Bought Golecha Mehndi cone from Daana Bazaar store and now having so bad reaction, please stop selling bad products. I did tested it on my skin, as the instructions said for first day I was fine, then started having bad reactions after almost 16 hrs.My skin started blistering burning sensation and continously itching. What you want me do, Sue your shop or company who made this cone and you are selling it in your store. So very disappointed how come you can sell these kind of bad products.
First time in the store and I was super impressed. Very clean, very organized and the vegetables were fresh and of good quality. Will definitely be coming back.
We were visiting from Dallas for the long weekend, and had to get some groceries today, and was impressed with the way the store was organized and well kept. The staff was helpful in getting us fresh veggies, and the selection was great.Nice to see non-Patel type stores also following the code of good business ethics. cnb.com
My experience at the store has been nothing but excellent. They have revamped the store with new grocery racks which gives it a great look. This of course make the store cramped for room as two carts can’t go past each other but that is small price to pay. They are always stocked and have great selection. The veggies sometimes are hit or a miss which if given more attention will make this a great one stop shop.
Nice Indian store with lot of choices... Clean and neatly kept...
Good place to shop for Indian grocery and some green grocery. And they keep awesome samosas and kalakand!
Small but well stocked and nice clean grocery store. Find most indian items - and if you want something thats not there, you can request on their social media group. Since its small im assuming items are stocked regularly and so should be fresher
Staffs are friendly!! Nice Indian store.
I like the store. My biggest complaint is that they dont display prices on item or on the shelves. When there are more than one of same item, it is hard to know which one to go for unless you go to the counter. I dont know what the Texas law regarding this is, but I know this is illegal in some states in US.
Excellent experience . All Indian grocery items are available here with affordable price specially the owner of shop is helping to the customers .we can find fresh vegetables and organic food stuff .very clen and the staff are also very kind and helping tendency .Thanks to shop owner .Please keep it up.Allthe best.
Extremely rude behavior by the owner himself. I am regular customer and i happen to ask him, where something was and his response was - no questions - go look for yourself in the store.I was shocked with the degree of rudeness. I turned around and left - Not going there again.
They have improved significantly during covid
Attitude is not good Bed customer service..
Great clean store. Amazing staff and their delivery service has been a lifesaver.
Best online delivery for Indian grocery. Best customer service. They call you for replacements/add-ons and deliver order on time. Vegetables/Fruits are fresh and great collection of other products. Highly recommend.
Great indian groceries place.
Best Indian groceries.... Dana bazaar came as saviours for Indians during pandemic with superb online delivery service. Awesome staff.
This place has the worst customer service that I have encountered. They advertise delivery and keep changing the conditions on customers as it suits their fancy. I was ok with that for multiple months attributing it to Covid related logistics and ability to staff adequately. Yesterday was the limit. I had a 65$ online order. The goal was to get the groceries delivered as we were driving in from a long road trip and be able to have food for the kids once we get home. The previously published and communicated delivery limit was $50. I get a call from the store early in the day - talking about multiple items being substituted, etc etc (this is common practice that things on the website are not usually available and they have to substitute).. and then saying - the limit for delivery is $70. On asking - when did that change- they say, no one knows,, everyone in the store is new . Since I was driving on our road trip, I decide to let that go and say add $5 worth of items and offer to give them my credit card number for the purchase (which they should already have). They say no,, they need me to do an online order for $5 while I am driving. Mind you,, this is a store where I order from EVERY week upwards of $200 of merchandise. When I say that I cannot do an online order anytime soon since I am driving, they say- leave the $5 under the mat. I ask for a time for the delivery and they say they cannot predict. They show up at my door when I am still 150 miles away and then take the groceries away - all because there was no $5 under the mat. My assurances that I will call and give them the card number at the store or will drop off the payment early the next morning was met with rude comments on how I need to pay first- for a limit that was changed arbitrarily on me. Of course each person that spoke with me was unprofessional, had no empowerment to make a decision and refused to see that a loyal customer is not worth losing for $5. Extremely disappointing!!
Great place for indian foods
Worst customer service of all stores in Austin area!! They have this weird rule that they wont take any exchanges/returns or issue refunds under the guise of covid. Now, that things have almost opened up everywhere, they still dont do returns. This is pathetic
Excellent customer service and samosas
One Stop shop to buy Indian Grocery

Clean store. Helpful staff.
Well maintained!
Very poor customer support.
Expired products on the shelf.
Attitude is not good
Pros: Great collection of products. Good pricesCons: Too much smoke from Incense sticks/Agarbati without ventilation. Very risky for asthmatic people and could be dangerous.
My mom and dad own the place and its cool
Fresh vegetables and well stocked. Nice service.
One of our favorite places to shop for Indian groceries. Clean, organized, and well stocked with friendly and helpful customer service. Always a good experience!
Awesome experience. Always find fresh vegetables here
Very fresh and price is very reasonable and awesome quality
Good collection of all Indian groceries nearby
Ok quality but very inefficient cashier checkout
The price billed for produce is more than marked on aisle.
