Awesome welcoming security guard but the bud tenders have awful hospitality with no knowledge. Very rude and did not update their displays with what inventory they have. Every time I asked a question it was an immediate “we’re sold out.” Don’t recommend coming here plus prices are way too high. Specifically speaking about the rude female bud tender with dark hair. Obviously she hates her job.

This dispensary is absolutely terrible. They upsell products that are not their own. They have no customer service skills. The budtenders know no thing about about their products. The prices dont match, from the showcases to their menu. The only positive aspect about this place is the security guard up front who makes you feel welcome. Other than that, the Euflora team us a perfect example of what is wrong with the recreational marijuana community and industry.

The dude said the pink berry biscotti was fire and and recommended it but it is not worth 65 dollars for a quarter.i do not recommend this

Clean store. I was able to give them my budget and then go from there. Well lit, modern design, open displays, free to roam around. Product works as advertised. Staff wear uniforms. The house DJ puts it down. Public restroom. Also clean. Drinking fountains. A nice (but not overly nice) staff.security was legit. I have never felt safer.

Stopped in late 4/30 and was open to trying a new dispensary and approached the counter only to find a super rude bud tender who was less than helpful. If I could give a zero I would. Pro tip for Euflora: treat your customers like you want them there and they will happily return. Epic fail this evening. I would go without before I will go into your store again.

Security officer is approaching cars in shared parking lot without knowing if they are customers, with a weapon. Approaching cars. I refused to roll down my window bc I have a compromised immune system. Manager Zander / Xander said they were following state protocols & could approach cars. Is not waiting for people to identify as customers. This is a shared parking lot used by multiple businesses being patrolled by a man with a weapon approaching random vehicles. Weapon is positioned on body away from business cameras.

Blonde girl staff member is so rude and unhelpful - completely ruined the experience for my wife and I. The other saleswoman with colored hair was fantastic - she literally had to do everything while helping other folks inside the store. However, I’m not giving money to this store no longer. Laziest bud tender ever! Some girl. I went in asking for some wax that would work good with a nectar collector. She just pointed me at a cabinet and said go look over there. No help out, no “oh I like this one” or this is a really popular one... and then she gave me back my change in ones expected me to tip lol Um no you didn’t even help me! Would rather spend my money at green dragon or something else nearby.

Get a pre roll of something and a gram of something else and youll be sorted.And a lil tip. Go to the pipe shop nextdoor first buy a pipe or a bong and youll get 10% with proof of receipt off your weed.

This used to be my favorite place to get edibles. I realize with new safety we have to watch ourselves. I came in was happy i was with my mom so she could get some edibles. I touched the glass and was corrected by a very rude woman who we could tell instantly was in a vrabby mood. At the same time there is a guy on his cell. She observed it and said nothing. I am bummed i went in extremely happy and left with such a bitter taste. If you dont like your job find a new one. Really bummed!

The white male working tonight was very rude asked for my ID multiple times more than usual. Was rude to me and told me I couldnt come back 💯💯💯. The security guard did this . So unprofessional !!!!

They advertise to have specials on certain days, after you stop by they mention to have just ran out, this happens all of the time and I have went as early as opening hours and they always for some reason run out of their “specials”. This is just a way to get you in the door with deception and have you end up buying their overpriced products, it’s a marketing trick and well I guess it’s been working out for them

I must say that I am quite disappointed. I came in tonight because it is Veterans Day. Well, at least the day that is observed as a Federal Holiday. In my eyes, this means that the nation is celebrating together on this day. Unfortunately this location was advertising a special for vets that show their ID. I provided mine and was told that they were saving the “free gift for vets” for tomorrow. I drove well out of my way to come to this location because they typically have a wonderful selection. At this point, I really don’t ever want to come back. The manager on duty never once got up out of his chair and attempted to make me feel welcomed on this day, my day, and any other veterans’ day. Never once was I thanked for my service, or told happy Veterans Day. This company clearly doesn’t really support its vets and I can not stand by it. To all of you that have honored your country, I thank you for your service and I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere. Tha Manager on duty was named Damon and when I asked a sales associate to spell it out to me, she hung up the phone on me. If terrible customer service doesn’t bother you, than this is your place! Stay blessed veterans.

Oh my gosh, this is the BEST dispensary Ive been too yet! It was more comfortable than any other Ive visited and for the first time, I did not feel rushed to make a decision about what to buy. Its got a nice, clean modern vibe and the diversity of product is awesome. You can learn about each type of flower by using their iPads at every station where you can also smell it and examine it with a magnifying glass. I liked that you dont have to have a salesperson involved unless you want to.

Staff and selection are great, clean store..reminds me of a jewelry store. Be sure and ask about their club and specials.

If I can give unlimited stars for not only this establishment, but for the staff as well, I would!!! I can not accurately express how awesome this place is. I have been to several shops around Aurora, but this place has me committed as a returning guest! I have been going to this location for ten months and the service has never decreased. I am in constant amazement in their staff members who are knowledgeable, polite and humorous people to talk to.

This shop is great. It has an Apple store style showroom. Great selection of cartridges. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This is by far my favorite marijuana store! Everyone has always been extremely helpful and friendly, and the prices are always fair. My only semi-complaint is that they do not carry Loves Oven brownies or baklava bites, so I have to get those elsewhere. Otherwise, this is hands down the best place to get everything.

I was there with my bf who is high risk and we legit just pulled into the parking lot, and 2 seconds in the security guy with the gun and skull mask starts approaching our car with his hand on his gun. We didnt get out, we didnt even point or look at them, he just started walking up to our car with his hand on his gun. Not only is my boyfriend high risk but I have problems with someone coming up to peoples car who they dont know if they are a customer or not. Not ONLY THAT he started walking to my boyfriends side of the car and we had to frantically motion for him to come to my side and he leaned close to me, mask or not I was being put at risk and so was my bf. So the security guy, holding his hand on his gun the WHOLE time. I am a nice and not intimidating person there was NO reason to approach us as a threat ESPECIALLY if youre asking if someone is a customer. So we called Xander the manager and called to complain and he told us he was instructed to approach peoples cars to ask if they are customers in the parking lot and that they didnt have to follow social distancing rules because MED told them to walk up to cars. Instead of listening Xander hung up on us. We have pictures of the guy constantly with his hand on his gun. Have fun going here if you wana feel at risk and want someone who doesnt know if youre a customer to approach your car with his hand on his gun.

Do NOT recommend. Ugly to walk into, no very very small and sad display of options. The staff cant answer and questions for me they seem as clueless as I am walking into there the first time. Will not go here again and I would not recommend anyone else to go here.

I can get West Edison wax and shatter for $13.64 OTD at Xclusive. Same strains and a lot more options... I was expecting to see more popular brands and options for dabs but was again sadly disappointed... sorry guys!

Love the people, love the service, pretty good deals. Their products always taste good. One of the employees also does Tattoos and I got one, and it is amazing! Always try to stop by this place if I can.

Very friendly service, quaint location and very knowledgeable about their products. Wish that they were able to see our account with the number provided but had to start a new account. Remember to bring cash only otherwise they have an atm on site with a slight fee.

Okay so let me start off by saying I feel terrible that I forgot their names because they remembered mine from when I visited months ago. Ivan? And Diego? Well, well just call em the 2 Gurus at the spot on Buckley, they are absotively posilutely fantastic. From the conversation we had months ago, they remembered my interests, recommended a PHENOMENAL strain, answered/explained my questions in detail, friendly, all that jazz. And as a server, I truly appreciate phenomenal customer service. This is my new favorite spot.

Its in Walking distance to where my friend lives that I am visiting. The staff is great, always friendly, no matter who is there. Its a bit pricier than the place a bit further, but for it to be in walking distance, and for me to be visiting from New York, I cannot be mad. I enjoy the bud, even the discounted bud was pretty decent. It seems to be cured well from what I know. I enjoy my semi-daily walks to the store and to Euflora.

I honestly have no idea how anyone could give this place a high rating...no pun intended...from the moment you walk in its like a ghetto meth clinic. The samples for looking at and smelling seem to be weeks old if not more. The weed you purchase its self is at best okay. Its better than the Green Solution (GS) but thats not saying much. Id give it a one star but I reserve that for anything lower than GS.

The staff was really nice. The armed security guard was a total laugh and had a major attitude. Sure he gets paid to do something but being offensive to customers isn’t it or maybe it is hahahaa will happily find another place to do business as I would suggest doing the same for yourself. This was the most uncomfortable shopping experience. Youre greeted by a security guard, who immediately starts barking rules at you, because we cant use signage in an informed manner. Also lets ignore the utility purpose of a waiting room & have this guy be the first interaction with your business. Yikes!!There is no one working the floor other than Mr. Security, who again barks recommendations only this time with a mouth full of food. Finally, I make my selections, go to the counter... We dont have that in a quarter size but I can give you the gram equivalent.What? These are all pre-weighed cans of weed? You cant just weigh out the quantity?? I legit walked out with 7 plastic bottles, & they couldnt even consolidate it to a larger canister... it was as if I were at a vending machine. So either this establishment doesnt trust their staff to weigh product or they dont trust their customers. Personally, I would have preferred less trash. In the end, I still ended up paying more for the same strain. Indignant & disappointed.

Went in recently on a Thursday night. Waited about five minutes to be greeted by someone. Then they walked away and started helping another customer. After that, another. So I left. Customer service here is sub par. Went to the Green Dragon nearby and received much better service there.

I have been using the vape pens for quite some time. I have bought them from many different locations accross Denver. When buying a canister for the pen I will always pay between $17-$20 for a 500mg, brand Craft. This place charges almost $100 for the same canister. Thats 4 times the price then the Green Solution just 5 minutes down the street... and many others. This means this place does zero price research on their competition and charge whatever they feel is good(which means bad for you). Dont go here unless you feel like getting screwed.Answer to comment: even if I had failed to acknowledge that I am buying the 500 ml from the other place and you guys only offered the 1000 ml that doesnt account for the quadruple in price.

Not as nice and inviting as other places in the area. Received the wrong product and was not able to exchange once we realized it when we got to the car. When we went back in we were given only an explanation about the product. We were told we could not exchange for what we had originally wanted and had asked for. Check your stuff prior! Prices are also higher than other places around. The layout is not as straightforward and easy to navigate. Would not recomend.

So I’ve been coming to this store for about 6 months now, member and everything. Pretty loyal customer despite the overpriced and usually poor quality product. But today I was turned away at the door for having a small crack on the side of my license. I understand that you have to follow regulations or what not but at the least keep it consistent. Hell, the card that I’ve been using since I’ve moved to Aurora even scanned in correctly. Just couldn’t do it apparently and the manager offered me no explanation as to why I was being turned away. Just that “she doesn’t make the rules” so suffice it to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and if you don’t want stale and overpriced product from a store with no customer loyalty, I’d suggest you do the same.

We are older customers and first timers. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and patient. They spent a lot of time with us and helped us meet our expectations and needs. Will definitely be back.

Decided to try somewhere new because I was in a different neighborhood from the place I usually go. Ended up paying $25 more for an oz of lower quality product. Everything is preweighed so I walked out with a backpack full of bottles, pretty annoying, but whatever. Then I get home, pull out the first nug, and it is packed with seeds! I open the other containers and every single one of them have loose seeds in the bottom and nugs just full of them. I start grinding and I easily pulled out about 80 seeds, maybe more. Not going back to somewhere that charges me more for lower quality, and not even 100% smokable product. Also weird that I was never shown the product I was actually buying, theyve just got a small amount in a clear container on their pedestals throughout the room.

My go-to dispensary. Fair prices and good staff. Good reward system as well!

Went for the first time with a friend only to be menaced by the tryhard rent-a-cop passing as security here. Weve been to dozens of cannabis stores across the city and never had a problem having our IDs scanned - and those places usually have proper waiting rooms too. Theres no place for a line to form here (unless its out the door) so they probably anticipated and/or desired less patronage. It is a boutique after all. :eyeroll:We were both thoroughly underwhelmed and likely wont be back.

Pretty garbage product. No distinguishable differences in smell to any strain, all had a slight hay smell with no aroma of MMJ. Expensive and really baffling how they’ve stayed open. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 miles down the road to Good Chemistry, amazing quality and it’s cheaper than Crapflora.

Bought the better of their vape models for an incredibles live resin cart. Their vape didn’t work. Brought it back the next day. Complete rude uneducated on cannabis staff wouldn’t return or exchange for another item. I already bought a green dot (awesome) Vape battery elsewhere for 1/2 the price of their model. Made the mistake of buying their weed becuz it was right before ten and I already traveled across town to return their battery. Pathetic quality at about 3 times of the price that quality would cost elsewhere. Quit robbing the cannabis community. Shame on you euflora, management & staff!

Well where do I start with the racist rent a cop security guard they have who told me to leave my bag in the front. When I went to the back of the store another women had a purse bigger then mine standing at the register. I guess he thought this black lil gay boy needed to steal. I wasnt putting my 500 + dollar bag on the ground. I have been to many dispensarys in the area with this bag and never once was asked to leave it at the front. The environment in this place felt off as well. On top of this all when I confronted the security guard he said I didnt see her walk in with it...... Brooooo you had one job. Check IDs and bags. You didnt notice she had a bag??? Bro what are they paying you for??? Your good looks can only go so far sis. So if you are black dont go in with a bag. Better yet just dont even go. Its not worth it.

After got a gram and I got home and checked it cuz it looked small, only weighed; 0.57 g.... upon telling them it was short I was rudely accused of losing/taking it; well it weighed right when you left the store.... so if i bought another gram itd be 10% off and theyd make sure it weighed?!
