Great price brought me in, but the above and beyond service of Pam made me want to write a review. There are few people like Ms Pam in this world - extremely upbeat and friendly, extreme hustle and work ethic. A real pleasure to be around and do business with, and she saved the day for me after my key broke in my lock. She very quickly removed my broken lock with an angle grinder like a pro, with a smile on her face the whole time. She truly cares and goes to great lengths to ensure all of the customers’ needs are exceeded. A++++

The customer service at this facility is awesome they go out of their way to make sure that you know everything associated with your unit. The staff was very helpful and very friendly and even though I came in close to closing time they could see my desperation and helped me anyway. The manager at this location (Pam) was EXTREMELY helpful going above and beyond, knowledgably answering all of my many questions. Although she was clearly very busy, she was patient and friendly with me and other customers I saw her interact with in and outside of the office. I can confidently recommend this location on the basis of the in person customer oriented service SHE provided.

Super bad would not recommend. The service was awful they changed their hours from 6am-10pm to 9am-6pm. Then when we called in they said that we had to have auto pay to get access at that time and then they wouldnt let us in to put our stuff away. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 😡😡

After renting here for over a year and paying on time every month they have reduced the access hours to 9-6 from 9-10. Now to get the original access back you have to let them auto charge your credit card every month. Not to mention that when I signed the original lease it was $125/mo and now it is $150.Do not rent here.After calling in and giving them the cc for auto pay I am still getting denied access.😡

Pam the manager made me feel good about renting a unit there. The process was easy and straight forward with everything laid out for you. All questions were answered and I was set up quickly. I definitely would recommend renting here

I would not recommend doing business with these people if you happen to fall 30 days behind they will automatically put your items in auction status and then you will have to pay two months instead of one month at a time in order to catch things up to get it out of auction status this is the first company that I have ever had to work with like this that ever did anything like this I would not recommend doing business with these people at all. Will not work with anyone that falls into a problem even if you are a good customer for over a year and pay on time all the time

Had a bad experience with 1 of the employees here. I have a small business cleaning & restoring customers furniture and all i do is store their finished furniture at the storage. I work from my home garage and then i bring the finished items at the storage. Was told i couldnt work at the place in which i didnt and understood the rules. We have had customers come in the storage to pick up their items which was ok at first but then the lady started to stare at us and our customers. We all noticed and felt very uncomfortable. And was also told by the same lady that only 1 car per visit and no else could enter... I decided to investigate if their is any problems with other locations within the same company and others and they all said it was ok to bring in a customer for pick up, we also had 1 customer approach by the lady and told him that he cant buy anything here and in his reply he said Im not and he told us about it and we felt very uncomfortable with her doing so. After that i decided to move because of many stare downs and the unprofessionalism of thisemployee.Their are more details that i can explain but this is long enough.

Excellent company, because of the excellent staff. I personally had a few issues with both of the units I rented but the staff were very helpful in dealing with the problems professionally and in a timely manner. I would happily recommend StorQuest to any person who may need a storage unit, including friends and family. I would have rated five stars but I cant in good taste because of pricing; its not that I feel like I was paying too much, simply a matter of over pricing as whole every company is guilty of this it would be nice to see companies have more competitive pricing, and StorQuest is no exception in regards to this.

There’s a woman here who’s extremely professional and courteous. Always helpful and goes the extra mile with a smile. She should get a raise!! Every employee we experienced was very helpful and friendly. The spaces are clean. And they make payment easy. I definitely recommend if you need storage.

Ms Pam was amazing! Truly went above and beyond for me. I was in a crunch, I was hours before getting on plane to leave the country and needed to store my vehicle for the next month. I had a reservation at another storage close by and when I showed up there was no agent to assist me. I waited for close to half an hour repeatedly calling to no avail. I gave up and called Storquest and Ms Pam got me right in, explained the contract clear and concise. The facility looked great and this is the only place I would ever consider leaving my truck now. I originally called StorQuest because I received a $1, first month advertisement in the mail. When I called I found out that deal was not available because they didnt have a certain amount of units left in their inventory to allow for that promotion. After I questioned the logic, the very nice girl at the call center transferred me to Pam at the Colfax/Airport Boulevard location. Pam was delightful to speak with on the phone and in place of the $1 offer, she offered a first month half price, OR free truck and man. Had it not been for Pam I would have decided it was just a marketing ploy and gone on my way, instead I took the first month half-price deal. Turns out I have more stuff than I planned for so I just upgraded to a 10x25 unit, I still got a great deal and Pam loaned me a nifty cart so that I could transfer all of my stuff from one unit to the other. She even came by on her last round of the evening while I was transferring my stuff and asked if I needed to get some water or go to the bathroom and I know she was very tired. She is always kind and brings a smile and some laughter to my day. The facility is quiet and clean and as a single lady I feel safe when Im there. My car battery died a few nights ago while inside the area. I called the main StorQuest number since the office was already closed and let them know my situation and they said it was fine for me to be there. I spent almost two hours waiting for roadside assistance - there, after dark, in an area thats not considered the best in the neighborhood - but felt completely safe knowing Pam was there and that the area was being monitored 24/7. Pam is delightful, StorQuest is blessed to have her, one would have a difficult time to leave her presence without a smile. There are other storage facilities (including StorQuest) closer to my home but I decided on this one because I wanted to work with Pam and have been very happy with my decision. :) thank you Pam and StorQuest.

I have had a unit here since January and have had no issues. Its always clean and well kept. I went in this past weekend to clear out some items and I wanted to downsize. The manager, Pam, went above and beyond getting me a new unit and finding a deal which made move-in cheaper for me and gave me a week to move from one to the other!! Exceptional customer service, we shared some laughs, and I went home happy!!

Pam, was and is an amazing front desk personnel that help me with getting my storage, very friendly, very knowledgeable and will make getting the Storage there very easy.

I travel for a living so I have all of my belongings stored at this facility and have been for years. Recently I have had a problem with the automatic payment for my unit. Due to credit card fraud I turn my credit cards off when not in use so the bad guys cant steel my information and empty my account. With this I have tried for months to get a window of when this company will run my card so I can make sure it is turned on during that time. Most companies will do it on a certain day. Not at this company. I have left many emails and voice mails with no response. Frustrating! Now Ill bet they respond to this review. Lets see how they handle this one.

This storage place tells you all the fees that you will pay and are really nice. They showed use everything I need to know and walked us through the yard to see how much space we actually needed. We got attended by Katheren and she was really nice and super helpful. I would really recommend

Reserving my new storage unit online was expected, but the experience in-person to confirm that reservation was sheer delight. Pam, the cheerful, spirited and warm-hearted desk person, made my week. We toured the property, looked at the units before signing anything, and I even got a choice between two similar-sized spaces. With affordable rates, even on climate-controlled units, the in-person experience really clinched it for me. Pam even made sure my gate-code worked properly before allowing me to leave. Well done, Pam. Well done! This is the place to go in North Aurora if you need things stored off-site.

Love this company and their people! HONEST AND HELPFUL! Toni was just so nice: his location didnt have what we needed but he checked the sister site for us just a few blocks down. He gave us some options that would work for our needs and explained all the costs and requirements up front (all extremely reasonable). Leilani met us at the next place, was happy to show us a variety of options, made sure to show us where the easiest entry/exit points were and showed us how to operate the gate, AND was super patient while we took our time reading over the contract. Really exceptional customer service - these people will not try to trick you into renting a unit, they believe in earning your business.

The manager at this facility is extremely helpful and a delight to work with. But trying to call the facility its self is almost impossible the phone system routes the calls to the call center and they cant transfer you to the location so it becomes aggravating if you need to call the location its self. But the manger in the office was very helpful.

Leilani made the process of identifying the optimum space for my storage needs very straightforward in the face of several great options. And Pam runs a tight ship; the whole facility is tidy and secure. As a long-time user of storage services, Im very confident with my decision to go with StorQuest.

I had a very difficult time with my moving company...they delivered when I was out of town and ended up putting my furniture at StorQuest. Pam and Lea were awesome. the facility was clean and easy to navigate. Staff was super helpful. I had a little miscommunication on my end that could have ended up costing me additional fees and Pam got ahead of it and helped me work through it.Facility recommendation alone and then add the staff and it makes it a much easier experience.

We opened up a unit with StorQuest last month . The Guy who attended us was very kind and very helpful, however today I came into my storage unit & a couple of minutes later my husband came in as well and used my passcode . As my husband was coming in, a car was going out . Minutes later a Lady came to our unit being VERY disrespectful and told us my husband was not allowed to come in as he was an unauthorized person? Even though he entered our passcode and was granted access by the gate . I do not appreciate someone rushing out and telling us officers would be called when we were not the ones who were “unauthorized” . A little later the lady left and sure enough COMES back to be even more disrespectful. We will be taking out business else where .

Very clean storage place never have any issues and when you walk in Pam (the receptionist) is always greeting you with a smile and is always so friendly and willing to help definitely would recommend this place just because of the people who work here!
