Gary and his team were fantastic to work with. They promptly installed 3 huge shades for us at our new house. They look great whether up or down. The clean profile makes them disappear when up and when down the screen fabric allows us to still enjoy our view. No more bugs and no more sun glare. The installers, Mike and Lynn did a great job. We recently had shade screens installed on our back porch and they are wonderful! Gary and his team did a great job of measuring, ordering and then installing these beautiful shades. We will be able to use our porch so much more often, with protection from the sun and without being bothered by mosquitoes. We are really happy with this new investment in our home.

We met with 3 different shade companies and Shade -Outdoor Living Solutions had the most solid product. We were concerned with the wind we get but their shades are very sturdy and are of high quality. The install was smooth and we have not had any problems in the 4 years we have had them. Since my install, we have had about 8-10 other people in my neighborhood get them and everyone is happy. Nice product and great service.

The Best outdoor Product that you can invest in ...... Period!!We had a huge problem with my patio.....WE COULD NOT USE IT, because of the harsh sun and the gusty winds that hit it from all directions, even though it was covered. We DID NOT want to permanently enclose it since we like the openness and the breeze that it had to offer during the harsh summers. We DID NOT want to use awnings, since they would not stand up to the winds. So we called Gary and he introduced us to a product called MAGNATRACK Motorized screens with SOMFY motors.. They were just PERFECT for what we needed. It is slightly more expensive than the framed in screens but they provide a MUCH better FUNCTIONAL solution. They have various screens for different sun block % to choose from. We chose both the 90 and 95% variants for our patio and customized it based on the intensity and direction of sun. The warranties on each component are greater than the industry standard. The team that installed it were extremely professional and did a great job. It was done in ONE day. The technology is amazing and can the screens can weather 85 MPH winds which is AMAZING.We can USE our patio now and its like an additional room . Great for winter entertaining along with a tower heater and great protection from the summer heat. There is very MINIMAL water entry through the screens. This was a huge BONUS for us since our patio was always completely drenched after every rain. Thank you Gary and the team for this great product and wonderful service. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I wanted to take a moment to say how pleased my wife and I have been with the quality of the sun shades we purchased several months ago. Not only do they reduce glare coming off our neighbors metal roof, and make our porch area cooler, but having the shades down also creates an additional bug-free living space. Recently one of our 5 shades required a minor adjustment. I reached out for a service call. Two knowledgeable technicians were dispatched the next business day and took care of the matter for us at no cost. The product has an excellent warranty. I would highly recommend to a friend! After looking at all the available louvered roof companies we chose the Arcadia product because it seemed the most durable and best designed. I am surprised how quiet the louvers are in the rain and we stay dry in all but the windiest thunderstorms! I called this company for an estimate for a retractable patio shade solution. The salesman was on time and professional. His presentation was insightful. What I appreciate most of all is that he really didn’t try to sell or convince me to buy. He just presented the facts and left. When I decide to move forward with retractable shades I will absolutely use this company.

I bought a house and inherited a patio cover that was installed by this company. The previous owners had informed us that the retractable patio no longer worked and that 3 months after she purchased it, someone stole parts from her back patio in the night. This is the ONLY installers for the particular system within 300 miles, leads one to think that an installer who knew what he was looking for, came like a thef in the night. I started calling this company in July to get someone out to fix it, it took them till December, Christmas break. We were out of town and it was “magically” fixed when we came back. Over the Labor Day weekend of the next year, there was a bad storm and a fuse blew, causing the patio cover to open completely then break. I’ve been calling this company for 5 months and they lie lie lie. Say they’ll get back to Me, tell Me I’m “next on the list”, but they never come. They never even return My calls. This is the worst patio company. They do crappy work, steal your components, then refuse to come out and fix it. When I FIRST started this, they went by a different company name, they’ve since changed it and I had to hunt them down to find them again. I had heard that they had been doing so much bad business and that’s why they changed their name. Ive even called the manufacturer out in GA, they’ve told Me that bc of the way this company has treated Me, and others, they’ve since stopped selling parts to them and have cut all ties. I have an opened patio cover, and so many things have been ruined now. These are theives and liars. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Gary Kuip installed a 85 mph wind shade on my porch . I live in Lago Vista on a bluff above lake Travis, and the wind would push rain and anything I had out there into my windows making impossible to be out there. This last cold front i push my button put shade down cut the wind down so much turned i turn my ceiling fan on . I also found out the temp went down to 53° and turn my heater on and got it to 72° on the porch. I was also impress that the view is still great with very little distortion. Cant wait untill the summer to see what my air cool machine will do on a 100° day I bet over 25° down thank Gary good product good service
