I went with a friend to get his bike repaired. They did a great job and much faster than some of the other bike shops around.

The guys at the shop are awesome. They are easy to deal with, know their bikes inside and out, and are super helpful. Highly recommend!

Great service.Maybe a tad anemic in the parts inventory and selection, but that is likely a function of their limited square footage as a service location and however bike retail world wholesale purchasing works (imagining beer distribution-like limits to the variety of product a given bike shop will keep on their shelves.)Anyhow. They are remarkably forthcoming, friendly, fuss-free and do a great job for clearly advertised—look at the back wall behind the counter for their 3 tiers of bike maintenance—prices that I consider fair for what they deliver.Ive lately had a bad spell with tire/tube punctures and they treated me to a free tube replacement after a recent bike maintenance appointment even though my tube trouble had nothing to do with their work and everything to do with me catching a mighty thorn days after said appointment. That sort of service promotes loyalty and repeat business, so add smart to the attributes that best describes the Trek shop on the far north end of the drag.

I don’t know the names of the hairy fellas that work there, but Mr. Beardy and Mr. Dreads are the most welcoming and professional bike shop people I’ve ever encountered. I had my non-Trek bicycle quickly disassembled and boxed up for travel, all at a reasonable price. When I struggled to reassemble the headset (maybe because TSA inspected it), the Trek staff were very responsive. Great experience.

I had a great experience and received awesome customer service. Technician called and went over everything and again when I picked up my bike, I was walked through everything in person. Fast turnaround!!!

I havent had one reason to NOT go back. The people I have met are not only friendly, I consider them to be friends. Very rarely do you stumble upon a retailer these days you can build a relationship with. On top of that, their inventory is spectacular and they are humble about recommending products that are not in their wheelhouse.

I purchased (and still own) the very first bike this store sold. The original bike tech was 100% and Im sure all others strive to be just as good.Some day I may trade it in but for now- Ill keep my Laguna Cruiser.

This place has the best service imaginable! Seriously they are so good at making the customer happy. This applies to the entire company, not just this location. I had recently had a flat on a newer bike, paid to get it fixed. I got another flat on the same tire a while later and they fixed it for free. Cannot recommended enough!

Hands down the best experience Ive had in any bike shop. I went in for a warranty on my Sram Guide brakes, Mitchell submitted the warranty application to Sram on my behalf, he was very good at communicating and keeping me up to date on the status of the warranty process, then i took in the bike to have the new parts installed, he said he might have it done by the end of the day, one hour later he called me to let me know it was ready. The brakes feel better than when my bike was brand new. Nuff said.

I found a bike here on sale for a really great price. Relaxed and knowledgeable sales staff, that allow for easy test rides. You also get 3 free tune ups within the first year of purchasing a bike, I recently took advantage of this and they did a fantastic job. Truly unparalleled service.

Great bike shop with quick and clearly knowledgable staff.I brought in my bike (that I didnt buy from here) because every time I changed gears the chain would pop off. I figured theyd know what to do so I brought it in, and one of the service guys (whose name I didnt get but he had a beard) was quickly able to diagnose the problem and make adjustments to mitigate it. He let me know that for a more permanent fix Id have to replace the front derailleur (as the previous owner of the bike had installed the wrong one), but didnt even charge for the adjustments that he made. He also let me use their air pump and gave me a couple of valve caps as well.The bike seems to be working great after his adjustments but if I do eventually decide to get the correct front derailleur, Ill definitely be coming here. I wasnt pressured to buy anything unnecessary and he helped me understand exactly what the issue was with almost no prior knowledge about bikes.For any future bike-related purchases or servicing Ill definitely be coming back again.
