Shawn took great care of my moped got it up and running in less than 30 minutes, hes the man... especially when all the other scooter shops are fully booked

I gave 5 stars because this is honestly a great shop. It would help a lot if you guys posted prices instead of making someone call in.

Wow what a disappointment, I’m in the market for a large ATV gave them a call and it felt like I was bothering them when asking what brands they sell and engine size. Then he just, quite rudely, said just come by and see for yourself and hung up. The entire conversation was 2 min 17sec. I would stay away from this place.

This guy by far has zero customer service skills. Sold my husband a part ($39) which broke after a two pulls on the pull string to start it..so my husband goes back to ask for a replacement. Instead of offering to replace it free of charge. He states its NOT his fault and charges my husband $20 for a replacement. My husband gets home to install the part...Its not even the correct part. After doing a lot of research the part he sold is NOT even the correct part. So my husband takes the part back today for a full refund..But of course as shady and inconsiderate this guy is. He refuses to give a refund. Oh I am sorry he gave my husband $20 bucks back that he spent extra on the replacement part. By far the most horrible service. All he cares about is getting over on people and taking their money. What happen to customer service these days. No wonder this guy has horrible ratings. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for our kids. Instead it has been nothing more than a nightmare. The least the owner could have done was give a refund for the part so we could get another one. That way my kids Christmas Gift would RUN! I would defiantly do your research before buying anything from AUSTIN MOTOR SPORT. Take the time read all the reviews you will find that we are NOT the only ones who have been treated the same. Will never do business with this GUY again.

11 am on Saturday. Doors are locked. I did find a note on door that says there closed but if I have to drive to the store to see if they are open that is not okay. At least change your website to have the correct hours. Won’t be coming back here. After reading the reviews seems like I could get better parts from eBay

I called to inquire about the 50 at express which they are advertising on sale. The guy who answered didnt know what I was talking about didnt seem to be familiar with the bike. He finally told me they disnt have any scooters and didnt know when they would have any in. He was short with me and I was left feeling like he I should go somewhere else.

Bought a belt and two days later it tour apart, came and told him why it happened and told me it was probably my clutch( the clutch is new and it’s assembled right) he just has cheap parts

1:33pm on a non holiday Saturday and the doors are locked and not anyone in sight. What a pity. Was actually going to see about a go kart. I suppose their store hours arent reliable. All these reviews have been true so far. What a shame...

He has lots of bikes for sale and is willing to help you as long as you are paying him to do it, I understand a living must be mad but if someone is calling for a general question I don’t see a problem with answering it. Especially if they have spent money with you previously, my opinion is I would be more reluctant to come back due to a person being an over all good guy and promoting in anyway the mini bike/ atv lifestyle. I do not recommend and I will not go again.

He was very courteous and efficient he changed our ATV tire even though he had just gotten looted the night before he was very upset I told him how sorry I was that it had happened to him and that we would be praying for him and we gave him a 20 dollar tip.

Bought 2 110cc ATVs for the kiddos. Owner was very personable and extremely helpful. Large selection of recreational vehicles such as dirt bikes, go karts, and ATVs. Really appreciated the customer service and would gladly recommend others and will certainly return for future purchases.

Called this man again and he said first he was opening at 1pm sat in front waiting then we called again he said he was opening at 1:45 or 2pm this place needs to be deleted from google you are waisting peoples time and obviously dont care about your business. Trash!

My girlfriend wanted a scooter for her birthday. I diont have the money or the credit for it. I saw this place off the highway and check it out. The guy gave a a Layaway plan, and in 3 weeks i was able to pay the remaining balance for the scooter. My Girlfriend loves the scooter, now I want to get one, there fund to drive and cheap on gas.

This guy is a crook, he sold me a foot of fuel hose for 6.50 and a fuel pump for 50.00 I really need it the parts so I pay him, but walking to my car I change my mind because of way too much over price so I turned around to just get my money back. He try everything on the book not to return the money. Bottom line he charged me 30% .... please don’t do business there he will also clean and sale parts for new

I purchased a dirt bike from Austin motor sport great bike for the price and they do assemble it for a small charge if your a begginer they have great off-road vehicles, good people great service almost always open they even deliver it to your house when you buy for a fair charge I highly recommend Austin motor sport for off-road or on road scooter purchase

Well I bought a green VIP moped from Austin Motorsports. My over all experience was 100 percent AWESOME!!!!! The staff and owner were great help... He worked with me to figure out how to change the oil and head lights when I came back for my 2,000 mile inspection... He explained, all the ins and outs like what gas to use,oil ect.... Very friendly and willing to help. Also he gave me a great deal and this is one of the only places in Austin that provides reasonable moped transportation at a fair price.. He said to that I could come back if I ever need a change of a part and he would show me how to do it my self.... Over all a positive experience you are in good hands if you shop here....Cheers

Dishonest owner that will overcharge you for everything. States one price in the beginning but last minute he changes it because it was more work than he expected. Uses cheap replacement parts yet charges you premium parts. Take your money somewhere else, seriously.

I went Here 2 times. Assholes... Shop ebay / amazon for gy6 stuff. The first time the guy told me he would have to charge to ask questions about my new craigslist scooter. He was rude also. Then I returned to buy the part I needed because I couldnt get it any where else local. He charge me 80. Then I find out online it is a $15 dollar part. On top of the that he told me It would work for sure. When it didnt I took it back and he laughed and said No retuerns on parts. I was trying shop local. These guys arnt worth keeping around.
