We rate them highly because they delivered exactly what we had in mind for our patio as a sun and privacy screen. Working with them was a pleasure from beginning to end. The entire staff was helpful and kept us up to date with the status of our order. It was worth the wait (due to shipping delays this year). Our confidence level and expectations were always high and we were not disappointed. Great job with the installation and entire process!!
