Very unprofessional here!!! We bought my husband a hat and unfortunately when we got home later we noticed that the KID working didn’t take off the magnet!!! Was to late to go back so we waited till Sunday to take back. Both the Manager and the cashier were making assumptions that we had just took the hat off the shelf and stuck it in a lids bag (basically stealing)!!! I’ve worked Management for many years and YOU are never to assume or accuse the customer of stealing!!!! Like we had the receipt with the date and the item that we bought and still wanted to assume we were stealing!!!! Once we told them that we couldn’t even reach the hat that we bought they went ahead and removed the tag!!! Literally the worse service I have every had here!!! I highly don’t recommend this place!!!Now let me tell you workers something learn to have some professional customer service!!! Second of all Properly train your staff, and remind them about the tag!!! If that is the first step then obviously your new hires didn’t get the memo!!!
Didnt have my team hat there, so was pretty bummed out over that. Was kind of chuckled at when asking for two travel cases since my old ones broke. Didnt know if it (getting laughed at) was because I wanted two or something like that. Not an overall bad experience, but staff can be get kind of flustered when they get a line in the store, and take some of their frustration out in little jabs like the laughter. At least I got what I really wanted though so that was cool.
The worst experience here Ive ever had. I usually get custom hats here and the new Mexican kid completely ruined them both and refused to refund my money after paying over $100$. Ive gotten about ten hats mad here and for the first time I came across a young person who didnt have a clue as to how yo do it correctly, he was very disrespectful and not helpful at all he thought it was funny. Over all will never go back and I would like a refund for this nonsense I got beat for basically
The worst customer service ever! I paid for a logo to be transferred and never got it. I called the shop multiple times asking about the logo and they put me on hold for an hour, 3 separate times. They never called me back and then refused to give my money back!!! Horrible service and they treat you like trash. Do not go here!
Customer service is the worst. I was there twice within one week. On Thursday, their machine was broken, so they weren’t able to scan things and were doing it manually. The skinny Hispanic guy working there wrote my name and phone number down and said I would get rewards for my purchase the next day. I never did and then I came back for another hat and and this time an African American guy was there and didn’t even bother to ask me if I was a rewards member or ask me my phone number, nothing! I’m furious to know that I’m a member and purchased two hats and paid full price for both when I could have gotten a discount. I will never be back to this store and won’t continue to give money to any LIDS in any other town center.
Horrible!! Store was very overcrowded and it was stifling hot. While waiting a long time In line, two of the very frustrated employees were talking about how long the line was. One remarked “ oh everyone must have gotten their stimulus checks”!! How rude !! EVERYONE heard that comment. Is this the kind of staff that you want representing your company?? Wow! I hesitantly bought my husband two hats there but quickly returned them. we went next door to the other sports store and gladly shopped! Pathetic.
Went in 9 deep in store one register 3 employees, bought at another store did not want to wait

Good assortment of caps, from kids sizes to adult. Its a small store and is usually very busy. The store has lots of sports teams. Lots of blank caps that they can monogram right there. If you are a cap lover or know one, this is a good place to check out.
Don’t even want to give it one star. Took exactly two hours to get hats embroidered. A lot of excuses why it took two hours. Yes looks like a fun place to work.
The staff at the Aurora Mall location are incredibly helpful. Fernando has helped my sons and I a few times. He treats my 8 year old like one of the guys when we come in and he loves that! He couldn’t wait to spend his birthday money on a few new hats and Fernando treated him like VIP! Thank you for helping make my lil guys special day turn out so great!
Well I did end up buying a hat here, but I just want to make a suggestion about getting some baseball flex fit hats inside of this place. If they had those I would buy a hat once a month. Other then that I am still happy with what I have.

I needed a hat for my boyfriends birthday and I needed to be very sneaky about it while we were in the store because he had came with us and we had a hard time distracting him but the staff there on 12/02 were VERY helpful, he didnt even notice the hat was being engraved right in front of him once we got home to surprise him lol thank you LIDS!!
Lids is a very good place to shop for hats. they have a nice variety of hats such as NFL NHL MLB and NBA. they also gave me great advice when shopping for a brothers hat.
They can be a bit more attentive but overall it was an ok experience. Bought two stitched hats.
The employees are very respectful and helpful. The embroidery they do there is pretty awesome as well.
Nick was very rude and acted like he didnt care about his job and even with the other coustomers he didnt seem like he wanted to help them make a purchase at all. Very snappy with everything he said. Not satisfied with the service.
Had a custom hat stitched at this location and they knocked it out of the park, they were ultra busy and gave me a call when it was done. Im a customer for life, thank you!

I ordered a hat online for store pick up because sometimes my husbands size is not available. When I went to pick it up, I was snidely told by Nick that he didnt have time allocated in his payroll for online orders, that I should support the local store instead of corporate. He was very short with me, telling me that if its a Colorado item they almost always have it in stock. I felt like I was shamed for ordering online and it was a very uncomfortable situation.

July2018 people who work in there make you not want to buy anything because theyre more worried about about telling you childish stuff like who bandwagoned your team last year. Its like a uhh MF Ive been a fan since I was five and Randy n Cris Carter were on the team idiot.
Everybody was high as hell.. They messed up my hat I came up with a poor excuse on Why my hat looks like this and its different colors. Smh.. Im very disappointed.
