I was in there for print something. The employee was really nice✅ parking easy and free ✅ but I think they need like fedex printing machine. Because I used their computer foe open my e mail. But it was fine and quick✅

The service is always professional and accurate! The staff is great, especially Sam. She is wonderful and always takes care of my requests in a timely fashion.

Great prices for great products. My only issue is the front door. The out door is automatic but the in door isnt. Seeing as my mother has a walker, she would need someone else with her if she wanted to go inside.

My mother came in to print 15 color copies on cardstock and to have it cut 6 times when you pre order it online it’s about 10 dollars the gentleman working there quoted my mom at 40 dollars that is a huge price difference. As a former employee I am shocked he was not more helpful. Further more when I called to speak to the manager he quoted me at about 12 dollars. So as the customer I’m at a loss for what the change if pricing means. The gentleman behind the counter also told my mom that the self service machine could do the copies that it wouldn’t loss no resolution if he printed one and she copied them that way and used the self service copying machine and cutter. Making a copy of a color copy on a lower grade machine is going to lose resolution. Maybe some further training is needed.

Needed help with a print emergency for a memorial program that another location dropped the ball on. Allan was incredible! He helped us and finished the job in record time. He was truly a ray of light on a very tough day. Thank you Allan!

Went in for help with faxing an important document, I did not want to mess it up. I asked Rodney the employee where I could get help with faxing. He points me over to the fax machine and tells me its self explanatory. REALLY!. I looked at him and told him if I didnt need help I would not of asked for it. Very lazy people, not willing to help someone especially a handicapped person with no knowledge of how to work these machines. Very poor service. Went to the cashier said somethi g to him and he refers me to the same guy who just happened to come to the register. Now he offers his assistance telling me he didnt know I needed help. ...Wow!

I needed help with an item to be able to use a Brother scanner I was given by a friend. I contacted Brother first and they said the calibrating sheet was out of stock. I asked if they could email one to me or where I could get one. They said we cannot email one. Its a specific kind of paper. So I began searching office supply stores and no one had what I needed. I tried this OfficeMax and a very nice young man Luis answered. After searching store inventory and available items online he said OfficeMax did not carry it. Well let me see if I can find something to help you so youre not at a dead end after searching he said he found a download for it on Brothers website. Soooo, Brother NEVER offered me that option. Luis printed it. I stopped by for it and paid for the copy and IT WORKED! Thank you OfficeMax and Luis! Give that man a raise. Now thats customer service.

I have given you and your company too many chances. Your customer service is weak. You dont even try. Even calling your customer service doesnt help. Your store is very empty. I would begin to worry if I were you.

Well they do have office supplies so that warrants three stars. Unfortunately the store itself has gone past its best used by date. Its an almost depressing experience to enter because you can tell that this store is in its death throes. The staff are helpful but also seem to have the same sadness as the store. If you need office supplies quickly and cant wait to get them somewhere else, this store is sufficiently adequate.

I was in office max in Aurora at 830 am nov. 12... nobody was at the register to check out... nobody was in aisles to help customers find products...very bad selection. Of hanging folders... they should stick the kind where you can see the files inside the hanging folders... also that should stick better hanging folder racks for inserting into file drawers ... not the kind that require pliers.... I left and went to STAPLES and found everything I needed and of course purchased $200 worth of other things o did not really need.

Under a time crunch for my cousins wedding, mike was super helpful and considerate of the situation. Gave us the most affordable printing options And went above and beyond. 10/10

The floor, walls, and counters are all in visible disrepair, and the mood of the staff reflects the decay of the building. There was a 1-minute ad playing on loop on a display that you could hear anywhere in the store. Most of their supplies were well stocked, though.

Disgustingly dirty store, very rude workers, and very unorganized. I placed an order for one hour pick up. When I got there to pick up my items, no one knew where to find my paperwork, no one knew where these products would be & to be completely honest all the workers acted like they were all on drugs. After a lot of disorganization on their part and frustration on my part, they finally found my order. I went over to the check out lane to sign off for my products. I was given a receipt and signed off the correct amount. However, when I got home & checked my checking account, I saw they triple charged me for my items & items I didnt even order. I called the store immediately to report this issue, they were of no help. I called customer service and they were of no help either. Unfortunately, I had to escalate this matter to the BBB, who thankfully have since resolved this issue!

Service and merchandise are always available staff is great . The store could use new floor .

Older, run down, limited selection vs. ordering online. Good if you need items for your office immediately, and if you want to see something in person before purchasing.

Limited inventory and limited displays. The parking lot is always jammed but never anyone in the OfficeMax. It is nearly impossible to get out of the parking lot during a holiday rush.

Love to get supplies here but they are more so great in the customer service department

Their print center staff was not very knowledgeable about printing from google drive. I also needed a copy of something and rather than tell me it would be cheaper to use the self serve copier, they hand scanned it and charged me over $5 for two copies.

Ok staff but this place, infrastructure-wise, is a hole. This is why people shop online and stores like this will soon be gone.

Do not go here for color copies. The quality was awful and I was charged $59.00 for poor quality color copies.
