Kelly and Hector are incredible! I recently visited to purchase some luggage and ultimately decided on two suitcases and a backpack since the sales were so good. Kelly helped create a very low-pressure environment and encouraged me to touch, hold, and walk around with the luggage. At the end of my visit, I was still struggling to choose between three different backpacks. This store has a 30-day return policy, so Kelly suggested I take the backpacks home to test them out with my laptop, etc. then return the two bags I didn’t want to keep.I came back to the store about a week later and Kelly helped me return the two bags seamlessly. She also helped engrave my two suitcases, which I had initially passed on just in case I needed to return those too.On my most recent visit to the outlet mall, I stopped by the Tumi store again to grab a drawstring dust cover for my suitcase. Kelly was more than happy to oblige.This Tumi store is an oasis in an otherwise hectic mall. I cannot recommend this store enough and will refer my friends here in the future. Thank you Kelly and Hector for an amazing shopping experience!

The Tumi store at the Chicago Outlets in the western suburbs is really pretty awesome! We found some amazing luggage at 60% savings, very very good prices! After a very long time, I really feel got a good deal on very good quality items at excellent prices. The store was well stocked with good choices and everything we asked for had a few items of varying price points to choose from. I will definitely be visiting here again.

Great place for shopping in Illinois, we had a great time, so many stores to choose and food court was also great, we spent the entire day here and did not get enough, eventually we even bought luggage too(we had a flight to Hawaii the next day), extremely recommended place

Best deals on Tumi. Usually a season older but still Tumi! It’s already discounted and they still have items on sale on top of the outlet discounts.

I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING at this location.I was first misled into purchasing an item I did not want (I wanted an Alpha series carry-on, but ended up with the International 2-Wheel Expandable Carry-On). The salesperson repeatedly referred to the similar style tag which *was* the Alpha. 6 days later I realized this, purchased a full price ($595) bag from the Retail Tumi store, and attempted to return the incorrect bag to the Outlet store. The store manager was sarcastic for the entire interaction. Despite the bag being only 6 days old, he said it looks pretty beat-up and looks used. It was clear that he was not going to help me, and even seemed to enjoy jerking me around. Now I have to return the bag I DID want and Tumi is out more money, a lose-lose situation.I travel for work, I have purchased many Tumi items before, Im a fan of the brand, but this location is a stain on the polished reputation Tumi boasts. Im hoping customer service can help resolve this problem.

Walked in looking to replace my lost Tumi wallet, wasnt acknowledged, wasnt looked at at all and I was there for a good ten minutes in one spot, not one of the 4-5 people looked my way. Buying my wallet on Amazon.
