mississippi and Peoria I got some absolutely fabulous sliced up vegetables for steaming I got some vegetables cut into those little noodles so I can make a nice pasta dish without having pasta and I got some out of this world mushrooms as well as some donuts! The shopping trip was great there were there were only two lanes open that was disappointing however everything would have been wonderful if some moron hadnt parked almost on top of my car.

This is an old store and a small store. Its my store and the only one in our neighborhood. Selection is not as always great but there is some distinct beans available.
