Excellent speedy service! They were able to change out both tires and all wheel bearings which they pointed out were bad in less then 2 hours! Pricing is great and the staff very easy to talk to. Way better than the dealer who wanted 2 days just to do the tires. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

Found this gem by searching fb marketplace. I worked with Sam to look at a z900. Been sitting on a bunch of ducatis over the past month but the seats are a bit high for short legged people and was told by other places that it cant be lowered enough for me at 54. Im already tip toed in my ninja so used to it but Id like to plant my feet at some point. Sam spent the time with me to talk about the bike I wanted, lowered it for me, and installed new mirrors. We didnt buy same day, but I did put a deposit down in case I did want it, even though I was still searching for other bikes. Decided I really liked this one and liked the way Sam treated me. I ended up postponing getting the bike because my cat was in the ER and he was willing to work around my schedule and hold the bike one more day for me. Im also recovering from ankle surgery so didnt feel comfortable riding it home, asked if he would. I dont live far, he did without hesitation! Great place and will do business again in the future! Made some biz decals for him since he was so helpful! Its been a couple weeks now and I absolutely love this bike! I installed some glow and its a beauty. My other bike is a full fairing bike and this one is a naked one but it runs so smoothly!!! Super happy! And was able to finance half!

We had a little issue with scheduling due to the holiday but they were very apologetic for it. The work was done quickly and they even noticed it needed brakes and were able to include them in the time frame we had. Needed the bike finished by a specific date and they worked with us perfectly for it. Our yearly run was perfect with no issues. The service was great. Will definitely return.

I can’t say enough good things about Motorcycle Depot and their staff after a recent trip. We had a shipping company transport our motorcycles to them for a trip to Sturgis. The team there went out of there way to communicate about the process of having the bikes dropped off and then picked up. When we arrived the bikes were clean and ready to roll. They even picked us up from the airport and brought us back when the trip was complete. Thank you Motorcycle Depot for the warm hospitality and awesome experience. Overpriced, rude service lack of accessories. I was a new rider and taken advantage of by buying a bike that was too big and too powerful for me because I thought I wanted that. I feel like Adam had dollar signs in his eyes when I walked in. King of the snake oil salesmen. Danny in the back seems nice but, I will never buy from them again.

Went here for a group ride to raise money for 3 officers who have different versions of cancer. The owners are super awesome for putting this all together. Getting the police escort, the food, and the route, it absolutely amazing. Massive respect to the people that work here.

Ive been coming to motorcycle depot since around 2009. They are my go to shop when I cant fix something myself. I bought a motorcycle from them and I got the full rundown on the bike with receipts and they gave me a hell of a deal. If they dont have something you need/want in stock they will gladly order it for you. If they cant do what youre asking they will let you know. They are not money hungry, they treat you fairly annnnd remember you by name. They support the military and first responders, huge on community. I absolutely love this place and how they have grown.

I bought a motorcycle and before I picked it up they had to adjust something, maybe a month to a month in half later starting have issues with the adjustment they made. I called left a message no call back .... so I call and a woman answered and she said she told him but he has been busy with other customers... another week still no call back.. what a joke ... now I have to take my motorcycle to see what is going on with what they Supposedly fix.... Unfortunately I have no put faith in this place.....

I was looking for a family business that serviced motorcycles. I asked around and Motorcycle Depots name kept coming up. So I called and spoke with Sam to set up an appointment. I dropped off my bike and spoke to Sam about servicing it. I picked up the bike a few days later and Sam spent some time with me adjusting handle bars and mirrors and explained the service that was performed. I am very pleased with the treat you like family atmosphere and the friendliness of Sam and Adam. I will only take my bike to them while here in Colorado. The service was quoted prior to taking the bike and there were no hidden fees when picked up. I highly recommend Sam and Adam at the Motorcycle Depot. Motorcycle Depot helped me sell two motorcycles on consignment. The process was very easy and straight forward, it took maybe 15 minutes to consign the bikes. Both motorcycles sold in less than two weeks at the agreed price! Adam Sam and Shanna are friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with.

We called and came out that day to see them both. From the moment we walked in the doors, Sam was very friendly and helpful. Found this shop when I first moved to Denver. Independent, friendly, lower labor cost. Decided to buy a scooter from them. Adam was very honest, helpful and respectful. I love this shop. Adam arranged financing at a level that I wanted. Adam always works to exceed expectations. The best independent shop in Aurora.Have bought accessories over the years. Still love this shop. Lots of activities throughout the year. Keep up the great work. Always expanding too.Decided to support this shop for the service needs of my bike. Sam provides great updates.My bike recently got pushed over in a parking lot. Decided to take my bike here. Motorcycle Depot had my bike for two weeks ordering parts. They replaced my brake lever and adjusted the mirror and replaced my topcase reflector. I also asked them to adjust move my handlebars up a clamp. I got the bike back and returned to get the handlebars adjusted about 1 hour later. Today, still not satisfied with the handlebar placement, I opened the handlebars up and the bars were just rotated, not moved. I was charged and am very disappointed that I was misled about the work being performed. I would not recommend this place. I went into this shop having a lot of faith in Adam and Sam, but my hopes were dashed, I am going back to the dealer next time. Im tired of motorcycle shops not ordering the parts until they reach the bike which caused a week delay on getting parts. In Denver, ordering at the last minute seems to be standard practice. I use my bike for commuting and I need car like service, but no dealer wants or needs the business which is why motorcycle sales are down across the country. Pretty sad, I want to support my local shop but they keep disappointing me. Maybe its time to ditch powersports.

Great staff, Owner is easy going and the business has a no pressure atmosphere. Its almost like old family every time you enter the store. Adam worked with me when I was getting rid of my 07 R1 and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. I purchased a low mileage 09 Yamaha VStar 1100 and to this day dont regret it.

So I gotta I say been riding only for about 20 years. And the service in Texas and California is not as good as this place. Ive been a regular for a couple of years now, no matter how big or how small of a job. Ive had both done at Motorcycle Depot, and 110% satisfied everytime. Even when I left a voicemail the young lady from the front of the house called right back the next day. Thats why I prefer mom and pop shops over dealerships. More personalized individual care fo me and the bike. The employees from the (Front desk to Sam & Adam) are awesome.

The best dealer experience Ive ever had!I bought a used bike from Motorcycle Depot over the phone from Seattle. Adam and his team have the whole fly and ride process dialed in and truly went out of their way for me. From receiving the gear and luggage I had shipped previously and picking me up at the airport to having the bike completely ready for my 1,500+ mile ride home (smiling all the way) the whole transaction was painless and trouble free.

Awesome independent shop! Fair prices and excellent service.Found these guys while looking at bikes on Craigslist. Very glad I went with a shop instead of someone selling out of their garage. They do a great job making sure the bikes are ready to ride. Adam provides excellent customer service. When my bike wouldnt start on a cold morning, he was willing to come pick it up! His crew did a great job getting me back on the road quickly.

Update: Ive been a customer of Motorcycle Depot for 6 years. Ive bought, sold, and traded motorcycles and my wife and I have bought lots of gear from them countless times. Ive had numerous maintenance jobs done over the years as well and always supported them despite fairly high prices and longer-than-usual service times because of their convenience. However, all of my loyal patronage has amounted to nothing and they do not support customer loyalty in the slightest.Regarding my last purchase, I bought a nice bike from them a year ago for $6,300. Fast forward a year, Ive put very few miles on it, gave it some major, expensive upgrades, and its in better shape now than when I bought it. A few weeks ago, I asked if they were interested in buying it back as I am moving and they offered me $3,500 as the highest theyd go. Thats pretty low for the local market on those bikes, but they have to make a profit so I understand. Today when I call to go through with it, the owner Adam goes back on his word and now only offers $2,900. He knows from our last conversation that, as I am active duty military, I am PCSing to England in a month and he can force me into a corner. He is already making a huge profit on the bike as it is and keeps asking for more and more. After 6 years of dedicated loyalty and giving them all of my business, they are still trying to bleed me dry.When I first moved out here, I heard horror stories from this place with many motorcycle friends telling me to avoid Motorcycle Depot for a variety of reasons. I gave them more than a fair chance and they really let me down. After all weve been through, Motorcycle Depot only views their customers as walking wallets and do not respect or support loyal customers. TL;DR? Dont go here.

Took my wifes motorcycle in for new fork seals, clean foot brake, and adjust brakes. They took us in right away, whereas all the other shops wanted us to wait a few weeks. They seem nice enough, and did the job we asked for. would probably come back here again if were back in the Denver area.

Been coming to this place for years and its amazing how fast it continues to grow. Adam the owner is always in the shop greeting customers and assisting any way he can. I used his consignment program and was thrilled at how fast he got my bike sold. I had zero luck trying to sell it on my own and Adam had it sold exactly in the timeframe he said it would. The process to consign and fees were well worth it. These guys are not here to make large profits off its customers but here to make sure you have the best motorcycle experience. Awesome place to buy a bike! Ive ridden and owned mostly vintage scooters but decided to step up into the motorcycle world.When I was looking for a small bike to start with I came across this dealership. I went back and forth with Adam about a bike I was interested in but had a deposit from another customer. He suggested I check out another model that came in and Im very glad I did. Knowing little about motorcycles he walked me through some basics like signal operation and things and answered any questions I had.I decided to buy the bike and the purchase paperwork was done in a matter of minutes. I went down the road to grab a trailer to get my new to me gz250 home and the rest of the paperwork was done and the temp tags on when I came back.Adam then helped us load the bike up and gave me a few pointers on securing it and hauling it back home.All things considered this was one of the most easy going purchases Ive ever made. The worst part is after getting it home I now have to keep an eye out on their site for another small cc bike for the girlfriend haha.Thanks to everyone at the depot who I had the pleasure of spending time with on a saturday morning. Needed a new battery for my bike, since they don’t sell pre charged batteries I had to wait a day to pick it up. I gone there after work and was told the battery did not look right, they didn’t like the way it was charging. They told me they rushed to get a new battery in and it would be ready the next day. That is taking care of their customer, they didn’t want me walking away with something they felt was not working 100%. This is my place for all of my parts.
