Larry is awesome! These guys are always willing to educate me on any questions I have. I dont think I would take my motorcycle anywhere else.Update: Larry continues to impress me with his professionalism and friendliness. He put a new set of tires on my 636. I did some research before the install and every review for these tires came back 5 star. These guys have NEVER steered me wrong.I thought the brakes where dragging and brought the bike in (also I scuffed my dust protector for rear brake) Larry went in the back and grabbed replacement parts for the 2 scuffed parts I messed up. It was put together in 10 minutes (crazy fast). Larry even testes the brakes before I hopped back on and gave the brakes a quick tune. The motorcycle already felt great but now she feels perfect. Oh I forgot to mention he did the brakes and parts for free. He didnt have to do that.I stand firm that i wouldnt take my motorcycle to anyone else, I feel safer on my bike after these guys work on it.Every time I go in I get a little more education on my riding. Really appreciate these guys!!

This was a great experience with great customer service. Had a emergency with a tire on an ATV. Owner quickly resolved the issue for us for free. He could of made a tire sale but instead did the right thing and just repaired our tire for free. Great place and a great owner. Thank you.

Got the rear tire replaced on my used bike. I dont know what the mechanic did, and he must have done something, but the bike went from feeling like a comfy old armchair to a warhorse from hell.Furthermore, the owner knows his stuff and is more than happy to give some knowledge to a new rider like me.

The staff is very knowledgeable and generous with their time. Quickly serviced the carb on my Honda dirt bike. It failed a few days later likely because of something in the gas tank (rough used bike on original tank of gas). They offered to fix it again for free and also adjusted my clutch at no charge. I’ve found a new bike shop. Thanks!

I got the chance to work with Larry and hes great! I brought in my 07 450kx head to be rebuilt, he shot me straight with the actual problem and didnt try to over sell what I needed. Got the head back quicker than promised and once installed bike runs like an animal!! Ive put over 20 hours on the bike since the rebuild 6 weeks ago and it starts first kick every kick still!!I would recommend cycle nation and personally recommend Larry to anyone that is looking for a honest reliable shop!

Idiot was asked to replace a rear tire on my Yamaha rim. He complained that my spokes were loose and that he hated Yamaha tire repairs. The spokes just needed a little adjustment or tightening . He told me that the rim and spoke were a high risk factor as well and that he would put that on the final bill. Well needless to say, after he replaced my inner liner, tube and tire, he ended up punching a hole on the new tube while installing the tire. He blamed it on the spokes being loose. REALLY!!? There was no sense of customer satisfaction- basically no apologies or sorry, he said that I can’t continue doing this. I told him - I’ll take it from here. Paid $30 for one useless tube and inner liner - had to buy another new tube. Essentially the guy was no careful mechanic with very little patience or care for other people’s property. I took it to another mechanic and he looked at the spokes and said they just need a little tightening - no need to replace the rim or new spokes. Trust me if you value your stuff take it somewhere else. Don’t expect good customer service with regard to repairs.

Customer service was slightly substandard, the guy was nice enough, but didnt want me hanging around the shop while he worked on my bike, it was raining so I had to walk over to the nearby strip mall just to find something to do for 2 hours. Upon returning I realized that the work had been done and they didnt call me knowing I was waiting nearby...ugh! I had them install some saddlebags on my bike and once I got home I realized that the job was really sloppy, the guy did not do it the way it was instructed, he improvised in a way that placed weight on my blinkers and the back straps were basically granny knot tied multiple times, just did not look clean, neat and professional. I paid almost $130 which would have been fine had I left feeling taken care of, I didnt. Its a shame too, I wanted to like this place because its close to me, but I dont think I will return.

Ive been in this shop several times to get information about bikes, but every time I go I feel there is an attitude there. I wished I didnt get that feeling, they are so close to my location. But I just cant get passed the poor customer service. The mechanic acts like you are bothering him if you ask any questions. So my one star is purely based on customer service.

Went in here, saw it passing by, and felt they might have better attitudes than a place closer to here (off 620). I was happy to be hit with a running bike fragrance. Thats no joke! It seemed like this shop has the choices for the right type of rider! Playing MotoGP in the main showroom - you can tell these guys are TRUE Speed Enthuisists. are really enjoyment session. I didnt feel unwanted, as with other shops, because I didnt feel as though I was expected to BUY or spend $$. The front desk dude was cool to talk to and although I didnt have my battery info, he gave me the opportunity to look it up(!), they had some decent used bikes and Id probably pick on up when I have more free room in my garage. This place is great !!

Brian is as good as they come for front end customer service and Darius is a no BS, what you see is what you get mechanic, which I can appreciate. Because of his approach, there isnt a lot of time wasted and you know going in what to expect. Work has always been delivered on time as quoted on two UTVs and a 4-wheeler. They are my go-to guys.

Negative five stars. Took my bike to another shop after they messed it up. The mechanic took my water pump apart for inspection. When he put it back in the fan was not tightened up so the fan shaft shaved off metal particles into my radiator. The idiot put radiator sealant and clogged up with water flow. They still wont give me a refund. Stay the held Way from this place.

Took a carb there off of a 125cc for cleaning and to fix a leak. It was leaking out of the overflow line. They charged me $90 and change. I get the carb back same or next day. They said it was the gasket in the carb and they would have to order a new one. I called back every two days about the part and it was the same story every time. Its on order and should be here soon. We will call you when its here. They never called back. I ended up selling the bike to a mechanic who took it as is. The guy at the front desk isnt that friendly and is very defensive when questioned about work. I have taken my business else where.
