Pleased with my damaged key removal service. I do not understand how I were able to screw up the lock and jam my keys inside while turning the knob, however did and couldn’t have them out. I contacted them and requested for somebody in the future as quickly as possible thinking they couldn’t get it done before the next morning, however they really showed up whithin minutes after and also got them out. Also altered my locks. Spectacular work
They had the part I needed to replace the plug on my dryer and Scott was helpful with describing how to replace it myself. When we discovered that I needed to replace an additional part they ordered and had it for me quickly and the technician, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and professional.
My home warranty insurance brought them out to fix my washer and dryer. They were very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They communicated well about repairs and followed up swiftly when the parts arrived. Would happily use them again.
They ordered the part we needed and got it to us quickly. The technician Ryan was knowledgeable and friendly.
I dont know how just found this place today. Just like the name says they have everything for appliances. So much nicer and more convenient then trying to go to home depot and find something. Thanks guys, Ill be back next time anything goes out on me.
On February 15th this company sent a technician to my house, through Lowe’s warranty for a refrigerator. The guy they sent out was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He said that they would call me the next day to schedule an appointment if the parts were in stock. That if they weren’t, they would call and let me know when the parts would be available. Well it’s March 25th. I finally called Lowe’s to see what the deal was. They told me that it shows I didn’t answer the phone, so the appointment was canceled. Ummmmm.... it definitely was NOT. Since there was a man in my house looking at the fridge, taking pictures, etc. Now since Lowe’s can’t “ confirm “ anyone was ever inside my house, I have to wait yet again for another company to come out. Are you kidding me???? I don’t know who dropped the ball at this company. Or WHY they would state that they never sent anyone out and the appointment was canceled. But I do know I now feel unsafe. I let this man INSIDE MY HOUSE!! Representing THIS company. So who was it then? Nobody can tell me. My personal thoughts are that they don’t want to get in trouble for dropping the ball on this, so they are trying to cover their butts. I don’t recommend this company. Not only do you have the chance at slipping through the cracks, but it’s also a safety issue. Wow. That’s all I can really say..... wow.
Scott was exceedingly helpful. We could not identify the part I needed in their database (a scarce brand of oven) so he had me text a picture of the part to his personal phone. He was able to identify it immediately and had it in stock. He even waited a couple of minutes after closing for me to pick it up. Outstanding service.
Definitely recommend - will call every time I need service on an appliance. Excellent customer service, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courtesy call when tech is on the way, friendly/respectable, practiced social distancing/wore mask.Ryan checked out the dryer - issue is the timer. The knob (yes, old school dryer) is hard to turn and thats why it broke/stripped. He said that if it didnt bother us, just continue to use the smaller knob I pulled from another area on the dryer (no push to buy a new one). I really appreciated his honesty. While checking everything out, he found that the dryer wasnt cycling (heating/cooling) like it should. Checked the hose in the wall and there was damp lint. Ryan recommended Fireman Dryerman to check the vent. Turns out, vent was 100% clogged - big fire hazard. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW THANKFUL I AM that Ryan found the damp lint.Clear vent and dryer worked like it was brand new! About a week later, dryer stopped again. Ryan was able to come out that same day and replace the belt. In a very short time, dryer was up and running again - like brand new, again. Its weird to be excited about laundry. :)
Great company. Honest, dependable and did a wonderful analysis. Found a pinched wire and saved me from buying a $300 board that tested out fine in the end. I will use their service in the future. Hard to find honesty.
This was the 2nd time I’ve used All Appliance. Ryan was great. He came to check out both my dishwasher and washing machine. He was honest with me that it would be better to just replace both appliances and buy brand new, as opposed to the very high cost parts to repair them from the manufacturer. Even though we couldn’t fix anything (these appliances just totally bit the dust), the fact that he didn’t try to make me do a high-cost temporary repair completely won my trust in this company. He even gave recommendations on better brands of appliances that I should consider for the future. Incredible. Thank you Ryan and Scott!!!
Couple days ago fridge started making clicking noises and compressor doesnt really come on. I called at EOD and Scott answered. I described my problem thought it was my capacitor w/o checking it first... then Scott asked if Im sure and told me 90% of the time its usually the starter relay. So I checked... it is the relay! Called next day and Scott helped me order the part. Today around noon Ryan called said my part arrived. Went pick up, put it in, fridge fixed. They are pretty honest shop. Everything was quick and smooth! Definitely will use them again!
I always find these people very friendly and very good at finding the part I need I can always count on them! Scott and Ryan are awesome!
They helped me out so much.. Awesome place!
Called early in the morning to diagnose my dryer and Scott told me to bring in what needed to be check and got in and out there wishing 5 min with a new replacement part. Scott was super knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had! Highly recommend!
Service man, Ryan, came out to my house quickly after giving me 2 calls to let me know hes coming. He was a very trustworthy, nice person. The experience was very pleasant! He repaired my washer very quickly, and gave me a more than fair price. He educated me on several features I was unaware of and even cleaned the lint filter on my dryer!I will definitely be calling these guys back if ever need be. Thank you, thank you! Washer is running very well now.☺☺☺
Amazing place! helped us find the part we needed, amazing customer service! if you need parts for washers, dryers, dishwashers, AC, or stovetops, COME HERE!
They have always been very helpful and helped us fix our ac in a emergency! They have helped us find the parts we needed.
Ryan replaced the ignitor on our oven today. He was prompt, courteous, professional and patient with our four dogs as well. Much appreciated job well done.
Wonderful family owned business! Anthony and his brother were a great help when I decided I wanted to repair my dryer by myself. They got me the parts I needed and Anthony even gave me step by step instructions on how to install the new fuse! My dryer works great now! So kind and friendly! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
I had a wonderful experience here. Anthony was very helpful over the phone assisting me troubleshoot my dryer problem. He gave me a good price on both parts I needed. He even stayed an hour after closing time to explain how to install them properly! I have never experienced that anywhere else. Now my dryer is working like new.
The door strike on our Haier dryer got bent and we couldn’t shut the door anymore. I gave them a call and explained the issue, we went in that afternoon for the part. He was so kind he just gave it to us no charge (it was a $2 part) and wouldn’t even take a tip. Great customer service and lots of stuff you can’t get at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We will be coming back for a long time!
Although I purchased a part for an oven back in July and as busy as my schedule is was not able to get to my concern until this month. I asked for consultation originally and the salesman told me just to plug and play. Get in today and there 11year salesman said after telling him my experience said that I was getting free consultation because his guy didnt offer up any other advice after asking him if this didnt work. In all, not satisfied with this type of service and sales due to not going above and beyond to give proper advice for a novice in trying to make a simple repair. Steps to take if we were having issues with the part or oven. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I am in the customer service business and divulge or even educate the customer of what we are going to do for them before we start the estimate. Education is key to a happy customer so they know what they are getting and what kind of services are behind our word and work. We have been in this business for 21 yrs. In the gutter business.
Twice in 2 months I have needed hard to find parts. Both times they had them in stock and for a good price. Also while purchasing both products I dealt with different people working there who were both very helpful. They both said to give them a call if I have any issue with the install and they would try and help me out. They also gave me tips prior to leaving the store that made the repairs much smoother.
Wish I could give these guys no stars. They were the most ridiculous people to work with. They knew we had the water to our home turned off so they could work on the washer. When they finished working on the washer I asked if I could turn the water back on, to which they replied yes and said he would check it when he was done with the microwave. They continued working on our microwave (which they never fixed either) and then went to test the washer. The washer didnt work and at that point they blamed turning on the water as the cause. They said they would make another time to come out, but then when we called they said they were charging us an extra $100 because we lied to them about the water being fixed and that we had to pay that plus pay again for them to come out again. From the beginning I told them it was shut off from the outside; I told them that first thing and that the plumber was going to fix it later and that we turned it off from outside. He then said they had no idea I was turning the water back on, which was a lie again because I ASKED before I did it and then also let him know after it was on. My sister was downstairs and heard the whole exchange. Not to mention, everything they were coming to fix was under, American Homeshield so them trying to charge us made no sense to begin with.
Awful, shady company. They tried to fix our washer on Monday, promised they could return the same day if the repair didnt work. Instead, when it turned out they hadnt resolved the problem, they left us waiting for them to return 4 days later, and then cancelled our appointments because we didnt answer the phone 2 hours before our repair window and let them come at a different time than they had scheduled us. Scott, the manager, seems to enjoy being rude and argumentative with customers. Talking to him was an effort in frustration as he constantly interrupts you, shouts over you, and refuses to accept ANY fault for their garbage service. We finally gave up, considered our money lost (as we had already paid them on Monday), and found another repair service: the new company was out the next day and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. All Appliance Parts is utterly incompetent.
This is the second time All Appliance Parts has gotten me out of a jam. I have a front load washer that was leaking water from the door seal. Given I have a family of six and average 2-3 loads a day and was trying to leave town for the holiday, a leaking washer was a major deal. I searched online for the part and found a couple, but was really unsure that I had the right part number. Called a different local place first and was told that the part would need to be ordered and would take 10 days to 2 weeks. Two weeks in my house without a washer would not be a good deal.Called Anthony who was polite and helpful. He confirmed the part number and said, I dont carry this in stock, but I can get it here by noon tomorrow. Now Im feeling much better. Next question on my mind was how much I was going to have to pay to get it here tomorrow. The price actually came in lower that I had found online. Excellent. I placed the order.Received a call the next morning before I had even made it to my office telling me that my part was in and ready to go. Picked it up at lunch and installed it that evening. Fit and works like a charm. These guys know their parts and know their business.
Cool place. Took my dryer heater element in to get Thermostat Cut Off and Thermal Fuse Kit. But one look at my heater element I was told you need a new element, a line is broke. So instead of me buying the wrong part and wasting money, I was sold the correct part and now my dryer is back and heating better than before. Thanks you guys.!!!
The owner Scott or who ever came up with the return policy for electrical parts is a great scam artist. Be sure to ask about returns when buying from them. They might classify your part as electrical even thought its a plastic part that really has no real electrical complements to it.
By far the worst experience Ive ever had from a service company. The tech Mike came to my house twice each time very late. My wife missed an entire day of work. The second visit I left work to arrive to my (8-12p) appointment. The tech showed up at 206pm. Yes they called which is the only thing nice I will say about the company. The tech gets here fixes my microwave so he says but tell me he cannot put it back on the wall because if a safety issue. My microwave prior to the visit was safe and securely attacthed to the wall as supposed to be. Then I get the manager on the phone who had the poorest customer service Ive ever witnessed. He was worst than the technician. Offered no solution and had the nerve to tell me that hes talking to me the way that Im talking to him and in his words it is what it is. What kind of operation is this. The branch manager or non branch managers name is scoot. Whoever runs this company better step in fast because this guy is not competent. I wouldnt recommend this company or scoot or mike to a drowning fish. Stay away. I want my money back and all they said is it is what it is. Grow up. Extremely ghetto. To think that home builders and insurance is subbing work out to them is even a graver concern. These people are not there to help.
Scott is the MAN. Multiple lines at one time and customers in the lobby. No problem for this man. Fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Other places say 4 to 6 weeks for a part. Not my man. Next day part was here and he calls you to say part is here. Not 5 start, but one billion stars. Scott comes thru again. $4 fuse stopped my ac from working. Scott had it in stock. Thanks once again
These guys are awesome! They tested my part and talked me through troubleshooting to prevent me from spending money on parts I didnt need. I fixed my gas dryer myself and saved a bundle!
Im a disabled veteran in my late 70s. Scott could not have been nicer, he was efficient, knowledgeable and took his time with me. He had my order ready when I arrived and showed me how to use Facebook to get visual instructions. A++
That had the part that I needed to fix my ice maker and were very patient and nice explaining how to install it. I highly recommend them and will definitely return.
Helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person. Discussed my problem, gave recommendations and I was able to get my dryer back up and running! Thank you Scott!
DONT USE this company UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE!!I had a appointment within their window of 8-12, they call and say they wont have anyone available until the afternoon. I then reset for the afternoon window. I then get a call that afternoon saying they wont have anyone available again. I then reset my appointment for another day, for them to come out and say they cant fix my washer without us moving the dryer off the top (this is a stackable washer/dryer). Which I informed this info prior to scheduling my very first appointment, that this would be a two person job. I now reschedule my appointment ( for the 4th time) after moving the dryer, for them now to say they dont have anyone who knows how to do the repair. Then close my repair ticket with showing I still need to move my dryer. If you have nothing but time to waste this is were you will want to waste it.
When I need a part that I Cannot get all appliance parts have it. And if they dont have it then they can get the part you need quick. They dont ask for upfront payment and they are very professional. I own G.I.A Appliance Repair and have been doing business for a very long time and this company by far is the best parts store i can count on. Great job scott keep up the good work!.
Wow!!! What a great experience I just had!! Ive recently just moved here from California and my washer broke during the move. I luckily called and got Anthony ... he was able to walk me thru fixing the agitator in my whirlpool All I had to do was order a screen for 1.90 !! BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!!! I thought I was going to buy a new washer! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThey came to fix my dishwasher, disconnected it from the plumbing and FORGOT how to put it back. This is costing me hundreds to fix.Just call literally anyone else. Try it yourself, anything would be better than this company.
Went in with a dishwasher problem I partially debugged, and the person gave me some good advice, and helped me find the part on eBay upon finding out the part was discontinued! Really helpful. Will definitely return here for future appliance issues.
They are one of the Lowes contractors, really bad customer experience ever. If they dont want to deal with the people, why take a work order from Lowes?
Called looking for a small obscure part for my washers agitator which was not turning during the wash cycle.. I barely began explaining what I needed before Anthony knew EXACTLY what the part was. He held it for me for later pickup. Price was about 75% of online appliance repair parts sites. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, personable and, above all, patient.I highly recommend this company for the diyer that needs OEM parts for their home appliances and does not want to wait for an online order and hope the part is right. You also benefit in case you get in trouble and need a trustworthy repair tech.Keep Austin strong, buy locally!
I called for a part, I wasnt quite sure of the model #, but Anthony was great, offered a similar part - my dryer is running perfectly!!!Very helpful, and A+ customer service.Thank you!
Had the same problem as a previous review. Ordered a part that may or may not have been the correct part because they dont give you any product information and the part didnt have a part number or serial number. When I got home and realized it was the wrong part, they told me the part was non refundable or that I could not exchange it. This would have been good to know before I bought the part. According to Anthony and Scott, the only sign they have in the store with words on it is one stating they do not do refunds on certain parts. If you have ever walked into this store good luck finding it because its very messy and cluttered. I will never use these guys again.
The worst!!! Unfortunately all Lowe’s customers for Austin,Buda, and KyleBeware! If you have any appliance that are Samsung related good luck with that!Ryan from all appliances parts is the onlytech that will be able to work on your Samsung appliances through Lowe’s, and this guy is shady! He will lie and save face if he screwed up on any issue regarding your appliances. The company does not hold themselves or their employees accountable for anything they do wrong. They will put blame on the customer before themselves. This is what happened to us! Richard the manager has no regard of helping the Customer but siding with the employee. I guess this is what you deal with when it comes to a family owned and operated company (rolling of the eyes)We needed our dryer fixed and set up a timeWith Ryan. He came out and took a look and told me that he could not do anything, because we did not have a sticker with the serial number and model number. I told him twice to look at the sticker in the back which I I used to give to my husband a few days ago to verify with Lowe’s. He asked me to see if I had the number on the manual I went to look and saw nothing.I was a bit confused and second guessed myself and thought, well maybe that number was not what he needed for verification and that it must be a different number so I just went along with it.Ryan tells me that he called Lowe’s and they told him for me to call them up and ask them for a confirmation number and Ryan said to call him back to reschedule once I get this confirm number. Ryan had me sign off on his invoiceSheet and left. I called Lowe’s back and asked for a confirmation, the rep told me there is no such number. She asked me for the numberDealing with my dryer which I gave to my husband through text That number was in fact the serial and model number Ryan was asking for initially. The rep was confused and found it odd thatHe couldn’t find it in the back where I took a pic of it prior. She rescheduled again with Ryan for the next day and he did not show up. Lowe’s called to find out why, and Richard says that they canceled it. We were all on conference call and asked Richard what had happened with Ryan? All he did was make excuses for Ryan. We even sent Richard a picture of the sticker, and he still made excuses. The Lowe’s rep asked Richard in good faith of his company, that he would get Ryan out here to fix the dryer, and that he would promise that we would be the first in line to service which Richard agreed to. Well, it never happened that way. These people took this personally, and it felt like retaliation because of our valid complaints against Ryan. Richard tells us that we are third in line. This pisses us off even more. Ryan finally shows up and he tells us that he still can’t work on it because the sticker that I took a picture of conveniently had been scratched off!!!! What?! How? He than goes to make it seem like we had something to do with it or he has no idea how this happened!Hmmmm well clearly Ryan you don’t want to look like a an idiot In Front of your boss because you were either too lazy to thoroughly look for the sticker or that you may have no experience to know what to look for in the first place! Why would we scratch off our sticker? clearly it was intact a few days prior, what would benefit us for doing that? Our dryer still would not get fixed!I mean come on !!!! Just admit ok yeah, I didn’t look at it well enough, or I didn’t know what to look at, I dont care I just want my dryer fixed. But he had to go this far into elaboration by scratching my property, and getting rid of the evidence because this guys pride is so high, and got away with a paid service from Lowe’s. Ryan ends up leaving without putting the bolts back on our dryer, totally not cool! I hope Lowe’s drops this company and finds a much more reputable company!
So glad I found this place, and just down the road. Dryer was making an terrible noise. Took it apart and found out one of the rollers was bad (LG dryer) Was a bit panicked since it was Saturday and didnt want to wait till next week or for Amazon Prime. Found this place, open on Saturday...had what I needed in stock. Short drive, got the part, dryer back in business.
They always have the parts we need.
Heres my experience:Called to see if they had a part I needed. After describing SPECIFICALLY what I needed - Yeah we have it right here. Come on down. I show up at the store. Hes wrong about what I even asked for. He said, We can order that part for you & get it to you by tom. afternoon.Ordered a part. Paid for fast ship. Part doesnt show up when I was told it would. Called that evening to let S know the part never showed. S said, No problem. Can refund you $8 for the shipping. I find it on my doorstep the following morning-not the afternoon before which was guaranteed by S. S said the part would be delivered by USPS. Wrong again. It was UPS. This wasnt a mistake. S confirmed USPS with me 2x when I paid for it. He didnt even know who was delivering it. Remember that point. Ill be coming back to it.By the way, I was NEVER offered the 10% discount that theyre advertising on Yelp even though I called from a referring business! That was another slap in the face. Just another example of how theyll nickel & dime you. That morning, I take the part out of the box. I didnt install it - it didnt fit! It was the wrong part! I should have known when S had the wrong part before I came to the store. I should have known when the parts packaging was the WRONG BRAND of washer!I called S & said, Look - this part was late. Its the wrong part. Im going to bring it in and just go buy a new washer. Im sick of dealing with this. He said, No problem. Well get you taken care of and give you a refund. Come on in whenever you can. I told him I probably couldnt make it today because of family obligations. I came to the store the following morning.S was not there that morning, but the owner of the store, B sure was. I explained the scenario to B & told him what S had said to me about refunding my money. He said, Whats your model number? Lets just see if it was the wrong part! in a confrontational tone. I said, Thats irrelevant. I just want the refund S promised me. He said, I know what you want, but Im not going to lose any money here! Let me see the part. So I showed him the part & began explaining what Scott had said to me. B then said, S told you that?! Well, lets just call him & see about that in a condescending tone.So he called S. To my surprise, S completely reneged on his word of refunding my cost. I was blown away. Then, S starts throwing out call & delivery times to get out of paying for the shipping, AGAIN reneging on his word. Strangely enough, he AGAIN asks me who delivered the part! How can you throw around delivery times and not know who is delivering the part? He had no answer for that. Then B starts saying that I had used the part. There were scratches on it. There were screw marks. All this bologna. I stated that I HAD NOT installed the part. It didnt even fit! How could I have installed it? S says, B, show him a part that has not been used so he can see. So B waddles over to a desk & picks up 2 parts to show me what a new part looks like. THE SAME MARKING THAT WERE ON MY PART WERE ON THE EXAMPLES HE SHOWED ME. When I brought this to his attention, he pretended he couldnt see the marks! When I brought this up again as we were arguing he said, I was working with those parts, so thats why they have scratches like yours COMPLETELY CHANGING HIS STANCE. Seriously? What a clown show.I said, Look. We can either come to some sort of agreement here (I was fully prepared to pay the 20% restocking fee) or I can just blast you on the internet & file a Better Business Bureau report. So B said, Hey, S thats it. He already said hes gonna blast us on the internet; Im done. He gets nothing. He then hangs up the phone & throws my part into the box it came in, & told me to get the ____ out of his store. Thats when he told me that he was the ____ing owner. He also continued to brag that he had been in business for 30 years and started telling me that I probably didnt even work (wrong again).
Got the part quickly for my washer, friendly service!
Very unhappy! I ordered a part and picked up. Turned out I had ordered the wrong part. When I tried to return the unused part I was denied! Had I ordered from anyone else I could have returned the part. Never use this company!
Great place always helps us out
Unknown, the store was closed but website stated opened????
Outstanding!!! Fixed my fridge for 45 bucks.
Why to go there for parts they going to order online charging more, they try to order the part I needed for $52.00 I ordered myself for $32.00 shipped to my home, I dont have to go back to them and pick it up
Arrived 12:28 on Saturday, door locked/closed.
Super customer service
