I went to this dealership to test drive a Royal Enfield motorcycle for my wife as they are the only dealership for Royal Enfield in Cleveland area. However, my wife ended by liking a BMW GS310R.We live in Sheffield Lake, this dealership is an hour drive from our home, and there are other dealerships near to us. Never disappointed when I visit Dale and team at their dealership. I recently purchased my 3rd bike from them, and like always the process was quick and courteous. You definitely feel like youre part of a tight knit community when you go there.
Had a tire blowout, slit from sidewall to sidewall, on the side of I90. Called and explained my situation and the urgency of it. Dale called several tow companies and kept me informed of his progress. Turning down trucks 3 hours out. Had me a tow in an hour after 8 calls. Staff was on the job before it was off the truck. Tire on and on the road in 2 hours. The care and attention exuding from this dealership is a complete testament to “Why a BMW” this is why.
Dale and Nancy are great owners and they do their best to help you out. I would suggest you stop by if youre interested in BMWs.

I just bought a 2021 bmw s1000rr, and the buying experience at BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland was superb.As folks may know, the s1000rr is in very high demand and it turned out this was the only bike available on the eastern seaboard (when I was looking to buy). Since I lived in Massachusetts, i planned to fly in to Cleveland, buy the bike and ride it back to MA (been across the USA bunch of times over the years on supersports).Dale was honest from the start, and once I mentioned my experience with s1000rrs in particular, he and I agreed it would be a good plan.Dales wife Nancy picked me up from the airport on time at 10:00. I planned to come in by 11, get everything done and leave by 1pm, which happened. I also needed to get new gear - jacket, pants and topcase - Dale promised he had those in stock. And he did!Overall it was a very pleasant motorcycle buying experience, no complaints at all! If you want to buy a new BMW, I would hands down recommend BMW/Royal Enfield Motorcycles of Cleveland.

Warning - Go anywhere else! Ive purchased a new $65 key and about $125 in small parts here for my 09 g650gs. Its a nice facility and customer service is okay. Not too friendly, but okay. Ive called here twice, days apart, as well as went to the shop in person asking for the cost of throttle cable replacement and the cost of a general service visit to prepare for an upcoming TAT trip which I told them about. Ive spoke with customer service twice and a mechanic once (one week ago today). Both times in person and on the phone I was told the mechanic would have to get back to me because he was in a meeting (both times?). Even with BMW knowing I needed these services for an important trip, its been almost two weeks and Ive yet to get any response from anyone. Update..... Its now been a month and not a call. Last week I called to speak with the owner but Ive yet to get a call from him either. Needless to say I will br buying my sons new gs elsewhere.
Matt from parts/service was great and very friendly. He spent time answering all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and helpful. I will definitely make this my home shop!
Was a great experience. Very informative people definitely know what theyre talking about. They also have a great Inventory. I also like the fact that there was no pressure put on me. And yes I have a new motorcycle today thanks to Dale.

The selection at BMWMOC is far better than other dealerships. However, the service department charger are 40% higher than regional competitors and take longer for completion. Additionally, the dealer ownership is tough to deal with. After going to this location exclusively for years, we recently switched to Johnny Ks and will never go back to BMW of Cleveland.

I purchased an RT from these folks several years ago and took the bike in for its first service. I couldnt even get out of the parking lot the throttle body sync was so far off. Back in and corrected. Next it went in for aminor warranty repair on the side case retractor. The tech let the case door rest on the asphalt and the saga began. First it was they didnt, then how do they know I didnt until I pointed out the gravel and dust still in the damaged area. Then the paint saga began which took weeks and almost forced me to cancel my ride to Alaska. Every time I had the bike in, it turned into an all day affair.I am riding a GS now after 120k trouble free miles on the RT and I have not been back to BMWOC. I switched to European cycles of Pittsburgh. Now that theyve closed I will be riding the extra distance to take my bike to Kissell. I wouldnt trust these people to rinse my bike off let alone work on it.

Great Experience at BMW Motorcycle CLE. I drove ve by this dealership on a Friday afternoon before the Holiday weekend and fell in love with a blue R1200 RS. My work schedule keeps me on the road and I knew I couldnt get back to the dealership for a few weeks with a family vacation also coming up. I threw a hail mary and emailed the owner Dale to ask if there was any way to get the bike sometime during the holiday weekend. I didnt expect a response, but to my surprise, Dale set up a time for me to meet him Sunday morning. He spent lots of time with me, let me buy some accessories, explained the nuances of the bike, filled er up with gas and shared some stories. 45 minutes later I was on my way with a full day of riding ahead of me! Great customer service. Will be hard to give my business to anyone else. Thanks Dale!
Not that impressed with the service at this place. I had my bike in to investigate a cruise control issue which I had done some diagnosis on,. I told them what I had done but they went through the same routine 3 times getting the same results, plus doing a test ride. No new info for me but, of course they charged me an hours labour to tell me what I had told them in the beginning. Had they used my info and then popped the left panel off, they would have seen a broken cruise control throttle cable. The only thing I really got from the experience was learning that there were no error codes stored in my bikes memory.
Real nice people. Had a free lunch today. Seem to be easy to get along with. Seem happy to just say hi.

Dont go or get any parts from this business... I called them and ordered a part, he sent me the wrong one because the parts guy never asked for my vin number... when I sent it back, the owner refused to give me my money back because I had opened the parts box? How else would I have known it was wrong? He refused to give me my $650 back, I had to stop payment on my credit card! The owner was rude, inconsiderate and unreasonable! Terrible business practice, tenable business! Go elsewhere!
My significant other went to look at motorcycles here and was followed around the whole time. We have been in many motorcycle store and never have been so offended. Thank you for the experience in letting us know we’re not welcome.

Very nice building. I probably wont be buying anymore bikes there and will not have anything serviced there. Been in the building before when other customers melt down about services performed. Had some uncomfortable situations there as a normal customer.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Went in to get sized up for some Klim gear, as I had won a coupon at March Moto Madness this year. No other Klim dealers in the area had motorcycle gear in stock - which is surprising and annoying, but this dealership had the most Ive seen in one spot. Even though the coupon code prevented me from giving them my business, they were still friendly and accommodating to my search for the right size. I will definitely be back to support the business! Owner quoted me a price on a tire. Drove 40 minutes out there the next day and he tries to tell me he quoted the wrong tire. His new price was $70 higher. I know what the tire cost because I did my research before I went there. He could of been a man and stood behind the price he quoted me but since he didnt I went to someone closer to home who did match the price, and their mounting fee was $20 cheaper. Only reason I went out there was because he had the tire in stock. Never going back.
