Went in yesterday had an awful experience. Manager is incredibly rude to staff and other customers. You should probably retire if you know you don’t have the patience nor energy for retail anymore. They didn’t have what I was looking for. If you need anything in a s or m good luck all they have is xxl and xl. Waste of time.

The store is so messy where do I even begin. You walk in and employees crowd you asking if you need help and keep asking until you leave the store. Every time I walk in here I feel so uncomfortable at the amount of times they come up to me. All their employees seem young and confused as if they were just thrown in without proper training. As I’m reading all these reviews I notice how some people say they get overcrowded by employees and others say there’s not a soul in sight. There is definitely racial profiling going on here. I’m hispanic so ofcourse the manager probably thinks I’m going to steal. I’m pretty sure if I was black she would think I DID steal. It’s not just me I’ve had this conversation with my friends who come in with me and we noticed the manager, Windy I believe is her name how she is so rude and mean to her employees. She was talking bad about them to some other customer at one ocassion that I had gone in to get some t-shirts for my husband. Claiming they don’t do what they need to do when she’s gone. I don’t know about y’all but if you’re telling your customers you have bad employees that doesn’t look good on you or the company lol. Especially if you’re running around like a crazy person thinking everyone is stealing (everyone who isn’t white that is) I’ve given boot barn one too many chances but until they have a change in management I’m not going back in. And no a discount is not going to help or change my mind about it. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve asked the cashiers “ are you by yourself” and they tell me no my manager is in the back. Your manager should be up in the front WITH YOU. Definitely not a great environment to go shopping in. Im so upset over the racial profiling, the lack of training these poor kids have, and the lack of professionalism In Regards to the company for putting someone like that as a manager.I prefer cavenders any day over boot barn.

Came in for a pair of cowboy boots for my nephew because he was absolutely wanting them so much. I got assistance from a young lady she was very nice and very helpful. As I was gazing around leaving to the register I noticed a few other things that I might have wanted to get for my husband as well so I will be back LOL

Staff is fine, store looks fine. If youre a man wearing anything smaller than 8.5, you may as well not bother coming here. The entire shelf of 7-8 is about 6 feet long. Oh, and it appears that boots are sized in such a way that theyre actually larger than the tag size. Good luck.

Went in to do an online return and they had me waiting because the cashier didn’t know how to return my online order. Un organized store.

They greet you as you walk in the door at the South Location! Very friendly. The staff is very helpful. A lady named Wendy is very helpful, very polite and super knowledgeable about merchandise. I would recommend this Location due to the friendliness, warm welcome and merchandise options.

After shopping around this is the only place that actually ladies Jeans in a 36 inch inseam. A nice variety in sizes. I am happy as lark and will be returning for my Jeans on the regular.

Everyone there is very sweet! You will always be greeted when you walk in. I had been in about 5 different times looking for the right boots, and had been everywhere you could think of trying to find the right pair for my Vegas trip. Marcus and Karina are awesome. You want an opinion, they will be honest with you. Which helps when youre very indecisive like me :) The boots I loved were a little off in color, Tyler applied mink oil to them and they are perfect now. They will help you with ANYTHING!

Visited this location yesterday and wow, I wasn’t even in the store for 2 mins and 3 associates had approached me asking if I needed help finding anything. There were multiple customers in the store that they could have tended to after asking me but no. I’m guessing that particular store is not used to seeing a person of color (AA) shopping in there or what. I received assistance for what I was looking for (only because I felt forced to just mention the accessory and rushed to hurry up and select something and leave) and the woman just stood there for 2 minutes until I looked at her and said “okay, thank you..” she walked away but not too far away and then of course another woman asked me again if I needed helped so I purchased what I had and immediately left. Very uncomfortable experience, very unwelcoming and odd.

So I had previously given this store a better review but heres an update. When you get to the register make sure you are paying attention to the prices because I grabbed a hat from a pile that was listed at a price. I was charged double. I went back and checked the price and brought it up to the cashier and she pointed at the price in the tag I side the hat and said maybe they got misplaced but didnt make an effort to fix it. Advertising your products at one price and selling it at double is just bad business. Ill make my future purchases elsewhere.

We went there to shop for a new hat and boots for my fiance. He has tattoos on his face. He also served 5 years in Afghanistan as a civilian contractor. He also has a sparkling clean background with literally nothing other than a minor traffic violation back in 1989. I detail all of this to say, we were followed around the whole store and asked if we were doing ok, literally every 1-2 minutes. Im not stupid, we were being profiled by the staff. Heck, I didnt even bring my purse inside the store, so what in the world did they think we were going to steal? And how!?

They have a good selection of western wear. The sales team was knowledgable, but I have been to boot barn locations where they had a little more knowledge and took a little more time to get the best fit.

Went there to shape my cowboy hat that i bought on their website and the young lady that did the hat shaping on my hat did a amazing job(wish i gotten her name too put in here),but overall great customer service.

Did not have the size I needed, clean well kept offered to order but I can do that would like to try on for fit. Will try again went to Red Wing Store. Had it.

They have an OK selectionand theyre pretty helpful it would help if store security could actually open the dressing room doors for you instead of having to walk all the way up front and ask since Im a heart patient ice extra work that I dont need

Horrible and mediocre customer service at this store. Im buying boots somewhere else. These teens at the store have no care for the store or any customers. Rude and useless. Its a waste of time coming in here. Cavenders and Cabelas treat much better all customers so why put up with this poor and rude staff performance. They have no idea what customer service is and respect. Get different job if yall dont like what you do.

Went in found a pair of boots that had a “$20 off” tag on it i asked one of the workers if it was already taken off it was an extra $20 off she wasn’t sure so then i asked her manager she said no and didn’t know why that tag was on there but she would honer it which we appreciated keep in mind she wasn’t too happy on it. Went back to look at more boots and the 2nd pair I found had the same tag so when we went to check out she was there and was really not happy about it once again she said she would honor it. Which we appreciated as well but her face expressions and the way her attitude was about It was awful & nasty almost like it was our fault that those “$20 off” tag was on it which I didn’t appreciate at all! To me that’s their fault that happend not ours we just happend to find it. I really like shopping there for the boots just wish they’d fix their expressions & attitude in front of customers.

1 star is for effort. My husband and I went into bootbarn today to find some artist work boots.When we went in we were greeted and told where their selection off work boots were at. We walked over and noticed they did NOT have a variety of Ariat boots. Color wise. We then decided that we would just head over to Cavendars because they ALWAYS, ALWAYS have a variety.... when we were walking out an older white lady says “y’all find anything?” And I said no we decided to go to cavendars they are having sales” She then says “just find the ones from cavandars and we’ll match the price” “I know all of the guys over there” so we said okay.. we found some but we noticed they were not steel toe as we looked around at the earrings and woman section.. the same older white lady says “did y’all find them?” And we said yes thank you. She then says “yeah we won’t lose buisness over just $20” my husband and I looked at each other like ??? As we headed over to pay for the boots we noticed they weren’t steel toe... the girl that was ringing us up was rude and had no emotion. So I was pretty pissed by then. When we noticed they weren’t steel toe... we headed backTo find the ones we needed... by then I just told my husband let’s just go to cavendars they have sales and a bigger variety. So we left and no one said anything they were too busy helping other customers. I guess? 😂 so anyway we went to cavendars and they were so sweet and Johnny always takes care of us! We found the same boots cheaper and 15 dollars off! + some cute clothes 😂 WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO BOOT BARN EVER! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Cavendars on benwhite!!
