Everything was so easy. I secured my storage unit site unseen. Over the three years my items were safe and the management office was always very helpful.

Moving in was easy and they had units available quickly and at a reasonable price. However our unit had rats and moving out was a hassle that took multiple phone calls after we were unable to do it in person because the office was closed during normal business hours more than once when we stopped by.

For years I rented here and management is the same professional and friendly helpful as needed...strict so clean and safe 😎 so long Cube Smart

General Manager was very helpful. She even showed me additional units after I thought I reserved the correct size. She made sure I understood due dates, entry and what the process is if the storage is not paid. The Gm also made sure I received the special rate for the first month. I am very pleased with my storage unit and recommend to everyone.

UPDATE AS OF 5/2019Elaine was the ONLY good thing about this place! Unfortunately she cant do anything about higher management with VERY shady behavior! Would NEVER use this place again after they knowingly allowed an employee whose a junkie steal property and do nothing about it. GO ELSEWHERE!Over the past 20 years Ive had to use a lot of different storage places and for the most part had pretty good luck but this place is in a league of its own! Everything that I needed was available at the best prices that I could find within 100 mile radius. Im VERY picky and OCD so finding a place that has everything to my standards is unheard of and can say that this was a first for me.Im always scared to use a public restroom but was DEFINITELY the cleanest place that Ive ever seen. Grounds are well-kept and units are spotless. When it comes to the customer service I was completely blown away with how knowledgeable and kind Elaine was! Unfortunately I live far from just about everything so I can be a challenge making it into businesses before close but she stayed late to make sure that I was taken care of and didnt rush me out the door like most places. By far one of the most pleasant people that Ive ever met and actually look forward to going into the office just to say hello which Ive never experienced before. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

A Storage Place with A Heart! I cannot say enough good things about this storage place. I have utilized 4 different storage companies, and this CubeSmart location is BY FAR the best. They have always called me whenever there has been any problem or issue. The site is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. Chris Lewis is the best!!!!! He always goes out of his way to do whatever he can to help remedy any issues.

Beware of their advertised rates!!! They will honor them for a few months and then will start a string of continuous and unannounced hikes. At the Cubesmart 6730 in Aurora, CO they have an advertised rate of $139.00 for a 10’x20’. Well they had me paying $258.00 for that same unit. And they will not honor their advertised rate to regular renters; that is only for new customers. And as soon as three months pass, they’ll start a sustained string of unannounced increases. Their argument is that every 30 days you start a new lease contract, so they can hike if they want to. And unfortunately, they always want to. And apparently this is a companywide policy, as I complained with the District Manager and got the same response. She had the nerve to tell me that I should have read the fine print because it was crafted by lawyers and allowed them to have s new contract every 30 days. I’ve had to endure this situation of continued rate increases because of personal health reasons, but fortunately I have made arrangements to stop this abuse. You have been warned!!!

Storage facility was always kept clean, during snow season it was always shoveled for whenever I needed to go access my storage unit. Always felt like my things were kept safe and sound!

I was in an emergency situation and and Crystal and this team were amazing with how they helped me. Not only did they walk me through step by step what i had to do Crystal went above and beyond to help me find a truck to move pretty much last minute. Thanks guys your a blessing.

Highly recommend this CubeSmart Storage. Elaine and Chris are some of the nicest people, they really do care about giving great customer service. The rental spaces we needed were quite reasonably priced.

Friendly attentive staff, they take pride in the facility and are always keeping watch of the property.

Jamie was very nice. He said the sign-up process would be 10 minutes and he was right. We got two small of a unit and didnt realize it until 10:30 on Sunday morning. Since they dont open until 11 I thought there was nothing we could do. He drove up about 10:45. And he help me get a unit right away. He could have had an attitude about starting his shift early, but he was very kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff! Chris made sure I understood everything clearly before signing. The whole experience felt lighthearted and fun, which you dont usually associate with putting things in storage.

I would NOT recommend this location! After missing my payment Chris seen someone come in for a storage with the same last name as me. So thought it was okay to tell them about my payment and gave my information away! I was running from this person and thanks to this location me and my children was located!!!!!!

Not happy with repeated price increases. I had been there for 10 years, starting out at $35/mo for my 14 foot. I was paying $100 for that same space with more price increases to come. Trash everywhere, lots of theft and people living and working inside the gates.
