All of the staff here are grade A, wonderful characters. Never thought Id ever say I enjoy coming here to ship packages but here I am. Best UPS location of all the 30+ UPS locations Ive ever been to in Colorado.

I had a lengthy document that needed to be notarized. When I arrived at the store, Jamaisha gave me fantastic service. She was kind and patiently answered my questions and concerns. Lily, also, was just wonderful.I am so very grateful for this outstanding customer care!

The Best UPS Store Ever! After several calls to a variety of different UPS locations for a simple notary questions, I was feeling frustrated, overcharged, almost as if I was wasting their time, I contacted this particular UPS location and they took the time to answer all my questions without any problems. The employee made me feel like I was the only person in the world that mattered. Upon arriving the next day, the employee remembered our conversation and thanked me for coming back. I expressed my appreciation and gratitude to the store manager and all the employees present, and he was more than grateful! Customer service is so difficult to find these days and when I find it, it has to be recognized!

I go to this UPS location about once a week for work. Every single time Ive gone in, Ive been greeted happily and with a smile. The store manager, so sorry I dont know his name, Ill be sure to learn it next time I go in, no matter what he is doing greets every customer that comes in and trains his employees impeccably! This is one of the best places Ive seen for customer service ever! Keep it up guys!!

The owner, Shane cares about his customers and makes sure things are right. I’ve used this location several times to ship valuable memorabilia and I’ve never had any issues with breakage. Really recommend this location.

I would give a negative if I could. Out of 5 items sent, 3 of the items were broken and because I could not provide the replacement cost of one of the items, as the items were discontinued, I was only able to get a refund on the shipping of two of the items. This took over 3 ½ months to resolve and getting corporate involved. I inherited the items when my parents passed away
