Good place to shop they got my parts exactly what they promised it was actually wrenches so if you need to get metric tools thats the place to go they dont have them stock they will order them and youll get them in 2 days

Wow! Customer service is hard to come by these days and Keith has been such a refresher. He went above and beyond to help me find the replacement bolts I needed. I drove from round rock and Keith even waited a few minutes for me at the store. Honestly I am so thankful to your help, Keith.please keep doing what you do. And Napa don’t lose a great employee like Keith. Thank you Keith!

Great service here. Guy offered to help me install my new wiper blades. He made sure I got washer fluid that would not freeze. Service is always great here, its why I come back.

They have all kind of parts I ordered a 6-ton jack stands ball joints batteries and more for my old school car

Great service and always super helpful. They even installed my windshield wipers for me. While its definitely something I can do, with two kids running around it was very appreciated. Awesome staff makes this location my go to auto parts store.

Very helpful staff, the assistant manager bobby immediately helped me out and saved me from buying a new radiator when we figured out it was the the fan! Also military friendly, great discount. Great experience!

Needed some fasteners for the plastic shield under my car. I was immediately helped and they came outside with me to look at the car to get the right size. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here if I need any other car parts.

I have visited this store to replace my battery. The guy who assisted me was very cool, friendly and helpful. He tested my existing battery and warranty status and replaced my battery in just 10 mins. I have enquired other places too before visiting this place. But all are expensive and very long wait times to finish the job. As my existing battery was also NAPA brand, He charged me very less amount to replace my battery. Thank you guys.

Average to small Napa. Nice employees, but always a lead time on common parts, so they can only be so helpful. Highish prices if youre on a budget.

Store was clean and shelves stocked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and proactively located and reserved my part at a different store since they were out of stock of the specific manufacturer I wanted.

Billy goes out of his way, time and again, to provide the best service possible.

This location of great and knowledgeable sales and service associates. Spread the word.

Saturday 6.30 pm...the store is open...but the guys who are in the store do not know how to connect a fitting to a hydraulic hose ... they say that the person who knows how to do it has already left ... is not supposed to provide service until 7pm?

I called asking for a price on a replacement battery. When quoted a price that seemed to cheap for my SUV I asked what the Amp hours for that battery are she said Is does not say on the battery, but they are all 12 volts! I hung up....
